These guys immediately charge your account for the item and then go into slow motion on shipping the item. They then process an electronic notification of planned shipment to the shippers and USPS to create the appearance the item is shipped. All of their phone numbers automatically hangup on you when you call and reach them. Beware, they just want your money without delivering the product or customer service.
DON'T USE THIS SITE! I ordered something off of here, it was supposed to be shipped no later than Jan 10th. On Jan 11th I called customer service and they said it would be sent out the following monday and everything would have been great. On Jan 13th I got a full refund without notice, no notes, nothing about what happened. They just cancelled my order and sent me on my way. THEY SUCK!
I've ordered from fansedge in the past, and have been satisfied with my experience. BUT NOT THIS TIME. On 12/10, I ordered a jersey as a Christmas gift - no shipping fee! On 12/16, I checked the staus of the order, and found that it had been cancelled, without notification. When I finally got through to customer dis-service, the rep told me the order could be reprocessed, but a supervisor would need to do it, and that would take 3-4 more days. This was getting too close to Christmas, so I declined. I ordered the jersey from NFLshop.com, not realizing that they are both affiliated with fanatics.com. But NFLShop was charging $10 shipping. This appears to me to be a scam. Everyone at fansedge, NFLShop and Fanatics denies that the companies are affiliated, but that's BS. STAY AWAY!
I placed a order for a Christmas gift on December 15th. The website stated orders received will be delivered by Christmas with 3-5 days shipping. Just checked the tracking and it shows delivery on December 28th which is 13 days shipping. The product did not even leave the warehouse until 3 days after the order. Cal customer service and I was on hold for 53 minutes and didn't get any answers to why? Will not do business with this company again. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Read everything here and other review sites. They'll take your money and promise delivery within 5 to 7 days and then they don't ship. Getting through to customer service is nearly impossible. I was on hold for 2 hours to find out nothing. Then after I cancelled they claimed on the site it was shipped the next day. I raised the roof and finally got written confirmation of cancelling but despite promise of full refund, they withheld 14 dollars of the 134 they charged my card. Beware, they operate under different names too. They are also Teamstore.
I placed an order on 11/9/13, for my sons birthday. I have called 3 times and each time they gave me a different date on when they would ship my item. The last time I called and demanded they adjust my credit card for the item and special shipping that I paid extra for, they only took the shipping off and then sent an email that I could have an in store credit. Why would I ever order from this place again and I suggest you don't either.
I placed an order on 12/2, paid for 3day priority mail, claimed it shipped on Dec 4th, the shipping or number order couldn't be traced., I called customer service
And they wanted to give me a STORE CREDIT.! I told them to refund my credit card and was advised it will take 2 to 10 business days to be refunded!. I ordered my grandkids Christmas gifts and now they will have to wait till after Christmas because I can't find their sizes. I am so upset, if you thinking of ordering, DON"T!. I learned my lesson!
If I had reviewed this site before December I would have given them 5 stars. I have ordered from their site and never had any problems- in stock and shipped fast. But today I found out the same company owns fansedge and fanatics.com and services shop.nhl.com
I have had problems with shop.nhl.com and found the item I wants on fansedge so I was excited and called to make sure it was the color the website showed (this has been the source of my problem buying from the nhl) and I was told "if the website shows it in red- then it is red" so after a bit of begging on my part she was supposed to check with the warehouse to be sure and they would get back to me- been almost a week and nothing. I did finally hear back from them and big surprise they don't have it in red. Took about 2 weeks to let me know that even though I can order it online they don't have it.
Since I figured out it is the same company's know they don't have it but their customer service is horrible. You would probably be ok to order something not customized but I won't return to their websites shop.
