Disappointing Christmas
December 23, 2015

I ordered a Baltimore Ravens Jersey from this website for my boyfriend for Christmas. I was so excited to find it on this website on cyber Monday because of the discount and it was reasonably priced (about $100) with free shipping. I placed this order 12 DAYS AGO. It has been at the "fed ex" location in my hometown for 3 days. The delivery date has been changed 3 times and it supposedly is arriving by the end of the day today. We'll see. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service as well as the BS shipping promises. This was a big Christmas gift! So upset!

Run the other way

This website is the worst website I ever bought from. Not only had the lost my package, never sent an email confirmation, or helped at all the 4 times I called. Not to mention that one lady even gave me a number to call for my problem, well the number was fake and said this number is not in service. They finally sent me a jersey in a size I didn't order because "we ran out of the size you ordered and that this would be fine" is what I got told. We'll online the size I ordered was in stock but I will let my 6'8 husband he can wear a large belly shirt! Then when I asked for another one she said I have to pay 5.50 for the return shipping. These people are crazy, rude and truly have the worst costumer service I ever seen! Don't waste your time or money you will get nothing! I truly feel I got treated so poorly and not one person will fix it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed a custom order for a red wings jersey on 11/27. The order arrived with the wrong players name but right #. I emailed Fansedge and made them aware of the issue and states this order was a Christmas present and I need a replacement. A day later I received an email confirming receipt of my email and then I received a return label.
I waited a few days to hear from Fansedge about my replacement- nothing. I called Fansedge on approx 12/7 to let them know I have not receive or heard anything about my replacement jersey. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and was told the order was in process and I should receive an email confirming it in the next few days. I was also told I would be sent the replacement jersey free of charge.
I again waited to receive the jersey but I did not. I called Fansedge again on 12/18 and spent 43 minutes on the line. I was told the order was in process and it was being overnights so I could have it by Christmas. On 12/22 I had an online chat with Fansedge. I was told I would not receive the order by Christmas. I was then offered 15% off and when I said I was told it would be replaced free of charge she said I misunderstood. I asked to cancel the order and I was told I can't cancel it because it's a custom order!
This company is horrible for customer service and they are very unorganized. All in I spent nearly two hours of my time trying to resolve this issue which started as a Fansedge error. My son will not have a Christmas present to open because of them. I am very disappointed with fansedge. Shame on them! Do not do business with this company!

I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman who was very nice and professional. I told him I was a bit apprehensive about ordering, as I read several bad reviews. I took a chance, however, and ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present.
I was pleasantly surprised when my order came in 2 days earlier than expected, and was what I ordered. Thank you Fansedge, I will order from you again in the future.

Now the other part of the order, which was supposed to come last night, won't be here until after Christmas. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I was so happy with my first order but cannot believe that I am now screwed out of most of the Christmas gifts I was planning on giving. You should not guarantee delivery before Christmas if you can't actually do it

Still waiting

I placed an order on december 8th. I paid xtra to upgrade the shipping so it would be here on time for xmas although regular shipping also said it would arrive prior to xmas. Still waiting... had several emails with nacy. The last one hasnt been replied to at all. Total bull$#*!

HORRIBLE SHIPPING
December 21, 2015

Do not order from this company if you need your item within a decent time frame. I ordered an item the first week of December. It "shipped" from FansEdge on Dec 9th, and here it is the 21st and I still have no item and looks like FedEx is routing through USPS now. Why in the world? This is terrible service. I'll never order from this company again and suggest that you don't either. Horrible service.

FansEdge is horrible with their shipping, two items I ordered I never received - notified them they resent items - I finally received those. I also received an item that wasn't mine that I shipped back with my own money after asking twice for them to send me a post paid receipt to put on the box - they didn't care they send me someone else's item. Then I ordered a special event item that was guaranteed to ship by 12/18/15 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas and I have received NOTHING! No tracking email, no ship email. When I contacted customer service 12/21/15 I was told they had no idea when it was going to be shipped. I cancelled my order. If I had known this I would never of ordered from this website. BEWARE

Disappointed
December 20, 2015

I had a few newer College Football Playoffs items that were guaranteed to be shipped before December 16. They still have not been shipped and they are Christmas presents. Another Christmas present that I got in that same order has taken forever to get here as well.

Hugely disappointed and will now have to spend more money to actually give my family something instead of what FansEdge has given me... nothing!

