I placed an online purchase. On July 4th 2018. Although it hasn't taken that long as othershave experienced but I didn't not receive an order status email or anything to keep me posted with my purchase. I have tired several attempts to communicate with them through emails and phone calls. No luck! Ha! I have now placed a complaint on the better business beaureu. I hope this is a start... Still no refund after 18 months

I have canceled my order 18 months ago and we have been told everytime that we'll be refunded in 1-2 weeks. Last time, they said they have processed this and we have been paid through paypal. No refund yet. Don't loose your money!

I ordered 4 tops the 1st of July and they took my money right away! It is now the 22nd and I have not received one item. I have emailed them 3 times with no response - the 2nd one actually came back as un-deliverable! I have never had such poor service from any company ever. I won't be ordering again and the Better Business should be receiving thousands of calls about this company.

ITS A SCAM

Ordered two fashionmia dresses and i receive no information about the delivery. Icalled them several times and it always says to leave a message. Very disappointing and very cruel that someone would do this.

I ordered one jacket on Jan 30/18. It is now Jul 20/18 and after numerous emails back and forth with customer service I still have not received it. Very disappointed.

Theres no way that theres such a disconnect with the amount of 5 star to 1 star reviews.

My experience with Fashionmia is that they are extremely late with their orders and they give you one less item so you lose money aka they steal from you. So far they have stolen $40 from me and it looks like they do it to others too. If theres $40 stolen / an item not shipped because its out of stock and they do this trickery for 10,500 orders, they make $420,000 by just not giving customers the correct amount of merchandise. Illegal but they are in China

I wish I would have used my credit card for my purchase so I could dispute my order

I ordered a dress and paid via PayPal and selected Priority Shipping. 3 weeks later still showed as "Processed". I sent an email. They said I needed to pay the shipping insurance and send a copy of the receipt and specify to ship or cancel. I did immediately. Another 3 weeks has passed and still says "processed". I have sent another email with no response and funny enough, my email cannot be used to set up an account to put in a complaint. After reading the reviews I am afraid of asking for a refund. What a total nightmare.

A disaster
July 21, 2018

Ordered around $ 200.00 worth clothing from Fashionmia at the beginning on May, got 3 items end of June then another one recently and I am still missing 3 items. Plus their size chart does not correspond to their sizes. Absolutely ridiculous. They were fast in taking my money, slow in delivering and I don't even know when the rest will arrive and if the correct size. So disappointing. Also to reach them over the phone is a no no, you get into voicemail and they don't get back, if you are lucky for them to answer by email, their answers are always stereotyped, we are very sorry, be patient and wait and you will receive your order. I don't recommend anyone to order from them. Last time, enough! If they don't have stock they shouldn't be advertising and offering, I get bombarded by their ads on social media.

I ordered 6 items of clothes from fashionmia.com,
Even though I do not received any item, it is shown in my order status that 2 of 5 items were already dispatched to me.
What happened to my dispatched items? And the other items are still processing in the order status.
Maybe delivery will be taken over long and long time, and still waiting message.
I am not sure if my items will be delivered or not. Beware

Ordered and paid for a dress in late Jan/early Feb. On 22 March got out of stock email and other purchase suggestions. Dress still being advertised for sale on the site. Several emails later, all with the same message, fill order or refund my credit card. More offers of more credit against future purchases, which I refused.

5th April received an email advising order cancelled, check for credit in 15- 30 days.

No credit, more emails, 22nd June email advising "very busy, peak shopping season, sorry for delay, credit will be applied 15 July.

Still nothing, told them today I am reporting to MasterCard to have them blacklisted for fraud.

The amount involved is not great, but that is not the point. Had ordered from them before this order, which was delivered and fitted, not the best of quality but good value for less than 30 including postage.

The company is located in China so our options are limited, write it off to experience and spread the word to save others.

