I ordered two garments from FansEdge over a week ago and haven't received them yet. The FedEx package tracking hasn't updated since they sent m the tracking number and the delivery date was scheduled for yesterday. I sent an email to customer service today, so we'll see if they get back with me. These were gifts that I wasn't able to give to my family members over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your order has not yet been received and that you were not able to provide the items to the family members that you purchased them for.
Upon review of the order, we do show that by now the tracking should have updated to reflect a delivery date. Unfortunately since it has not, we would consider the package to be lost in transit at this time.
All items originally purchased are currently out of stock so a full refund has been processed back to your original form of payment. We understand that we dropped the ball on this order and would like the opportunity to make this up to you.
For the inconvenience we have issued a merchandise credit to your account that can be used towards a future purchase with us. We have sent a separate message to you at this time with the login instructions.
