Terrible sizing, terrible customer service and terrible refund practices. I ordered extra large and based sizes on their measurements charts and everything came out extremely small. Took two months to get items. I ordered back in early March and still pending two items. Returned some items and they said refund could take 15-20 days. Terrible company and I'm not holding my breath on my refund. I did keep my tracking receipt though and will report them to the BBB if they do not comply. Cheap clothes which probably all come from a sweat shop somewhere where they make the clothes upon order versus having a real supply somewhere. Do not waste your money here! Trash company.

4/19/17 Update:
After posting this review, I was contacted the same day by a FashionMia customer service representative. They expedited my refund (instead of taking the stated 15-20 days they processed it yesterday) and apologized for the delay. I do appreciate their quick response because I was really questioning if I would get my refund. Now I am just waiting on two more items I ordered in the first week of March 2017.

UPDATE: after posting this review I got an email (4/13/17) stating that they were going to refund my canceled order - This refund finally hit my credit card today (4/17/18). I did giggle when I saw the auto reply on this site stating they emailed me at my yahoo email adress (funny because I haven't had a yahoo email for over 15 years). Glad this nightmare is done...

I ordered a dress back on 3/13/17, I realized I needed the dress quickly so I canceled the order within 5 minutes of my order and reordered the dress and paid the fast shipping (I received the dress) HOWEVER, I have been trying to get my refund for the initial purchase. Valerie responded to my request for refund on 3/15/17 and said she would get my refund processed usually 7-20 days. I have been dealing with Kitty ever since stating there is an issue with their system and as of today STILL NO REFUND. I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER AGAIN! Today I received another email stating QUOTE:
Dear customer,

Sincerely sorry that there is something wrong with our system, so it might need some time more on processing your refund.
We have asked our colleague to speed up the processing and refund you early once the system is back in normal. We got notice that they will deal with all of refund from April. 20-May. 10.
Hope for your understand and patience. We will keep you informed when the refund is completed. I Would rate them with a NEGATIVE 10 if I could...
I am at my limit. If I am not refunded by 4/17/17 I am reporting the charge on my credit card as fraudulent.

I ordered 2 items on Fashionmia and waited longer than their anticipated delivery time for one item to arrive which wouldn't fit a child never mind an adult. The second item was never dispatched so I requested a refund which they readily agreed to. They said it would be credited back to my card in 10-15 working days. I thought this was very long but I decided to be patient. Until today, the 15th day, when I'm told I'll have to wait another 10-15 days! I think my money is gone at this stage. Expensive Lesson! Don't make my mistake. Just stay away from this Website!

Regretting my order
April 15, 2017

I order from this site over a week and half ago. Still have not received items, sent 2 emails about my order as is has been stuck in "paid" status since I ordered and no response or anything. My emails/tickets keep getting deleted and I'm extremely frustrated! I will not be ordering from this site AGAIN!

I ordered 3 items from them in January and after a month with nothing, no tracking number, nothing, I emailed them to cancel the order. They said that two of the items were now in their warehouse and ready to be shipped tomorrow. I declined and asked for a refund. Valerie said that the money would be refunded to my wallet as a form of credit for future purchases but I declined again and wanted a complete refund to the card that I used to purchase the items. It's been 40+ days and no refund. I've emailed several times asking when I should expect my refund but all I got was they were having issues with their system, blah blah blah. It took no time for them to take the money out of my account why is it taking 2 months to receive a refund? I am extremely bothered by this company and how they operate. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!

This website is a joke. I order two dresses for an event that I had in feburary. I purchased the dressed three weeks before my event. I received the dress literally three days before my event. When i got the dress one of them did not even look like the picture online and did not fit so i tried to return the item. It took them 2 weeks to process my refund for the item and then the money doesnt even go back to your account. The money goes back to their website, so then you have to process another request to get the money into your wallet. I put in that request as soon as the first request was complete. That was over two weeks ago and I STILL haven't gotten my refund after returning the dress a month ago. This is by far the worst website I have ever had to deal with internationally or not! I will never shop with them and I beg you all to not waste lost of time money and energy trying to shop with them as well. Beware if you do, you have been warned!