March was the date of my order, only 2 dresses arrived after 3months. The other 2 dresses up to this date July 17 still not arriving. They wrote a letter to pay $2.92 for order insurance. What a $#*! is that? Admin go over my order!

After 7 months from the date I have done my order (2 dresses), but I received only one dress until now. I contacted the client service, one mail (from"*******@orderplus. Com") tell me, my order is out stock, it needs to choice another item, so I have changed item. At the same time, I have received 5 mails from "*******@fashionmia.us", they ask me to pay more money to obtain order. I have refused to pay more, so the "*******@fashionmia.us" continues to send the same mail contents to me. I show you their last mail yesterday below:

After my feedback from last week, customer service reached out to me, letting me know the last shipment has been lost in transit. And if I would like them to ship a new dress for me. Off course I said, Yes please.
And guess what? NO ACTION from them.
How does this work for them, customers like us, who won't cancel the order, just to see how long it takes them to do the professional thing? And knowing people are reading their business tactics.
I will let you all know, when I get my dress... let's count the days together...

SCAM?

Will not refund if clothing do not fit, need to be invested for scam company. This battle is going on since order 2-8-18. I can NEVER satisfy what they need. Spent $11 plus to return order to a warehouse address in Cal. And know they got because I had a tracking number.

NEVER RECEIVED REFUND

As a follow up to my review on the FashionMia Skater Dress, they responded that they will give me $9.00 back on as a refund on my dress. They also said I could keep the dress (which I'll never wear even as a costume because its see through and 5 sizes too big). This didn't do me any favors being the dress was $33.00 plus shipping and handling and I'll never wear it. What's worse, I NEVER RECEIVED THE $9.00 REFUND. Anyone looking to just give it a try, you will regret it. Don't do it. I'm not a complainer and understand you get what you pay for but this was just a rip off and a scam. Fashion Mia is an abuse!

I ordered the deep V-Neck Solid Midi Skater Dress from FashionMia for my courthouse wedding. I ordered it on March 5th received it on May 21. It came in the wrong size, and the material was cheap and see through. It did not look like the classy dress shown on the picture. It was poorly made and severely wrinkled. I'll never order from them again. Don't waste your time.

Please do NOT order anything from fashionmia. You wont get your order and to have your credit card reimbursed takes forever! This place is in china and they don't give a hoot about your orders but will get your money from paypal within minutes of placing your order. ABSOLUTLY buyer beware!

RIDICULOUS!

I ordered 2 items on May 24th for what was then an UPCOMING wedding. Needless to say, that wedding has come and gone a MONTH ago and STILL no dress-and now it's no longer even needed. STILL no response from the 3 calls I've placed nor to the emails I've sent. I NEED to cancel the order altogether and get my money back but I can't even get a response from anyone to do that. Calling is useless, they send you right to an automated message that states leave a message, you can't even speak to a rep. This "company" is a joke! DON'T waste your time or money!

Oh, that I had checked reviews before placing my order. First, the dress was not as described and not the correct dimensions. It was WAY small. So I immediately contacted Fashionmia and returned the item in original bag, with tags, as good as new (I couldn't even get it on to "try" it.) They tried to get me to keep it with a store credit for a future purchase! Eventually they said I could return in for a full refund, which I did. After they received the dress they said it would take 1-2 weeks for the money to show up in my "wallet" (acccount on their website) and then another week for the money to transfer out of my wallet back to my paypal. Now 4 weeks later, I still don't have my refund. They keep saying there are problems on their end (frozen paypal account, computer crash) that are delaying my refund. Amidst all this, I've gotten 3 emails saying I need to buy purchase insurance in order for them to refund my money.

Please be sure to read all the reviews on FashionMia. These people are a fraud. They take your money before shipping any items, then tell you items are not in stock. They then want more money in order to resolve issue saying it's for insurance. They never answer their phones and rarely answer an email. They only reply by sending a link to pay more money for insurance. Say "Good-bye" to your money if ordering from this fraudulent company. I wish I knew what further action I could take (?)
