Never ever!

... most of you placed an order in July. I placed my order in February 2018!... spring jackets, blouses... long sl/ t shirt, blazer...
Still dealing with them. Alicia, Now Zora... you name it...( probably with other 5 Chinese people from China.!
It's always excuses... please... wait for 8-10 more days!
I told them since February I'm not interested in their coupons. I just want my money!/ refund back!
No! Coupons! I don't trust this Chinese company at all!
I'm really sick and tired! Pleeeeese... never ever order from them!
I went through a lot after my mastectomy. They "catalogue " if you wanna call it!... looks awesome! I wanted to look good... as I never buying stuff through the internet. I ordered 4 items and still no money or three items in mail!
I received only one blouse, cheapy one and the size didn't even match.
Please be careful before you give them your money!
Stop ordering!
I'm very sorry and disappointed with this $#*! Fashion Mia!

Adorable shop

One of the best store. The clothing is very chic and priced fairly - love the jewelry and dresses particularly. They have clothing, shoes and a small selection of handbags and accessories. Seriously, It's an adorable shop with wonderfully affordable pieces.

Terrible

I bought a dress and got the correct size per there sizing guide. When it finally showed up it was way too small and not of any sort of quality material (you could see through it, so thin!)... I attempted to get a refund & return the dress, I was told I had to purchase shipping insurance, which I did, the next thing I got from them ended with someone from Nigeria using my account information. Needless to say I still have my see-through tiny dress and no refund, but an updated fraud alert on all my banking.

Don't order from them.

I did Everything they said in order to receive my refund on my entire order that I sent back. I had to email them. I had to send pictures of each item. I had to type a letter regarding my email. After I send it back, I had to email them pictures of my receipt. I was told in March I should receive my refund and that it was on "immediate status." They have yet to give me my refund. This entire experience has been since January 2918. It's now August. They are completely ignoring me. I don't know what else to do.

If I could give this a 0 rating I would! I ordered over $260 of different clothing items. Everything has to be returned except 1 item. I advised them of that through numerous email that, by the way, never got returned. It took forever to get the address to mail these items back. Now at this point, it's been 3 months, trying to get their address to return them. I then get an email, they are only refunding me $153... WHAT! I advised them I am calling the Attorney General and getting a lawyer. I'm done with this horrid company! They should be shut down. Very sneaky, they lie, a very deceitful company!

I still think that if you order anything from Fashion Mia you are more then likely going to find that you wish you had not. Fashion Mia Finally issued a refund for my order but only because I became a huge pain in their $#*! I e mailed them several times a day asking about refund also accused them of being scammers I placed reviews every where I could even publicly posted warnings on facebook dont give up e mail them several times daily If you need help Let me know I will email on your behalf everday this company needs to be shut down they are not reliable at all avoid at all costs.

This is copy of email received on July 28th 2018 yet another excuse as to why my refund has not been processed. Yet the day before I received an email from another associate that did not mention a thing about it

Horrible

I tested this site by ordering one item to test size and quality.
My overall experience was not good. The shipping time was over one month.
I did finally receive the item the quality and size was good but the customer and wait
Time assured me I would never order from this site again although the styles are stylish and the prices are good.

Fraud

I ordered merchandise over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping. I still have not received it. Do not order from this company. They are liars and frauds. I had open a dispute with my bank for a full refund because they NEVER respond back to your request. I will NEVER order from them again and I don't recommend anyone else to.

January 2018, I ordered 12 items, received 4 items 2 months later - was told they were delayed due to their Chinese New Years celebrations. The next 4 items came 2 months after the first 4. These items were terrible, so I wanted to return them. They kept offering me coupons, to which I kept refusing and asked for my refund returned. The remaining items never showed up - it is now July, 2018. I have repeatedly sent e-mails, opened a dispute resolution - all to no avail. This is not an integral company and I would advise not ordering from them. On their website, they have many beautiful items, but they are not consistent with quality and you are out of luck if you want to return anything. They owe me 172.00 CAD. I have now asked PayPal to step in.

Awefull Business

I wish i read about their review before i ordered from them. They ship the cheap stuff and never send you the more expensive item. Is either out of stock or they just ignore you when you email them. They are thief. They should not be advertise in any page in USA. Don't be thinking to pay with paypal because they don't reimburse you either. Like throwing out your money out of the window.

I should've checked review on this company. There are over 1600 angry customers. I lost total of $118 after they further scammed me for $2.23 "order insurance" for the refund to be processed. Oh, by the way, their item return address is in Walnut California. This Hong Kong based company is an international ring of scammers. Stay away from them. Their product are cheaply made. Threads were hanging, materials are poor and it's not like what you see on their website.

DON'T WALK, RUN!

I'm a patient person. Just received 4 dresses ordered. Strings hanging from every where possible. I ordered a 3x when I where a size 10. I couldn't even get into the 3x dresses. They wouldn't zip! I thought I was doing something by ordering 1 size up based on chart. WRONG. Unless you love ugly clothing that come from Wan Da Square, Huqui, Suzhou QitaQu in SUZHOU JIANGU China, BEWARE! Lost 80.00

I ordered items the first of May, by the end of May items still had not been mailed, so I canceled my entire order (in May), yet they sent out 5 items (in late June) the, rest were canceled. It took me until August and threatening to go to Paypal to report them, to give me a refund. They even sent a note stating the company did not have the funds to refund me. For the canceled items, wanted me to pay $3.99 to send out the canceled items instead, that's when I told them I was reporting them to Paypal. Got the refund the next day (in August) for the canceled order. The items may be cheap, but they will try anything not to refund your money regardless of the issue! BEWARE! Not a reputable company!

PLEASE, PLEASE, stay away from this company. It is a SCAM! Do not waste your hard earned money based on the flashy website! Those items do not exist--but just designed to draw you in. Will not stop warning other folks here but will report this to the law enforcement authorities to have this company investigated or shut down!--Meanwhile, be please be strongly advised and warned!

I think FashionMia should be taken off the internet. It is a rogue business. Criminal charges should be laid. In January 2018 I bought 2 dresses on line. Received one dress which was of very poor quality. The other dress never arrived. Despite constant emails, I have never received a refund. Their customer service department seems to be set up to send pleasant emails to you with the real intention to stall you. Stay away from this terrible business.

DO NOT ORDER!

This company is horrible! They claim average processing time is 3-5 days, but you won't see your products for weeks. Emails weeks later that items are out of stock and you need to choose something new, then the new item is also out of stock. Impossible to return items. No one responds to emails or returns calls and when you file a dispute you finally get a response which is that they cannot refund at the current time due to financial constraints. They are sending my items back to me, against my will, and expect me to pay the return shipping.

! DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, DECEPTIVE - WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN!.
I ordered some items Feb 1/18 which were to be delivered in 3 - 7 days. On March 3rd, I enquired about my order and was told they were out of stock. I requested a refund on March 12th and that's when the nightmare began. I was given a lithany of excuses and apologies (will be refunded to wallet, chineese new year, system down, insurance wasn't paid) on why the refund wasn't processed yet. Six months later, I still have not received my refund ($108.77) and they have stopped responding to my emails. I want my money and I'm going to the limits to get it back.
