I am so angry its not even fuuny, I bought 5 dresses in March and now its end of June I still haven't receive my orders, I have been communicating with Kitty and Mandy and non of them are helpful, all they do now is ignore my emails, they over promise and under deliver, ETA on their website is 7-21 days bt its over 3 months now, all I want is my refund, those dresses were for weddings and other events which I had to buy something else... give me back my money
I placed an order in mid December and never got it. Emailed them a few times, they responded each time after a couple of days with the stupid explanations like this or that person was sick. Each time someone was sick or didn't show up at work so they couldn't send the items (?!). And when I finally canceled my order that was never shipped, they didn't return the money.
Since I paid via PayPal, they refunded.
As soon as I complained to PayPal, the very moment after, they emailed me- here is your money (it was already April).
I ordered alot of items from this website in my very first, but will also be my very last order. 3 items were not as shown in picture, size does not match measurements and colour was not the same. I sent it back for a refund, 2 months later I got the package returned, and they promised me to refund my money and they never did. They are liars, never wanted to give back money even though they did not take care to present their products honestly. Its a scam!

Ordered a dress back in March for a may graduation of 2017'got and email that the dress wasn't no longer stock' i was ask if i want to purchase another item instead, i declined and ask that my money be put back on my card' and here it is in June and have not received my money yet was told it takes from 15 to 25 days for my money to be returned still waiting' never will order from them again / my issue has been resolve through sitejabbers i did receive my moey back

Same as all the others I was duped! I am filing a claim with the DOJ, BOLI and BBB anyone who will listen so that others do not get ripped off like the countless other people on here. My order went in on March received 2 of the 3 items and sent back as the material was so cheap you could see thru it. I paid for shipping again to return them and it is now middle of June and still no refund just a bunch of BS emails saying "don't worry" it is coming. All lies, I am done playing games, I am taking legal action and I hope you all do the same.

I ordered a few items back in March. My order was delayed until end of April (back log). When I finally did receive the sizes were not even close to "U.S. Sizes" and the material/workmanship... not so great. I returned the entire order in early May. After many emails and a bad review, I finally received my $ back. No I would not order from them again.

I ordered two dresses back in February, they sent me an email telling me that there orders were backed up, as I wanted them for my upcoming cruise in April. They didn't email me until the late of March. I didn't see getting my order in time enough for my vacation after the email, so I cancelled my order and told them I wanted a refund, well here it is June. I'm still emailing them. I've sent numerous amounts of emails and have been getting excuse after excuse about my money. The money has went into the wallet twice and still nothing. I personally will never order anything from an international company ever again. This is not right.

I purchased 2 dresses that were on sale. They arrived 1 month later and the quality of both were the cheapest quality anyone has ever ever seen or touched. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will be very, very sorry.
Well when I attempted to call them to get a refund, they finally responded after my 3rd email and about 5 days later. They wanted to refund me 16 dollars, when I paid 55. I sent both dresses back to them, and they never responded after a month goes by.
I am so happy I kept the tracking number because I was able to get a full refund thru my bank. Took 2 months to be refunded, they are only in California... WOW!

I purchased 5 items. All of my packages arrived separately, upon trying them on nothing fit but the white shirt. My 10 year old daughter couldn't even fit the clothes. They were suppose to be size L and XL and they were not! I returned the clothes to the address provided (in China) and I got the run around for months and still never received my refund. Bought 6 dresses from this site feedback on all 6 - bear in mind I used the same measurements for all 6 items.
1) poor Seam work in the armpit- already ripped
2) weird fit could not get past my head
3) fit well, fabric looks okay for the price
4) fits okay
5) weird fit bust to waist ratios poor- had to give it away
6) nice fabric and nice design - acceptable
Out of 6 items 3 very poor. Not worth it. Emails are not responded to.

BEWARE! I ordered items in early November, got them just before Christmas and even though I had checked all sizes before, they did not not fit me but my 12 year old daughter (at least some of them). One item, a shoulder wrap, was OSFA and it would maybe fit a very small child! Quality was another issue. Buttons don't even fit through the button holes, hems are sewn properly, I could go on. What she could fit into we kept the rest was shipped back the following day. Since January 2017 I have now been waiting for my refund. I have sent numerous complaints and just keep being told their refund department is really this slow and the best line is: "I feel so sorry for this situation, could you mind waiting more days? But I can be sure we never scam anyone and surely refund you finally."

I was seeing tons of pop ups for Fashion Mia on my browser, so I had a look and got sucked in. Ordered some merchandise 2/3 of which were "no longer available" but yet they easily took my money offering a credit only. When I requested a FULL refund they said they would but FAILED TO LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD. The order was placed Jan 31,2017, they told me about "out of stock" of 2/3 of my items on Feb 22,2017. After requesting a full refund TWICE before they responded to me, I've been told FOUR TIMES I'd get a full refund - NO REFUND and no merchandise- THIS IS A SCAM avoid at all cost.

If you check with paypal, call paypal and tell them about your experience so they can start a claim and go after your money they will even provide you with an email address for a real live person which was Yolanda back in February 2017 from fashionmia (*******@gmail.com) and let her know that if you don't get a responsed in a certain mount of time that you're going to report the company to the police. If you paid with your credit card, call your credit card company and have them start a claim also. No one deserve to loose money in this time of day because it to hard to come by... paypal # *******050 and fashionmia # *******616... Good Luck!

This is THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I wold not recomend this company to any one. They take forever to send your order. I ordered 4 items on March 17,2017. I started to receive one piece at a time around April 20th., To this date I still have not received my complete order. I was told the last item would be refunded. But 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund. They put my money into a wallet for their company. As if I will ever order anything else from them. I requested my money and they are holding on to it. The clothes sizes run extremely small. I ordered a dress size Large and it fits my daughter who is a size small. Rather than send it back and go through more hassell I gave it to her. These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
