24/04/2017 THEY FINALLY DID THE REFUND, IF YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM REVIEW IT AND DONT GIVE UP!
I've been trying to get my refund for over a month and continue to receive "please give us a few more day". I have over a dozen emails with the same messages. No where on their site do they say a refund cannot be made back to the card you used. This company is the worst. Had I not had so much trouble getting my refund returned to me, I would have continued to order clothes from them. I work for a law firm and will get them involved to resolve this matter.

Placed and order in January waited 21 days for it to ship even though it sayd 3-5 business days. It never shipped! I got frustrated after being told we need more time. I canceled my order. Money was refunded into a "wallet" for future purchases. I contacted customer service again and requested my money to be refunded into my account I was told no problem we neeed 3-5 days. Its been almost 2 MONTHS my money is gone from the "wallet" and I never received it back on my card! Each time I reach out to customer service I am being told we need more time! Beyond unacceptable! I would give a 0 if that would be an option they dont even deserve a 1.

I placed an order in Jan 2017. I cancelled my order Feb 8th 2017. Its now March 2017 no order no refund. Once I threatened to have my attorney contact the company they stopped responding to emails.
Ordered 5 Items, First 2 came ok, third one wrong size, 4th never get delivered. 5th after 4 months emailed not in stock, so forget about it, Advise for all humans, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM.
I don't remember how I stumbled upon Fashion Mia, however I am glad that I did because they have great quality clothes. I bought 4 dresses and a coat at a very affordable price. When I had a problem, customer service was quick to fix it. I definitely recommend buying from them and will buy more clothes in the future.

This is unbelievably awful! After calls, emails over and over and over to no avail, I finally got two calls! YES! Two calls IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!
I am still stuck with no return label, instructions to go to the post office, get costs of shipping and that they don't accept Fedex, DHL or overnight.

Can you say bait and switch? Because that is what this company does, they show you lovely photos of clothing to entice you into ordering these beautiful things which are such a great deal, and then when you get them (after waiting for two months for them to be sent from China) they are nothing like what you ordered. They are cheaply made knock-offs, made out of inferior fabric, incorrectly sized, and just plain junk. So then try to talk to someone to return them to get your money back - good luck. The so-called 24 hour customer service? An answering machine. If someone does respond to you, by email or on the phone, they are absolutely no help, just telling you they must talk to someone else and will get back to you - but they never do. I have emailed several dozen times, called the customer service number umpteen times, and I am no closer to a resolution than I was three months ago when I initially told them I did not want these items.
Don't let them scam you. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy from somewhere reputable.

I placed an order on 2/23/17 and haven't gotten the order yet, they told me they were waiting on one piece to come in before they could send it out so I told them to cancel and refund that item and send the others that was last weeks conversation and when I go to their site to check my order it says still processing... These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