Horrible, just horrible

For starters, I am a frequent online shopper. I've bought things online from just about any place you can think of, and have NEVER had service as horrible as fans edge. I ordered my Christmas gifts on the 12th and have it said the package would be here on the 17th. This is not the PROBLEM, the problem is that the shipment status says "the package was not received by parcel". I called on Thursday and they told me my package had been shipped already (which they said shipped the 14th) and that it should be received by parcel later Thursday night or Friday. It's now Saturday and no word yet or update on my shipment, which I need in time for Christmas. I don't know whether to be mad at Lasership or Fansedge at this point, but this is completely unacceptable, especially considering they had no problem telling me what I wanted to hear rather than the truth. Will never bring my business to this site again, very disappointing and after reading other reviews it's a surprise to me no one has contacted the better business bureau and reported them. Granted it is Christmas time and I am an understanding person, but being left in the dark over an issue like this is just very unprofessional and untrusting from any standpoint. I need these gifts for Christmas and now I'm contemplating going out and having to buy mo gifts just to give them something to open on Christmas!

Poor customer service!

I ordered a jersey for my husband for Christmas back in November. Fedex claims they delievered the package but it never arrived. When I contacted Fans Edge they let me know they do not have te item in stock and the refund will take up to 20 days. I requested that I receive the same sale I got for my orginal purchase on black friday once the item is in stock and they said no. I then asked if I could expedite the refund process so I can afford something else for a Christmas gift and they said no. I feel like they didn't even attempt to address my concerns and seemed to show no concern. I will never order from them in the future!

Well it's day 12 and still my package has not arrived. Fedex states they were to deliver to my local post office and they were to deliver to me. It took fansedge 4 days to ship the order and now fedex has had it ever since. The dates of delivery have been changed 3 different times. As of this morning fedex still shows in transit! Really? I will never do business with either of these 2 companies again. If US mail was gonna deliver in the end why not send it by them to begin and shorten the time of the package being bounced all over the US at fedex centers?

Terrible service
December 17, 2015

I placed an order on 12/13/15. I paid 9.99 for 3 day delivery. One shirt was shipped on 12/15. It is scheduled to be delivered 12/21.6 days not 3. The other shirt wont be shipped in time to get it for Christmas and customer service tells me lthat it is a custom order and cant be returned. It is a Michigan shirt, nothing custom about it. I now have a shirt that I paid for with extra shipping ccosts and it wont be here in time. Rip Off. I will never do business with this company again. Have access to lots of college students because of family members in school. They wont order from here either if I have anything to say about it.

Haven't received my package! Christmas is coming and I don't have the gifts I ordered!" - I placed an order of $125 on December 2 and still haven't received my package. I also never recieved an email letting me know about the tracking information. I was hoping to get these in time so I could wrap them and then send them out for Christmas gifts. Now I need to go spend more money on a replacement gift because I'm not ruining my families Christmas over not receiving an order I should have had already. I have emailed twice with no response and apparently in 2015 they don't have a phone number to reach them at.

Second time trying to contact this company. I have given them my personal email and haven't heard back from them other than on here, where there is no way to have a conversation with them.

Never again

I ordered a necklace from Fans Edge last year for my daughter. The item came broke. I didnt bother to return it for $10 as I figured it wasnt worth the hassle. I then made the mistake of ordering from them again this year. Shipping was so-so, but when it came, that's where my frustration boiled over. I ordered my kids 3 shirts. All 3 shirts came with the print on the shirts crooked and off center. What a joke. I called "customer service" (if that's what you want to call it) and the lady was completely rude and chomping on food while talking. She kept rushing me asking me what she wanted her to do about it. I said I wanted my kids Christmas presents fixed and here in time for Christmas. She was unapologetic for their mistake and now my kids wont have these gifts seeing as one of the shirts doesnt have her size in stock anymore. I dont know how that woman is employed, but with the quality of the items I received, quality control in the products and the employees is obviously missing at this company. Im completely done with Fans Edge and I will never, and I mean never order from them again. If you are thinking about ordering from Fans Edge, save yourself a headache. I would not recommend them to anyone. Thanks for nothing Fans Edge.

I am so curious how some of these customers received their items. I ordered a Christmas present for my son on 11/25 thinking I was being proactive. The tracking order said they received it on 11/27, but it is still sitting there. By 12/9, I finally went online to contact Customer Service about where my items were. I was disappointed to find out that there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call and resolve your issue. I emailed twice and finally found out that I could chat with someone online. They are going to refund my order, but said they can't cancel it because it left their facility. This is crazy and not worth your time or trouble. I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering, but never thought to check. Poor business. I will not refer or use them again.

I got a confirmation my package shipped 10 days ago... was suppose to receive my order on Saturday by the end of the day (Per the tracking #), never showed up. Then it said by the end of the day Tuesday ( still didn't show up) and now I go to track the package and it says pending... I didn't realize I had to wait two weeks to get my Dads Birthday gift. Ordered a pillow off of Amazon ( didn't use prime) on the same day as I made this order and got that order within 3 days. Seriously so ridiculous. I doubt I will ever use this company again.
