No way to contact

Horrible service

Never received my order! Can not get a person to talk to! They don't have the correct order number on file! Would not recommend them! Save your money, go somewhere else!

Our jersey came burnt!

I'm so fed up with this company. Me and my wife ordered matching custom jerseys to complete our Halloween costume and my wife's came in burnt. All they could tell me was to deal with it myself and make a claim though USPS shipping service. Won't help me out even though I submitted pictures the day I received them. Unfortunately I don't know how this will even turn out. It's been 2 weeks since my order.

Order delayed for months

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes. They were supposed to be delivered in sept. Then in oct. Then late Oct. Now November. I can't figure out how to speak to a human, it won't let me cancel my order. I'm very frustrated.

Horrible product and customer service
November 12, 2021

The hat I ordered and received was definitely defected. Too much fabric and the logo was completely off, way too high up on the hat and not as pictured whatsoever. The stitching was also not as pictured, actually not even there. In the picture there was stitching on the external side of the hat in the front right before the brim, on mine there is none. When trying to get in touch with a customer advocate I voiced my issue and they immediately ended the chat. Attaching photo of the hat I received, the hat featured online, and copy of the transcript of the chat as well... the word transferred wasn't even correct. Is this a real site?

Refund Mathematical Acrobatics

The product I received was truly terrible, so returning it was a must to at least get some money back. I paid $34.60 for the hat, and understood that $9.99 would be charged for the label (total scam, BUT it was in the fine print). Somehow, the mathematical geniuses at FansEdge decided to refund me $17.06…less than half of the purchase price…. 2 MONTHS after I returned said hat. I've emailed them, but I don't have much hope of that going anywhere. It seems from these other reviews that they just ship out awful products, and still make money off people with their return policy. Will never give their site any of my time or money again.

I order my sweater on 8/09. It says (even today) that I would receive it on 8/19. It's 9/01. There is no human when you call customer service. I can't even click on the love chat option. They have no email. The only other option listed it on Twitter. I do not have Twitter. So I guess I'm out of $43. Don't be a dumbass like me. Do not order from them

I ordered 3 hats and the coupon code said " 20% off with Free Shipping " then the cart total was correct but once I placed order and looked at receipt it charged 9$ plus 1.99 handling fee! Trying to get ahold of them and it's all automated! And don't try and say that there was an option. There wasn't. There were a few other moms ordering after me who saw the same thing and they decided to not order because they knew that they would get tricked.

This order was placed with a Next Business Day Delivery, that's why the additional $9.00 was applied to the order. I have changed the shipping method to a 3-7 business day delivery and released the additional shipping charge. This refund will reflect back to the original form of payment within 2-7 business days.

I ordered a Medium for my son and it was more child/women size. Very skimpy. I needed a large. I went through the return process to find out that on a $24.00 order they wanted the shirt returned and they would only return approximately $12.00. I would also have to pay to ship it back. I am stuck with a useless piece of poor quality shirt. This is not a reputable company in my opinion.

Return fees

I ordered 4 shirts as a gift for my husband. When you feel the material the shirts feel cheap. One shirt had the logo on the stomach instead of the chest. I wanted to return this item, then come to find out they charge you 9.99 for shipping one item back. I spent about 125 on the 4 items and was only charged 1.99 handling fee but then to return 1 item I have to pay 9.99. The item was not as pictures so why should I be charged to return a defective item. I will never order from this company again and I will let everyone that I know about this experience. Extremely disappointed.

The return label is pre-paid and you will not be charged to use it and we will not deduct the return fees from your refund. We will always waive the return fees on a damaged or defective item. Lies, lies, and more lies.

After I put a review on sitejabber in Dec 2020, Fansedge contacted me the very next day. Apparently this is the only way to get them to respond. I also had to request to talk to an actual person and not a series of automated responses. I cancelled my order. Their rep said he could refund my money for one of the items right then because it hadn't shipped yet but the 2nd item would be refunded in Jan 2021, claiming that item had shipped. I get an email on Jan 6 saying my items have been shipped. I check the FED EX tracking and it still says that delivery is pending. There is no record of FED EX ever received it. As of today 1/27/21 I have not received the item or the promised refund for that item. I have even received several requests to complete surveys which I filled and and even let them know they could contact me. No one has contacted me.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

So I called costumer service, she states the the item was on back order. I don't get it if you don't have the item don't sell it very simple. Ripped off

Ordered a Tampa bay face mask for $6, had a FREE shipping Code. However the order receipt show $14.99 shipping for a $6, item.
I tried to CANCEL immediately, but the email just bounces back, no one ever answers the online CHAT, TWITTER just comes back to their website.
No way to cancel and no one responds.
