I wrote a review a while back about this company and here's the update. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned the cheap clothes that I originally ordered. I followed the instructions that were listed on their website. I emailed me them my tracking number as instructed. I returned the items in their original packaging. I have emailed them about 20 times. After finding out I would receive "credit" for my returned items, I wrote to them and said that I did want to purchase anything from them ever again and demanded that I receive a full refund. I have explained over and over again that I want my money. They have now stolen from me and owe me $111.00. I receive emails from them stating that it takes 15 days, 10 days, now 20 days, etc. The names listed on their signature email are Valerie, Bob, Susan, Lucy, the dispute manager, etc. We all know these are fake names and that the real thieves are Chinese. The clothes are made cheaply and come from China. The return address listed is in the US but it's a fake warehouse.

I keep emailing them once a week and will continue to email them until I receive my refund.

If you read the only 2 positive reviews on this website, they conveniently respond with a "thank you" note but if you have complaint or want a refund, they never respond!

I'm updating my review based on my receiving my refund for an item that was not in stock. I did eventually receive a refund and thanked them but also advised them on improving their customer service. If an item is not in stock they should mark this on the website and/or inform the customer. They should not expect the customer to investigate where the item is only to see 'processing' as the status. There also should be an immediate refund with no e-wallet. When we purchase an item it does not go into an 'e-cash register' for a while. It goes directly into the account of the retailer. If they are sincere in wanting to improve their service they will look at these simple processes.

Took forever to get my items that did not follow the size chart at all! AND when I filed a complaint, they did not get back to me fast and were no help.

I've never written a review on any company, but had to warn others to stay away.
They promised to refund when I returned my items and they did not refund me! They kept saying it takes 7-25 days! Waiting over a month and emailed several times and they did not refund me! Got Paypal involved and finally got a full refund. STAY AWAY!

I typically never order anything online especially clothing simply because the return process is such a hassle. So I purchased a dress that fits Perfectly, however I'm pretty sure that black pantyhose/ tights (the ones that little girls wear) is not really supposed to be worn as a dress. Yes it is made from pantyhose material, so you can see EVERYTHING straight through the dress. Apparently from reading the reviews and the return process, it is just easier to give it to my kid who is in college and she can use it for her Halloween costume.

This company has the cheapest items and their customer service will give you the run around for months. Even if you call their number during the times that they are supposedly open, no one will and you have to leave a voicemail which no one will return, but the will send you very polite e-mails, give you fake promises and still hang on to your money. I have e-mailed them and sent their cheap product back and I am still waiting on my refund. This is the last e-mail I received today August 29,2017 and it says
Dear customer,
Good day. Hope you are doing well today. I pray this email finds you well and blessed.
Sincerely sorry that there is something wrong in our system, so it might need some time more on processing your refund.
We have asked our colleague to speed up the processing and refund you early once the system is back in normal. We got notice that they will deal with all of refund from 15th- 18th of Sep. I know you waited for long time and i can understand your feeling, i am so sorry for that again. I will try my best to take care the refund procedure. Please don't worry and wait for more days, i can guarantee you will get your refund.
Hope for your understand and patience. We will keep you informed when the refund is completed.

I wish I can give them negative stars because even zero stars is still way too high of a rating for them. I am normally a patient person but this is abuse. I may have to contact my brother and see what legal actions can be taken to: 1. Get my refund and 2. Make sure no one else will have to go through this experience... etc. Legal is my brother's forte.

One of the items that I ordered was out of the stock. They agreed to issue me refund in July, but until now I still haven't received anything. I wrote an inquiry email yesterday and was told that their system has some problems so they can't refund until mid September! They also keep pushing me to accept their store coupon instead of refund. I highly doubts that their "refund system" will work! Do not shop here!

Two months ago I ordered an item from FashionMia, never received it and contacted them a month later to find out they didn't have it in stock, and didn't inform me. I asked for a refund to my credit card, and got an email to say they put my credit in their wallet, but I could then ask for the refund back after a few days.
I found out it would take another 3-4 weeks to get it.
Disputed with PayPal thinking they would expedite it but still waiting.
It's been two months.

