HORRIBLE not using again
December 15, 2015

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a shirt the 1st week of October... got it just before Halloween and the fit was so awkward and bad, had to return. Submitted my return via mail first week of November and now as of DECEMBER FIFTEENTH I just got my refund. No communication, no emails saying the received my item, no email saying they issued a refund, nothing. HATE THEM. Customer service always put it off saying "lets just wait lets just wait" but it was over two months for a resolution. Unbelievable.

I placed an order before reading the reviews of this company. Needless to say I was scared! However, I was pleasantly surprised. I placed an order for a jersey on December 9th, and received the package this morning, the 15th. Exactly what I ordered and before it was promised. I think I lucked out! I would order from this company again.

Horrible
December 14, 2015

Placed order on 11/30. Its now 12/15 and still haven't received my items. Called and spoke to a girl who told me my items have been lost and she would submit a new request- I asked if she can expedite because they messed up and she said she couldn't. I ordered these 2 weeks ago and needed it by this Friday and they're still missing. I emailed customer support twice and didn't get any emails back. Contacted FedEx and they said they haven't even left the shipping center.

Ordered a Nike Baylor Bears shirt for my son for Christmas on 12/01/15. It shipped out on the 3rd, and I was supposed to get it in 3 to 7 business days. I still don't have it. After having no tracking information show up for 11 days, finally today it was updated and I'm supposed to get it on the 16th. We'll see... Also, did not realize Fans Edge is basically Fanatics.com and ordered my son a Baylor hoodie last week for Christmas. Still has not shipped out yet and once I figured out these 2 companies were the same, I tried to cancel the hoodie order. They wouldn't let me nor did they give me an option to expedited shipping so I know I will not receive the hoodie in time for Christmas. If you have to order from either of these companies, make sure you order it 3 weeks ahead of time.

HORRIBLE
December 11, 2015

I ordered from this website and I should've listened to everyone. It's a MAJOR head ache. I was online and on the phone for a good 2 hours with the supervisor and 3 other workers. One of the worker stated that my package was lost and so they would send me another. Then the supervisor said it wasn't lost. No tracking information has been put up by FEDEX. I highly even doubt they sent it. They probably didn't even have the product I bought. FedEx is really good about scanning things once they are received. This is the worst company I have ever bought off. NEVER AGAIN! Save the troubles and save the head aches and don't order!

Ordered two items with 20% discount. Most expensive one at $24.99, or $19.99 with discount. They can't deliver that item after it took them 5 days to figure out that info from THEIR OWN WAREHOUSE! They say they will credit my CC the $19.99, but alas not the tax and shipping. SO I end up paying $16.79 for a $8.76 pair of freaking socks (were at $10.95 before 20% discount). OH but I get $10 in fansedge dollars! Like I would want to order something more from these people?... NOT!

Needed to place an order for a team we cannot get In Canada. Placed the order on the site and it told me free delivery. When I get to the end of the order it tells me I cant have free deliver because I live in Canada. I paid the 14.95 because this is a birthday gift and wanted in time for the game Thursday December 17th. My order was placed two weeks in advance. Follow the shipping it is now in Columbus Ohio! It is now December 11. Called and nobody knows why its in Columbus. Don't order from here I should have listened to the other reviews!

Thanks for your reply but this doesn't help me. I paid for the package to arrive in 5-10 business days. I just spoke to two of your agents. One suggested I place another order and it would be expedited. When I questioned why my first order wasn't expedited she put me on a long hold to come back and say I was right she can't expedite. Good thing I didn't place another order! I also called the shipping company who told me my package was never in Cheektowaga so I ask... Why is that your site said it was sitting there for 5 days.? I paid for 5-10 business days and that is what I would like. This was a gift and the game is Thursday not Friday.! A company this size should be able to deliver on its promises.

Lies, Lies, Lies...

Promised 3 day shipping... didn't leave their facility for 5 days... then 7 days from FedEx to local USPS where no tracking information was sent... Sent two emails to FansEdge 6 days apart- with no response at all... FansEdge sucks... I have over a hundred different OU t-shirts and will use any company besides them from now on.

Received messages from Fansedge basically stating that this was within the time frame stated (which of course is another lie)... I will never order from these clowns again.

