I placed an order on the 22nd of April; today is May 2nd and have yet to receive anything! I've emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back from them. Don't even think about calling the 24/7 customer service line! I'm TOTALLY unsatisfied with this website and WILL NOT purchase from them again. I am requesting for a refund and if that doesn't happen I will call my bank and file a dispute against them. NOT HAPPY FASHION MIA!

I ordered 3 dresses on April 4th today is april 28th and I've yet to receive my order I've reached out to customer care and by email all the have to told me is my order is still in China and they will not give me an expected arrival date I've also attempted to call their 24/7 customer care and all you get is a recording telling you to leave your name number and order number so much for customer service because from what i can tell it doesnt exist with this company today I finally gave up and requested a refund hopefully I can get my money back at least since I couldn't receive the items that I ordered will not buy anything from this site again

Like many of you, I wish I had reviewed FashionMia before placing an order with them. I placed my order in early February 2017 which was never shipped and I consequently complained and asked for a refund. I wrote regularly and each time was assured that my refund would be with me in 5 days, but it never arrived. Eventually having lost my patience after 3 months, I took out a complaint directly with PayPal over the conduct of this business and miraculously a refund arrived a few days later (thank you PayPal). I would encourage anyone waiting on a refund to take it up with their credit card company, bank or PayPal. Writing to customer services at FashionMia will only result in false promises. Good luck!

I ordered several dresses 2 weeks ago with expedited shipping option. Based on the their website, items should be processed in 3-5 days and 2-5 days expedited delivery. My items are still in processing status. They do not answer my calls at any time, although it suppose to be 24/7. It goes to voice mail. I put my details but nobody calls me back. Now I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the stuff and very disappointment of their customer care!

Order placed before Thanksgiving 2016, order received end of December 2016, returned all items before the due date i have it registered mail to make sure they received it before the end date, order was around $99. Up until now all they said is I apologize we are still working on your refund and I hope I understand. The last email received was 3/28/17, stating pls allow the refund between 3/31-4/25. They have asked their colleague to speed up the process. They have informed me this several time, they have been prolonging the refund process, up until now I don't see it back in my card. In the beginning they want to give me a credit instead of putting the money back how I paid for it, using my visa card. After 3-4 emails exchanged, they finally said yes they will return the money back to my visa. After tomorrow, I don't know what to do. I think they are a scam! I want my money back. I returned all the items before the deadline, but they wont give me my money back.

I ordered [2] items in Nov 2016 for $36. Neither fit size chart is VERY WRONG!. When i told them they paid to return items if i would order something else[ Put more money into the fraud of a business.] What i ordered were not as described or pictured, material and description was wrong and size was off. When I contacted them they stalled me for months with excuses about accounting dept being messed up an told me I ordered the wrong items [that was why they looked different] they asked me to send pictures showing how items did not fit and asked for pictures showing what size I wore. I ordered a large according to their chart and I wear a small and they didn't fit. Now last week, they called me at 4; am [morning] and 'wanted to talk to me about MY PROBLEM] since then I was told refund would be in my acct in 72 hrs. That was months ago. Plus they said i would only get $15. Because I was past the return date after they bounced me around for months. I told them they were a scam business and they said"blessed day"

It has been 3 weeks almost 4 weeks that I placed my order. I called them during normal business hours only to get a recording to leave a message. I emailed them and telling them to forget the item, and that I wanted a full refund and they send ask me if I wanted $5 off my next purchase. Guess I lost $44 bucks because now the site "claim" they have sent the items which I highly doubt. FB should stop advertising FashionMia like they are a good site to buy clothing from. At this point with all the headache I want my money, I do not want the product.

It took 25 days for me to get my items and they were wrong. I ordered the sizes based on the chart listed on the site. Shirt was 2 sizes too big and jeans were about 6 sizes too small. I sent the items back in the original packaging but they will not refund my money since I did not get a tracking #. Will NEVER order from them again. They basically stole $40 from me. Iv ordered and received some of the dresses, after a few weeks of pacianly waiting, they came in 2 different parcels, I most say there quite nice only the sizes very from dress to dress. I was still waiting for the last 3 dresses to arrive after a few more weeks of waiting I emailed a few times, only for them to email me to say that the dresses are out of stock, so why was i not emailed sooner, like when i had ordered them, in sted of waiting and waiting. The material is cheap and items are poorly made. They run about 2 sizes too small. They advertise 24/7 customer service but you can't get anyone on the phone and you can't get anyone to respond to email. You can't complete the online refund because their site doesn't allow you to upload a photo and doesn't allow you to finalize the refund request without a photo, so you're screwed either way. You get robo responses from "Bob" and "Meagan" and whatever other name they can make up. It's all intended to make you give up on getting a refund but DON'T GIVE UP! They sent me a partial refund of $33.51 instead of the full refund of $111.70 but I'm not giving up. They are about as unethical as it gets.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
