I order on July 14 still haven't received my order and I emailed then 4 times no one got back to me I'm really disappointed with fashion nova. I will no longer order anything from fashionova this the second time...
I simply never received my order. 10 days of being inundated with their junk e-mails and no mention of shipping my order.
Finally asked for my money back. At this point there's no use for the dress. I get some sort of 'wallet' where they will put my money and through some confusing process then they say they will refund my money in 15 - 25 working days.
It's clear they don't know how to do business in the USA. They're treating the customers with indifference. Nice words, but no care as to our needs and expectations when it comes to doing any transaction.

I ordered several items on July 3rd. As of today I have still not received my items. When I checked on my shipment on 7/13 I was told that 1 item was out of stock. I said ok send the other items. I received a shipping notification on 7/15. Today I looked to see where my shipment was at and it said it was undeliverable as addressed but doesn't have what address it was addressed to. I have emailed FashionMia and advised them that if they don't stop the shipment from being returned to them, I will expect a full refund. However when I read these other reviews that probably won't happen. Do not order from this company, I assure you, you will be disappointed!
It took them more than a month to fulfill my 3 out of my 5 orders for dresses. When I inquired about the 2 missing dresses, they canceled the orders but never gave me back my money. They want you to lose your patience in trying to get your money back. Too much back and forth with emails for a while and then suddenly radio silence. They keep blaming paypal when all FashionMia has to do is issue a credit back to my paypal account.
They finally sent me one dress after my negative review but it is not one I ordered and though it is a large (I normally wear a small or medium) I couldn't get even close to getting it on. I won't waste more money trying to send it back - going in my rag bag!
Waiting to see if they send the second dress. Can't get any response when I try to reply to their email!
Overall a really disapointing experience of this company. I cancelled my purchase only 2 minutes after making it and contacted FashionMia and they assured my I would be refunded within 7 working days. It is now neariing 2 months and when I email it takes them up to 5 days to reply and each time I get promises my money will be paid within 5 days but every time no money arrives and I am still waiting!
The day after posting this review Fahsionmia contacted me and said they would refund me in 48 hours. This morning I finally received my full refund so obviously writing a review to warn others had a positive outcome for me.
To all of you that had bad experiences with Fashion Mia, I just noticed an ad with the same clothes as Fashion Mia with a new name PopJulia.
Placed order back in April or May. Sent back all except one item. Promised my refund of $82.48. As of this date, July 23,2017 still have not received my refund. No reputable company would take this long to issue a customer refund. I do not recommend this company and will tell as many people as I can. I NEED MY REFUND NOW! I CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER. WILL CONTACT BBB!

This experience I have had with this company has been a nightmare. The first and replacement products were inconsistent with the advertised product and poorly made and is not worth the good money I spent at all.
I am glad for the experience because it has cautioned me never to buy from this company again and I would advise others never to either.
It was a waste of hard earned money and a waste of precious time. They should close shop and never open again.

I placed an order on June 2 and did not recieve my dresses until July 1. The dresses were beautiful, but they did not fit. I returned them on July 7, and they refunded my money to "my wallet" (like they did everyone else on here). I emailed them about refunding my money to my credit card, and they did not respond. I am about to file a complaint. I am so dissatisfied with my experience and hope that no one else goes through this problem! All I want is my money back on my card.
UPDATE: Within 24hours of writing this review, I received several messages from them on here and via email, and was given a refund. It is sad that it took going to this extent to get that refund, but at least it was handled.

I believe Fashionmia his my phone number blocked. I have left several messages for them to return my call. It's been over a week, still no call from them. I ordered a dress on 6-17-17. I waited over 10 business day, as they stated it might take that long to process. I sent an email requesting a status on my order. I wonder if they would have ever contacted me because the email I got back was that the dress was no longer in stock and they would refund my money in their "wallet" for another order. The dress is still listed on their website showing there are 6 available. Again I pointed this out and my only response was the same song and dance about my refund in their wallet. Yet another email to them stating this was unacceptable, no response to that either. Today is 7-17-17... if nothing else, I feel better having aired this so hopefully others will beware of Fashionmia!
Buyer be aware! I'm not the type to leave bad reviews, but I believe this company should be avoided. I placed an order back on April 2nd. The order took longer than what their website stated it would mail it by. They didn't ship my order until I contacted them, at which time I asked them to just cancel the order. Part of the order was still shipped which took 22 days to receive. I'm an adult size small, but to be on the safe side I ordered a Medium in all the clothes. Most of the clothes were so small they wouldn't even fit my daughter that is an XS. One of the dresses was hemmed above the crotch, so it couldn't be worn unless your undies stuck out. Since it was an evening dress it would look funny with leggings. The clothes did however fit my other daughter that wears a kids 10/12. Very poor quality clothes, stitching, and material (not American sizes). I went through the process to send the products back immediately and was told by FashionMia that they would refund my credit card. It is now mid-July and I still have not received my refund. I have multiple emails telling me it would take up to 20 days for the money to show back up on my credit card. Still nothing and now I can't get a response from them.
Update: Fashionmia refunded my money after I posted my review (almost 4 months later). After reading other reviews, I won't be ordering from them again.

My order was charged to my credit card on 5/24/16. I didn't receive all the items I ordered and the clothes sent to me were of poor quality. I returned all the items and requested a refund for the items I returned and the items I never received. FashionMia and I have 17 emails that have gone back and forth over the course of the year. On 8/16/16, Fashionmia stated the refund was sent to the financial department and I will receive an email confirming the refund has been credited to my credit card. I haven't heard from them since. My last email was sent on 7/6/17 where I summarized the previous 16 emails. The website states I would hear back within 36 hours. Today is 7/18/17 and I have heard nothing back. When I call, I'm either left on hold for up to 20 minutes and then the call is dropped or I can't get through at all. I've reported this to the Better Business Bureau today.

I have sent several emails only to get responses that it's going to be another week and to please be patient. It's been over 60 days. They received their goods back that I mailed to them, but they have not sent a refund! Read the other reviews as I am not the only one they are doing this to! I've told my friends about this so they don't get burned by this company!

I ordered a dress from fashionme expecting it to arrive within the 3-5 days delivery it states on the website, 12 days later it arrives, cheap shoddy fabric and approx 4 sizes smaller than the size 20 I ordered, the label size states 2XXL the actual hip measures 38ins, the package gives a return address as Manchester UK but first you have to request a return and state the reasons, which I did, a few days later I received an email accepting my return along with the return address in the USA! Which would cost me more to return it than I paid for the dress! I've contacted them on several occasions but continue to receive no response and I'm now trying to sell the dress on eBay, with the promise that I'll never buy from them again

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
