At least they should have the decency to refund our monies if they can't deliver. Seemingly they have a standard response of "check your email" on this site yet when you send emails enquiring about your order they don't even respond. The last email from them was informing me that they've sent 1 dress. My $331 could have been used elsewhere and why say my order will reach me in 3 to 5 working days, it's annoying. I'll give them one thing though, that they are very good with their marketing on their website.

Don't spend your money! My order never came then the only way to contact them is by email their phone goes straight to voicemail. Then they said they have to give me store credit before they can issue a refund and the refund will take 15-20 days! I'm so angry my daughter was so excited about this dress for her 8th grade send off dance

I ordered a gown since February, 2017. It arrived in March since it was the wrong size. I mailed the cloth back for exchanged since April 10th, 2017. I still have not received my order but my credit card has already been charged. I have sent numerous emails, it takes a week - 2 weeks to receive response. I don't believe I will ever reorder from this company. This is my second order and I am not impressed with the way things are handled. If I had read these reviews, I probably will not have spent my time and money. Bad customer service & bad business practice.!

I've been waiting for almost a month now for my dresses I purchased from Fashionmia. They said they would ship by 3-5 business days and yet nothing has happened. Apparently, it says it's at the fedex location and still nothing. I just disputed the claim for a full refund through paypal. Hopefully, I get my refund for their crappy service.

I have been requesting a refund for 6+ months due to goods not received from an order made in March 2017. They insist it has been paid but I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT. Despite telling them this over and over again they ignore me and hope I will go away. Despite being a small amount of $36.92 I want this money back. I ordered some items from fashionmia and it took ages for them to send the parcels (multiple parcels). The quality is very poor and doesn't look at all like the pictures. I cannot wear these clothes. They are really crap. I asked for a refund. They told me to send them the items and then they will see if they can refund. No guaranty.
I asked for the company details in order to check if it's a legal company. They ignored the question and never get back to me.
I am still waiting for most of the items to be sent to me. It's been a few months now.
If ever I receive them, I will try to send them online. But no one will buy if they want to see the items first. The last thing I can do is warn people about this company.

I placed an order for 4 items... took a long time to receive and only received 3 but was still charged for 4th. Have been trying to get a refund for the item not shipped, however being ignored... will be disputing with my credit card company. The 3 items I did receive, one was a "one size" and looks like it wouldn't even fit a child. The other two had defects in the fabric, poorly made, one didn't even have a label affixed inside... over all the worst experience ever with a purchase. To return the items would be too costly and probably wouldn't even receive a credit as with the non shipped item, therefore will spare the extra expense. Don't waste your money!

I returned 4 dresses that did not fit, back in January 2017 and the company acknowledged that they received the returned items. I have not received the refund of $151 yet, despite emailing them daily about this. All they do is make up excuses and ask for patience for yet another delay.
Beware of their sizes also; these are not the same as American sizes. The clothes are built for very slender, small bodies. I usually wear an 8-10 but even the large and xL clothes are too small.

I made an order for 10 items over 6 weeks ago i. E April 1,2017. To date, May 8,2017, I have received nothing; only promises, or rather excuses as to why I have not received. You are not able to speak anyone despite an automated message saying they will get back to you. My credit card was also overcharged. I was hopeful to receive some beautiful items but when received my items were nothing like described and they were so small.
When I contacted Fashion Mia for return of items they told me I would be refunded for shipping cost $30.52 CA and full return $144.40 CA yet in their confirmation of receipt for items they told me I would only get $144.40 CA, funds placed into their company wallet to buy items again in their company which I am not satisfied with.
I emailed them numerous responses refusing this arrangement because I thought they would fully refund and they have not responded again. I cannot accept this and I hope they will smarten up and do right by people who work hard for their funds.

Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
