The product I received was truly terrible, so returning it was a must to at least get some money back. I paid $34.60 for the hat, and understood that $9.99 would be charged for the label (total scam, BUT it was in the fine print). Somehow, the mathematical geniuses at FansEdge decided to refund me $17.06…less than half of the purchase price…. 2 MONTHS after I returned said hat. I've emailed them, but I don't have much hope of that going anywhere. It seems from these other reviews that they just ship out awful products, and still make money off people with their return policy. Will never give their site any of my time or money again.
