I just placed an order and now, after reading these reviews, i think i should cancel my order and go with another more reliable company! does anyone know if fansedge has made any changes to offer better delivery and customer service?

Answer:

I ordered a tee shirt and a hoodie from th on January 21. Was told the order would be shipped in 3-5 Days. Plenty of time to get here by the super bowl. The tee shirt was shipped ten days later. The hoodie is now scheduled to be here on Feb 7th! I called four times and was told it would be here today, Feb 2, each time. Lied to my face four times. So if you want to wait for your purchase for three weeks, be lied to by the costumer service folks and disappoint your children then this is the place for you. Ill be ordering from NFL. Col from now on. This place is a joke.

Tracie, did you get your items. I currently have an open inquiry with the BBB as they have taken funds from our acct without merchandise ever being delivered. Contacted them and was given the run around. I have not saved 3 emails from this company all stating something different regarding my items. Im not playing with them either.
