I purchased clothing over three months ago. I canceled the order that same day. They said it would take up to six weeks to get a refund, I was not happy but I was OK with it. Now that being said over three months later still have not received my over 100 dollars back. I issued a formal complaint, in the email back In bold I was asked to give them more time to issue the refund, this company is ridiculous DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I have been waiting for 2 months to get a refund from a dress I never received from Fashion Mia (see my previous review). I had to file a complaint and write my original review on this site in order for the refund to be issued... THE NEXT DAY! There is no reason why it should have taken this long to get my money back, and their complete lack of customer service is appalling. I wanted to pass this along for the hundreds of customers who are also waiting ridiculous amounts of time for a refund or their purchase so that you know what gets them moving and actually doing their job!

I placed an order on June 12,2017, it is now July 5, and I still haven't heard anything yet. When I contacted the "contact option" on the webpage, I was told it would take 7 days. This was on June 27 and I informed them it has been well past 7 days but that my comment was ignored.

Spent $28 and it's literally a shower curtain made into a dress. The material is awful. Wrinkled from the packaging. I'm pretty sure if I ironed it, it would melt. Completely see-through as well. Not even going to try and return since I see all the other reviews regarding returning an item. I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent a penny with this company. Incredibly pissed.

I ordered a dress in March to attend an April wedding, I received the dress in the time expected, bu8t had to return it for a larger size. (still in march), not it is June, no dress yet. I'm requesting a refund ASAP, if it doesn't arrive promptly. Customer service did respond via EMAIL when I CALLED as was told my order was being processed. This has to stop, I will follow up.

After having waited nearly a month for my order, I found 4 out of the 5 dresses I ordered didn't fit, the cut of them varies greatly even though I ordered the same size in all of them. I processed the returns and was then told that I would have to pay for the postage and if I didn't get a tracking number then the refund wouldn't be processed. It has just cost me £17! To return them! Which is more than the dress I kept. Its ridiculous that they offer such cheap dresses but then make you pay extortionate prices to send them back! I will NEVER use this company again!

I did two purchases back in February for over $300.00 dollars, I received all the items but it was a cheap material so I returned them all, as of today I have not receive any of my money back; after they promised to do so. Their excuse is that their system is broken, I am giving them one day to resolve this issue or else I will sue them. Good luck to you, I will never risk my money with this company again.
Ordered what appeared to be a beautiful yellow dress in size 6 & 8 for my daughter's role as Belle in her 8th grade Spring Concert in 5/17. Paid for expedited shipping which was a joke because as SOON as I submitted the order, I received a notice saying processing could take up to a week. Paid $81. Received the dresses a week AFTER we needed them. Still considered keeping them since they were so cute on the website. However, in reality, the fabric was awful (felt like curtain material), the style wasn't as pictured (on website, fabric had a subtle sheen to it and the skirt had flattering pleats -- not the case!), there were strings hanging off the hemlines, and one of the zippers didn't even work. They were awful and neither of them fit my daughter. Contacted the company and learned that I had to cover shipping for returns/refunds. Paid $6.65 in shipping AND provided them with all the info they requested including a tracking number. Nothing on their return policy about shipping costs being non-refundable. It has been over a month since my original order and more than 3 weeks since I returned dresses and despite many email exchanges and a chat with customer service, still NO REFUND! And, because "the shipper has already performed their service" they are only willing to refund me $73.90 (whenever that happens!). So because I fell for this bait/switch, I can't even recoup my initial expense! Ready to call the BBB! Do not order from these people!

Short story I bought clothing from them in 02/2017. I returned them in April 2017. I waited a month and half to get my items only for them not to fit or look as described. I had to pay to return the items which was about $9 plus. They try to give me a store credit but I told them I want my money refunded to my paypal account. I have contact them several times about my refund to be told that they are working on it and had system trouble. Well Ive been waiting since April for my refund and still haven't gotten it. They are just thieves and I have reported them to econsumer.gov and put an official complaint on them. I will never get anything from them again... I would recommend before buying anything from these cheap clothing sites overseas to do you homework and look at the reviews on the company

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns.