I ordered items on Saturday 12/05. On all my items it said, "this item ships within 2 business days." Per FedEx tracking, a label was created on Monday 12/07. These items have not been shipped, it's been over 2 business days and there isn't an estimated delivery date or any update since the label was created on Monday. I wish I would have read the reviews first because I would not have ordered from this website. I hope u get these items before Christmas... not a happy customer.

Disappointing
December 9, 2015

Why is it you say the estimated shipping time is 3 days? This is not a truthful statement, as it took days for my order to be sent to the shipping company and then an additional eight days for it to be shipped. Extremely disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

**Update: The estimated shipping date has become even later than before. Previously it was estimated to ship on 12/16, now it is 12/18. Very disappointing.

Final Straw

Have ordered several times and each time has been at least one problem. Ordered a MN Golden Gophers hoodie for my grandson and a stocking hat. Hat is marginally correct color. Hoodie was NOWHERE near the Gophers maroon. Sizing is inconsistent and exchange process is cumbersome. Don't waste your time and money!

I ordered my dad a Marcus Mariota jersey from fansedge for Christmas on November 30, and received it today. It was shipped and delivered in 8 days! I'm very satisfied. After I ordered it, I figured id look at the reviews for this company(I know, that was something people do before hand) and alot of it was horrible and I started to get nervous that maybe this would happen to me. But everything was perfect! I would most def order from this company again and recommend to family and friends. Also, the jersey was on sale at the time I ordered it. 20% off of $100, and free shipping. In all I paid $79.99. Couldn't beat that. Love Fansedge! And I know my dad will too when he gets his present! ❤

I foolishly read reviews after spending a fair bit of money on a hockey jersey for my brothers Xmas present- and was very scared! I bought a second gift, despite spending almost $300 on this, as I thought it wouldn't turn up. However, the jersey arrived before expected date, being shipped internationally, leaving me loads of time before Christmas to wrap it up. I know he's going to love it, and all of my interactions with this company have only been positive :)

Wrong item

I purchased multiple New England Patriots items from Fans Edge and one the items was incorrect. I ordered a Pats infant boys hat and I received Green Bay woman's socks. I emailed the customer service address and received a generic response and no hat was sent. With 4 kids and working 10 hour days calling customer service is tough. When I would remember I didn't have the time and when I had the time I didn't remember. So when I finally remembered to call a month later I was told the hat would sent out when the received their socks. Well by that time I won't need the winter hat. You're mistake not mine but I am being inconvenienced. So I told customer service to just refund me once they receive the socks. Then they can all of sudden send the hat before they receive the socks. Seriously I spent over $300 on items if I was trying to scam you for some socks (which I live in Chicago, I am not going to wear Green Bay socks) or trying to scam a free item, someone would say they were missing the $70 jersey not the $12 hat. So at the end of the day the hat is being sent and they said they would waive the return label fee... hmm I would sure so hope so, I wouldn't pay for shipping on an item I already paid shipping for because someone sent me the wrong item... that should be a mute point. Just expected better from a big company, mistakes happen but if I could have received an email back in the first place I would had my hat a month ago. Off to the post office I go to buy a box and return socks I didn't want.

Very satisfied

On Black Friday I purchased 10 blaster boxes of upper deck 15-16 series 1 hockey cards. There was a 25% percent off sale snd I got 10 for the price of 8 with free shipping, so it was a deal I couldn't pass up. I was pretty nervous after reading all the reviews, but fans edge delivered. I got the product the middle of the next week and everything was great. Definitely recommend fans edge.

Haven't received package

I ordered two garments from FansEdge over a week ago and haven't received them yet. The FedEx package tracking hasn't updated since they sent m the tracking number and the delivery date was scheduled for yesterday. I sent an email to customer service today, so we'll see if they get back with me. These were gifts that I wasn't able to give to my family members over the Thanksgiving holiday.

First mess is cleaned up satisfactory (Customer Service personnel is horrible and cannot do anything, at the end problem is solved by Fans Advocate after complain lodged here).

However, they sent WRONG item, different to what being pictured on their website.
Write email request asking for procedure to exchange (not even ask for refund), and they choose to ignore the request twice (once to customer service and another to Fans Advocate).
Request sent 3 weeks ago, still hasn't get any reply from any of them.

Save yourself from wasting your time, and order from other company.
FansEdge reputation is indeed truly mirorred on 1.5 star they've got here...

But I think Fansedgr is based in Florida and I'm in New York so maybe that's why it hasn't come but I picked Fansedgr because it was the cheapest and I like it