Terrible!

I ordered three dresses from them. They took about six weeks to get to me. Diring that time my items said processing and none of the tracking numbers made any sense or revealed the location of the items. I sent three dresses back in two shipments. I made the mistake of not keeping the USPS tracking number to supply it for them. If you do not supply this info they refuse to refund you or give you store credit. Placing the order number in package DOES NOT HELP. This has been going on six months! It cost me $80 for dresses and $20 to ship them back! And now nothing in return. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I am going to give up after dozens of emails to them. I will follow up with formal complaints wherever possible.

I typically do not write reviews, however my experience with fashionmia was so terrible I had to write this to warn you. First of all I ordered 2 of the exact same blazers (same size and color) and they came weeks after they said they would come. Then once they came they were both different size and even a different shade of color. Therefore I returned them. This was in March. Now in August 3 months later I have still have not received a refund. I have emailed them over 10 times and every time I am told my refund will be there in a week. The company is a complete scam and they are liars. Truly they need to be shut down. I am still waiting for my money back and if I don't get it back I will have to take this to extreme measures which I really don't want to do. Please be aware of fashionmia and don't buy anything from this website... after writing in sitejabber they have finally refunded my money. It's funny how they kept telling me to wait 10 days to refund my money then after writing this they refunded it within a day. Be aware of this website. Don't order from here and save yourself the hassle. Their products are not good either.

Never buy from this company they will say they sent your item but they haven't they will also say we will change it or refund if your not happy but they will not please don't listen to a word they say it's all lies... They have broke their contract with a thousand customers all suppose to get a refund within 30days and it never happened they won't refund money

I really regret that I bought stuffs from fashionmia. I was deceived by the very nice pictures from the website but what I got are so different. The long sleeve turn out to be so short. The right side is different from the left side. All kind of quality issue. I had to return 4 out of 6 pieces I order. I would be happy if I could get my $94 refund back but after 6 months going back and forth with customer service, I had to give up and accept their store credit. The customer service seem really nice but could not resolve my problem. I ordered 3 items from the store credit and 2 of them are trash. I think they made mistake when sewing the piece but did not fix it. I dare not return since I don't want another headache. I swear I never buy from fashion mia or any similar sources from China. I thought I can save some money but turn out I spent more for less. The worst purchase I ever made.

Really DISAPPOINTMENT!

I had bought some dresses in this website; never knew I will have a bad experience with this next one. I order 7/17/17 a Floral Maxi Dress in suppose 3-5 days, but unfortunatly it has been a mooonth! And NOTHING. Never Again! Order B*******

We ordered clothes on January 14,2017 and didn't receive anything in the first month or so. The clothes started to arrive in different packages and all was too small. We returned all the clothes and and they acknowledged receipt of the returns. We have been receiving emails for the last 7 months telling us that our refund is on the way. To date we have not received the refund. It is absurd that a customer has to wait this long for their refund. We are disgusted with this company.

I bought a dress for a wedding in May of 2017 the shipping was not the issue the dress came on time, i ordered a Large but it literally fit like a small so i sent it back to the return address they gave me in June, it is now the middle if August and i still have not received my $76.98 i have sent over 20 emails got all answered by different people saying either its coming check my account, be Patient its on it way, it has been more than 2 months of lies! I paid to return the item not them they received it but i still cant seem to get my money Back my next move is to report this Business i will NEVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY AGAIN

I don't get all the bad reviews. I placed my order on the 21st of July, and I received it yesterday on the 15th of August. A little less than 30 days. The quality of the clothes is not the best out there -- but I only paid $11.99 for the two dresses that I ordered and got free shipping for ordering it on the app for the first time. Maybe I was lucky? I don't know. I admit my order status still says "processing" on the website/app, so I don't get that. I even emailed them on August 2nd, and I got a response within 24 hours - it was from Kitty and she affirmed that my order was on its way.
Anyway, I am happy with my two dresses, and I am happy that FashionMia delivered them on time (less than a month).
