I ordered a blouse and a week later received an e-mail stating that it was out of stock and that I should pick out another top or piece of clothing. I logged in and picked something out and the site kept brining me to the paypal screen to pay again for an item that was to be replaced. I have left numerous messages on the *******616 phone number and I have tried to e-mail them. I get no return phone call. They took my money and now I have no items. I will sue if I don't hear from them.

I placed an order which took three weeks to arrive. I ordered two dresses but got one dress and one skirt and blouse. Not only that they have the order wrong, but the dress was poorly made, the material was very thin and feel like paper. I returned the package and tracked it and it was received but still after two weeks of then rwceiving the package they still claim that they did not receive it. I tried contacting them by phone, but you only can leave a message and of course, no one calls back. I contacted them by email and its the same issue I'm having. People beware of this company. The clothes is nothing like what it looks like on line. It is poorly made and there is no customer service to help you if you need help. You cannot contact this company directly you have to go through PayPal. This company is a rip off beware!

I PURCHASED 2 JACKETS AND RECEIVED THEM DECEMBER 2017. THEY WERE XL BUT WOULD NOT FIT A SMALL. I RETURNED THEM IMMEDIATELY BUT HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND 7/28/18. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM EVERY 2 WEEKS ABOUT PAYMENT. THEIR EXCUSES WERE EVERYTHING FROM TOO MANY RETURNS, CHINESE NEW YEAR, NEEDED ORDER INSURANCE (WHICH WAS A HOAX BUT COST ME MORE MONEY) AND NOW, I RECEIVED A RESPONSE SAYING THAT SINCE IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND ME! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!

Please, please do not order from this fake company. Their clothes are very bad copies, made from cheap nasty fabric, badly cut, badly sewn and wrongly sized. When you return the items (and you will, even though you have waited months for delivery) you will never get your money back. They will reply to your emails asking you to be patient and sweetly assuring you that your money will be returned eventually. Hello, how long does it take to push a button? Six months later I am still waiting... This company needs to be brought down. They are thieves.

Compre 7 piezas, 4 llegaron las otras 3 nunca llegaron. El material de esos vestidos es malísimo. Las telas transparente lo cual difiere de lo que se muestra!
Pedí la devolución de mi dinero. Primero me dijeron que ese proceso iba a ser tardado. Luego que tenían dificultades técnicas. Después, que no iban a regresar el dinero hasta el mes de julio, cuando llegó esa fecha les escribí y dijeron que ya había pasado el tiempo límite para devolverlo.

En conclusión, me hicieron esperar pensando que recibiría mi dinero pero nada, me mintieron son un fraude.

No me regresaron nada y esos vestidos son horribles.

No pierdas tu tiempo ni tu dinero!

I ordered 2 swim suits June 3, their web site kept saying my order was processing. I needed them for vaction that has now already occurred. They did respond to my email today saying that they could re-ship my order that they never sent in the first place, if I paid another shipping fee. Also this is a direct quote from their email, Our company is not presently able to handle any kind of refund presently because, of some financial problems.
Buyer Beware.

I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER. $51 GONE FOR TWO DRESSES, THANK GOODNESS I DIDN'T SPEND MORE! I NEEDED A DRESS FOR A WEDDING THAT IS NOW PAST! AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT A JOKE, THE RESPONSE SAYS YOU WILL HEAR SOMETHING IN 24 HOURS, HA, I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS AND NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM FASHIONMIA WHICH SHOULD BE CALLED FASHIONPIRATES 'CAUSE THEY ARE JUST PLUNDERING AND STEALING. THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IN A TIMELY MANNER, WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME FOR SHIPPING OUT MY ORDER. LESSON LEARNED AND I LIVE IN THE SOUTH AND WE TELL EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE AND I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THIS JOKE AND RIPOFF OF A COMPANY!

Ordered 6 items in April and after 1 month could get no response from the company. Only after lodging a complaint with Paypal did I receive 3 of 6 items and they were not as represented so tried to return. Never received a response from their customer service. Continued to work through Paypal complaint process and 3 months later still have not received the 3 items and no refund and direction on how to return. I also filed a complaint with the Canadian Anti Fraud Department. Fashion Mia should be investigated and shut down. Shame on Fashion Mia for defrauding so many people. Shame on Paypal for representing them.

I advise everyone to avoid this site, first off they basically stole my money, i bought two jackets which took two months to arrive, after which the sizes didn't correspond to the sizes advised, They then told me to pay for insurance to resolve the problem, however after paying the insurance noting was done, after more complaints they blackmailed me by saying they wanted me to pay the insurance i already payed to receive a refund immediately, when i asked for a refund. This is a terrible website which i urge people to avoid
