AWFUL! It's taken 1 month just to find my merchandise on USPS tracking. Still have not received anything. After reading the reviews I'm scared to see how bad the clothes are! I guess you get what you paid for. Horrible company!

For two months this guys were verifying shipping address, confirming items, buying materials, hiring personal, enjoying holidays, taking their time, losing my order and finally they sent one item, other size. Make you a favor: don't put your money in this crazy machine. You will only get headaches.

I've got very god experience with Fashionmia. Cheap products, reasonable material and lovely customer service. The jumpers are really good and soft, awesome for the winter. They sell everything cheaper than any other sites. Its great!

I have bought a lot of clothes from Fashion Mia, their prices are cheap for most items, the quality and range is very good, good fabric, free delivery, Easy returns. They are my favourite online shopping store.

They will take your money but won't send you the clothes. 4 month and I am still waiting. They are also known by other names on Facebook (that is TB dress) so be aware of those as well. I wish I read these reviews before.

I was struggling with my order that I made in 10th June. Got e-mail about the shipping details in 11th of July but order was nowhere. I called *******181
To know my order status and they told me it will be deliver within a week time... hope for best

Loved my purchase! I bought 3 dresses and 2 gorgeous overcoats and the quality on everything was great! The measurements are very accurate so make sure you measure well! Will definitely shop with them again!

I placed an order 18 March 2018. Each item was available in size & color. I thought great! FashionMia got my money immediately, but still no items nearly a month later on 11 April 2018. I have called several times, and sent emails to customer service, and received NO Responses. Their tracking doesn't work either. I had ordered items in plenty of time for Easter -- very disappointed to say the least.

I must say that everything is so unique that it makes shopping an absolute delight... fashionmia " is by far the best online store ever! Always a pleasurable experience and the clothes are truly stylists. Definitely my go-to website when I'm in desperate need of help for that last minute business, leisure, formal and casual affair.

Their cloths are pretty but customer service is terrible. It took me more than 6 months and complaining to receive part of my order but never received everything I paid for. Don't buy from them again.

Waiting for my refund, the dress was out of stock, now more then 20 days still, not happy, every day i have a message. Only 3 reply, saying that we will look after you, it should be in the next couple days.

After a month of waiting only half of order arrived. Very bad quality, the dress is like from 1$ store, cheap fabric, badly performed stitches, uneven hem!
Customer service doesn't respond neither email or messages.
Phone number is missing. You can't even complain!

Ordered and received item which was appalling quality. Tried to return it but they just keep making excuses. Paypal no use either - pity they support a scam company. Don't be tempted to buy on any account. I have found out from Trust Pilot that they are tempting people with cash backs to leave a good review! Says it all really.

Just Got an email that they're out of stock for some item that's already been paid for 4 months ago. And I will be receiving 0 dollar refund!

Why can't I get refund? I have been trying since June 28,2017. Dress was the poorest quality and paid shipping charges to receive & return. Send email daily for update but no refund yet. Hard to believe this is not a SCAM!

Finally received my order but guess what the coats I purchased would fit a 5 year old. You FashionMia Scammers use false advertising and your product sucks. The word will get out. Take your crap back to China and keep your hands off our hard earned US Dollars.
