This company is rubbish. The electrician claimed to have found the problem and said he fixed it. I paid the over the top charge as it was an emergency - Kitchen with freezers and no power supply. Less 30 minutes after he left the electricity went off again. I rang the electrician he said he would come back -I am still waiting 24 hours on! Rang the call centre, they said they would talk to him and send him back- I'm still waiting! Would you believe their customer service section rang wanting know what I thought of their service- i told her. Still no electrician. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered and paid for goods from this site for a birthday, which has now come and gone. Okay it will work for xmas- which is next week! I have emailed 3 times trying to get an ETA for my goods, but no response, I have asked for a refund, I need to get something else now- No response.
If they can not be bothered to respond to a customer, there's nothing more to say.
I returned my goods to this company months ago and every week I'm getting promises that my money is on it's way. 3 months later no money has been returned and they don't have the decency to give me a report that they have lost the parcel so it can be investigated, I have tracked the parcel back to them.
Amazingly. My refund arrived this evening, it has only taken 4 months. Is it because I wrote this review?