Ordered a hat that stated "in-stock"... they charged my card, then 2 days later I get an email saying they can't fulfill my order but that a credit is being issued to my card. However, I'm getting the run around because they're not crediting my sales tax back to me. So apparently, if THEY cannot fulfill your order, you still have to pay a tax on NOTHING! And to top it all off... that hat is still on this site as "IN-STOCK"... SERIOUSLY? Oh... but I got a $10 credit to use on this site... because I really want to order something off here now! NO THANK YOU! I will NEVER order anything from this site again and I will make sure that everyone I know... knows NOT to deal with fansedge.com... ridiculous!
FansEdge handled my order horribly. Took me calling them, then they shipped it three days later! I paid extra for expediting shipping which they charged me for although the order went out ONE WEEK after I paid! Oh but no worries they applied a 10dollar store credit to my account... WHAT! You think I'm ever doing business with this place again!?! I didn't get my jersey in time for the game, now I don't even want it! I just want my money BACK!
I ordered a jersey and expedited shipping. Of course it arrived late so I didn't get to wear it to the game. When I got home that night I discovered the jersey didn't even fit, so I sent it back the next day and requested a new size. A month later, I'm still waiting. I just spoke with customer service and was told it will be another 20 days to process my refund. I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted another jersey! So she was going to order me a new one, and now they're sold out of the size I need. I asked for my shipping money back at the very least and she couldn't accommodate me. Horrible service, and they don't have a 365 day no hassle return policy! I'll never use them again.
I have ordered from FansEdge several times and the shipping was slow but I did get the items with no issues. However this year I have ordered at least 5 items in 3 transactions and 1 was cancelled due to no availability, 1 item was sent in the wrong color (that I had to return) they didn't have the color I ordered available, the other 3 items were backorder items. 2 items recieved but not quickly and still waiting on the last item. Shipping has taken 10+ days. The item has went half way around the US and back and I still don't have it. The tracking has shown that it has just sat at locations for 2 days with no movement. I called and was told that it just depends on the carrier which routes they take. So I have decided this was my last order with them. There are other companies that I order sports items from that get it right and deliver quickly. It just gets frustrating dealing with them even though the customer service seems friendly and they apologize. It just gets old I think I am being more than fair with this review. This was my experience with several transacitons. So if you want the right item delivered in a reasonable time; I don't recommend FansEdge.
Fansedge.com was misleading when they promote items as being "in-stock" when they actually are not. I ordered a bulk number of jerseys and the shopping cart stated all items were in-stock.
I paid for priority shipping too to learn that on day 7 after my purchase the jerseys not only have not shipped, but not even been made yet! You have to read the small print on a seperate page that they reserve the right to produce jerseys 5-11 business days after you place your order.
Customer service was unable to do anything about expediting my shipment and not able to stop the production of the jerseys despite the production date still being one week away. No refunds and no returns for jerseys. Do not buy jerseys from this site if there is a chance they won't fit or be the right one. You will be stuck with it and all the shipping costs! STAY AWAY! Use the official team websites!
I placed an order for an English Soccer Jersey on 12/17/2012 and selected Priority Shipping (3 days plus 'handling').
It's been 16 days so far and FansEdge representatives cannot provide me a tracking number, name of courier, and cannot tell me what has happened to my order and why it hasn't shipped (they aren't even sure where it is). And they refuse to cancel it/refund my money. I have been advised to 'just wait'.
In the three calls I've made in a week, each time I am asked to allow 48 hours for a response which I have never received.
I have advised them of my intent to pursue litigation should I not receive my order, and I've given them my attorney information.
Go with a reputable company like Nike. Pretty sure I've just been taken for $120.
Customer service is terrible. I tracked a return back to the warehouse... it has been waiting to be refunded to me for over a month! I have called them 3 times, and waited on hold. I have emailed and been told that it takes 5 days to process a return. I am now about 30 days in and still have not been refunded.
Take your business elsewhere. Do not trust them, or rely on this company. They have terrible service and don't deserve your money.
I bought something off of here through the shopdiscover network. There was an issue with my shipping address and they took care of it ASAP. Very nice people, and great Customer Service hours!
