I ordered a bigger size dress than I thought I needed. It took forever to come an when it did arrive and it was WAY too small. I have been trying to get an email from them after filling out the "need to return" form. No response. I will NEVER order from this company again! I order clothes on-line all the time and have NEVER dealt with a worse company.

Not accurate sizing

I ordered two dresses. One size 1X, one size 2 X. Both of them were very small certainly not plus sizes. Too tiny. Now I can't figure out how to return them.

2017/08/09 i will never order from this site again. I have been communicating by email with two reps, Mandy and Cora ( i am guessing that is not their real names) I ordered a few weeks ago and checked my order list in my profile AND ITS STILL SAYING PROCESSING. I contacted both these reps NOTE WELL YOU NEVER GET ANYONE ON THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ALWAYS VOICEMAIL. Cora sent a tracking number and its outdated from back in April and says items were delivered. Mandy give me another tracking number and its saying items not found. Someone really needs to look into this site. NOT SURE WHY PAYPAL PROCESSES THEIR PAYMENTS.

A BIG JOKE

Dont order u r just throwing ur money. The quality is nowhere near the photo. Ive ordered 2 pcs received only 1. No message why and not even a note that it was already shipped. Had to ask help from paypal for refund for the other dress and got the money back. The 1st dress arrived after 40 days. Their promise were all lies 8 days processing? They've sent my order 20 days after my payment. What a joke.

Placed order 7/28/2017 & paid extra for express shipping. The status was "Processing" for a week, which according to their website meant items had left the warehouse & were on route to a processing center. When I emailed the company, they said there was a delay due to order volume. However, when I checked the site later, the items I ordered were listed as no longer available. That's when I cancelled my order. The company said my money would first be refunded to my "wallet" in 2-3 days & then I'd have to apply for a refund which would take up to 25 days.

That's when I filed a dispute with credit card company. My wonderful credit card company who promptly refunded my money.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a dress and when it arrived, it smelled so bad! The fabric looked cheap and the size was completely off! But I really couldn't get past the smell. It smelled as if it had been stored with rotting fish. When I contacted them for a refund, they told me to send the dress back with the original packing slip and order number. I did. It's been over a year and I have NOT received my refund yet. When I contact them, they tell me to provide them with proof that I mailed it back to them. WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Horrible experience

I placed an order in March 2017 - 2 months later I started getting a few packages from China. The quality did not meet my expectations and there was no return info at all.
I received 3 of 14 dresses ordered and a fourth was a duplicate of one of the dresses.
After months of emailing - I still have NO refund of my $250!

I have never seen anything this poorly made! They are scam artists! I ordered 7 outfits, not even one that is presentable, quality wise (they all looked great on Fashionmia's site with all those models). It is a fraud! Please don't fall into this trap as I did... I wasted $130. Clothing quality at Kmart beats Fashionmia by 100 times!
Another problem- they try every trick not to refund your money. They are crooks!

I returned an item that was poorly made, and also did not receive other items I paid for. They've been telling me for 7 months that a refund would be given to me "in a week or two". Terrible company!

I've already reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I never got my refund for clothing that was not sent to me for "no longer available"... I've been continually told "it's been refunded"... no. It hasn't. Don't make the products available to buy if you can't fulfill a shipment. The clothes I did receive look nothing like the pictures. The sizes are all completely incorrect, and half my clothes didn't show up yet I paid money for them. Don't trust this company. They don't know what they're doing, it's all a scam.

Disappointment

I bought clothes 2 weeks ago and they said it takes 3-5 business days, but it has been 2 weeks and I didn't receive them. I'm very disappointed because I had made programs for those clothes... I don't know if I might be able to buy their clothes anymore...

They never sent me my dress and they claim it's processing and it's been months. They refuse to refund me my money claiming it will take 48 hours and it's been weeks and numerous emails and still nothing. STAY AWAY! They are croocks!

CHINESE SCAM

WHY ARE THESE GOONS STILL IN BUSINESS? I bought a top from them 8 months ago - I wrote a review detailing my problems with what I bought and warning everyone to NEVER use them - but it's still happening! Before anyone buys from these internet traders, they should check the reviews, it would save them a lot of headaches in the future! This site must be having a good laugh at all the people who bought their shoddy items! They take your money, send you a piece of crap and sit back laughing at all the fools out there - yes THATS YOU!

I put an order in but I realized just a few hours later that it would be the wrong size. I cancel the order less then 24 hours after my order.
I have since been receiving emails always from different people about how sorry they are that I still haven't had my refund. I have never had any problems with any other company, I find this company very much useless in helping customers. I would not recommend anyone to use this site or buy anything

The first time I ever ordered from here and it was a disaster. I ordered three dresses that looked nothing like the photo, were very poor quality, and they did not fit so I sent them back. I sent a packing slip, the receipt and emailed them pictures of the dresses as well. It's been two months and have yet to receive a refund. Everytime I emailed them about it, they would take two days to respond until they just stopped answering me altogether. I would get one sentence responses saying that they couldn't find it. It was in a huge bright pink envelope! Calling got me completely nowhere as well. I know they received the package because the post office did a search, yet fashionmia claims they still never received them. I sent them to their warehouse in California but have no idea where they are actually located(supposedly Canada).

Returning merchandise is a problem. Will never again order from a company with no phone number! Ridiculous! I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission! Half the clothing I ordered were not available AFTER I paid for them! I think FashionMIA and MODLILY are the same company!

Crooks

I ordered dresses and my money was taken straight away and received a confirmation email. And said my clothes will come between 8 to 12days but its now 4weeks. Checking the tracker they say my order is cancelled but they didnt communicate plus i wrote them to refund my money but they havent. Please i want my money back otherwise never think you are being too clever by fooling people. This company should not trade anywhere in the world. I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK FASHIONMIA.

I ordered for 6 dresses and paid extra for expedited service but I still did not get my order yet. Either I need them by delivered by tomorrow or get my money back right away.

And the more concerning part is no customer service available, there is a phone number on the website which goes to voice message directly always. Such companies should not be allowed to do the online business with so many bad reviews.

And Pay Pal should not allow them to make the payments through them for such fraudulent company's. I did not read the reviews before I ordered the dresses and no one else should do that mistake.

Unprofessional

I bought 4 items! Waited for a month before they send me an email of satisfaction survey! I waited another week but nothing came! I emails and the reply was so sweet but not professional! One item was not dispatched due to availability! 3 items were send via a non reliable carrier therefore not received, apparently they ship in bulk! Is this customer's problem?
My total receipt was about £100 and I was offered a simple $5 compensation!
The item they said it was unavailable and they was offered a refund for is forgotten all about it! Many emails back and forth with no resolution!
So Never buy from this people unless you live next door to their warehouse so you go and collect by yourself! Even then not sure of quality

This company are crooks, i ordered over $ 300 worth of clothes for my daughter and myself. They dresses arrived they did not fit us at all. Their sizing is not right, we ordered medium and we received dresses that did not go beyond our knees. I emailed them within 2 days and complained. They answered that they are sorry and they will refund the money. It has been over a year and they keep promising me the money but i have not received anything. I cant even get an answer for them anymore, they should be held accountable, it is not fair what they are doing. I later found out that this company pays people to post good reviews from another review website. What crooks!