I placed an order back in January 5th. I took over a month to received my order. When it finally arrived, aside from the fact that I was missing an item and had still been charged for it, the items ran too small. I contacted them to tell them about the issue and they tried to persuade to keep the merchandise and that they would give me store credit and they would give me another $35 if I was to leave a good review. I told them no because really the coats sleeves were too short. I mailed my merchandise back with tracking number and as of this day, I've still to receive my refund. They tried placing a refund it on my wallet for future purchases with them but I emailed back demanding a refund to my original form of payment. Diane, told me that it would take 7-10 days, after that she said 6 more days, after that 3 more days. According to her it was being process as a "priority". It's been 10 days since her last email and she stop replying to my request for an update. It's amazing how they have the ability to withdraw the money within seconds of placing the order but it's taking more that 40 days to refund it. Totally unacceptable! I will never buy anything from Fashion Mia again! Save yourself a headache! If I could I would give this company a 0.

I ordered 2 coats in December 2016 but they sent me one ( it is small and worse quality) and send me the message that the second is discontinue. I asked my money back but they didn't send me back until this time 4/8/2017. Never recommend the store!

I placed an order 1/27/17, but the dresses were too small. Went thru many problems trying to return items and paid for return shipping cost. Received notice my refund was put into Wallet account. Notified them I want refunded to my bank account. Received notice 3/5/17 the financial would refund in 10 to 15 working days. On 3/25/17 they wrote something wrong with our financial account, we just fixed it. We lost all the refund records and need to resubmit to financial dept. which will take 6 to 8 days for refund. I was upset and Mandy sent message saying " I can guarantee you will get your refund, please don't worry." It is now 4/8/17 and still no refund and they won't answer my e-mails. I would never do business with this company again. They should be charged with fraud. UPDATE.

I am so furious with this place I ordered an item over a month a go then canceled a few days later when I saw it wasn't even processed yet and still have not received my refund over a month ago. I have emailed and emailed I am going to see what I can do legally because this is ridiculous I WILL NEVER PROMOTE this trashy unprofessional CRAPPY company!

Horrible experience

I ordered two dresses and so far I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive was supposed to be "Loose fitting one shoulder Maxi dress", it didn't fit and didn't look like the dress I saw on the site. I didn't want to go through the hassle of a returning it since it took several weeks to even get it. I definitely won't order from them again.

I placed an order on 3/3/17 and I am still waiting for 1 of the items. The other three items took well over 3 weeks, and I am trying to return items and I can't get anyone to get back to me. When I try to do a refund on the site it says "email does not match order" even though I'm in my account! This is the worse experience. When I asked to cancel the order I was just told, it will be there soon! Yeah, no its not. Now that I want to get a refund I can't get ANYONE TO EMAIL OR CALL ME. This is unreal and I'm so annoyed and over this company.

Fraud and theft
April 8, 2017

We placed an order almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive, we were told it was shipped and given a shipping number. Does not exist. We gave them 24 hours to refund our credit card and was not done. Unfortunatly we have filed fraud and theft charges with the RCMP police dept and they will be following up. Its not the money as its only 50.00 it is the principle of companies ripping people off. We ordered the same dress from another company and received it 10 later. So the excuse of it not in stock was a flat out fraudulent lie. So now it is in the hands of the police

Placed an order for 9 items on January 29th 2017 for the amount of $192.44 (Canadian dollars) and waited until March 02, to receive only two (2) of the items left at my door. Upon opening the package, the sizes were small although I ordered large and the quality of the fabric was almost like paper. Realizing this would not fit my size 14 frame, I immediately sent an email with the problem requesting to cancel the remainder of my order, and that I would return the two items.

Long story short, it cost me $22 to return the 2 items by post with a tracking number per their request. I communicated with Yolanda (customer service) 15 times via email until she blocked my email, I think. I kept getting an error 007 and could not reply. I ended up having to send a new complaint and ended up with a Diana who assured me with the same lingo as Yolanda, to no avail. I got frustrated after being told we need more time and that refund CAD $179.01 was refunded into a "wallet" for future purchases. I contacted customer service again and requested my money to be refunded back to my Credit Card or to mail it to me. I have no intentions of shopping at Mia Fashions again, ever, therefore a credit is NOT the answer.

To date, they did not refund me the CAD $179.01 (they kept a percentage because I cancelled the order). Can you help me, please

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month each week i get told i will get a refund and it doesn't happen its the principal of the matter they took my money and did not provide the items
They have dreadful customer support

Since posting this review the company emailed me and asked me to take the review down as they have actioned the refund.
They haven't actioned it so the review stands
I am honest this company isn't I will start to post there emails soon to show other customers how dreadful they really are
