If I had reviewed this site before December I would have given them 5 stars. I have ordered from their site and never had any problems- in stock and shipped fast. But today I found out the same company owns fansedge and fanatics.com and services shop.nhl.com
I have had problems with shop.nhl.com and found the item I wants on fansedge so I was excited and called to make sure it was the color the website showed (this has been the source of my problem buying from the nhl) and I was told "if the website shows it in red- then it is red" so after a bit of begging on my part she was supposed to check with the warehouse to be sure and they would get back to me- been almost a week and nothing. I did finally hear back from them and big surprise they don't have it in red. Took about 2 weeks to let me know that even though I can order it online they don't have it.
Since I figured out it is the same company's know they don't have it but their customer service is horrible. You would probably be ok to order something not customized but I won't return to their websites shop.
I have ordered several times. My first order was delayed - they had a big sale and I wasn't too happy it took a while to get to me but when I called the customer service line they were so nice. Refunded my shipping cost and upgraded it to 2 day shipping.
Prices are really good and they have a lot of sales so you can get name brand hockey equipment for a pretty good price. I was able to get a Bauer composite stick for my son for $24 :)
I just ordered a few last minute Christmas gifts for my son. Can't wait for them to get here. Just a quick update- my Christmas order got here really fast and my son is going to love what I bought him. If you get on their mailing list you will get coupons on a pretty regular basis (I love to save money).
This is a company that delivers fresh fruits and veggies to your house in a limited area in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri. Most of the products are local and organic. Each week a new bin is delivered to your house and you have the option to customize your order the week before. There is also a variety of groceries you can add for an additional cost.
The produce is fresh and I have only had my order incorrect once in over a year (missing one item) and I was given a credit on my next order. Excellent customer service and even got a fresh flower for Mother's Day in my bin :)
Honestly I haven't ordered from them yet but they have the same corporate offices as fansedge and shop.nhl.com. I have had nothing but problems and horrible customer service from them. If you order be prepared for a horrible experience with the customer service department.
I did email their customer service department (before I realized it was the same company) to verify the color of the practice jersey I wanted and never got an answer from them. I am just glad I didn't order the red jersey from them... I would have gotten another blue one a an even bigger headache.
I ordered a custom practice jersey for my son in red- exactly what he wanted and I got it on sale. I couldn't wait for it to come in. When it arrived (only a week) it was blue. I emailed them and got an answer that it was in stock. No offer to replace it. I called them was told it was in stock and they would contact the warehouse to make sure I got a red one and call me in 2-3 business days with the confirmation number.
So I waited... Nothing. Emailed them again- yes it's in stock. I will have someone contact you... Nothing. Emailed again - said not available and they would waive my return fee (their mistake- not mine). Well, that just made me angry so I called again.
This time I was told yes it is in stock in red and a small- let me place the order for you and we will get it verified and contact you in 1-2 days (heard it before but it is Christmas season and I am pretty relaxed about these things). Nothing... Not a call, not an email.
So today I called. I received the order 2 weeks ago and now I am mad. I asked for a manager. Was put on hold. Told it would be 20 minutes. They disconnected me when they transferred me. Once again I called back. Same thing- disconnected again after being on hold an additional 20 minutes. Called back the third time and I demanded to speak to a manager. Was told it would be 20 minutes. I told her they kept hanging up on me- her reply "they didn't hang up on you- they didn't click over right when they transferred you" when I disagreed with her she says you didn't tell me your name- I am fuming now but I gave her my name and told her she never asked.
Finally got a manager who says they don't have red- I tell her it is still on their website TODAY for purchase in red. I did get a credit on my account after much arguing. Worst part is it took over an hour to get a manager and during that time I had to pick my son up from school so now he knows what he is getting for Christmas.
I can promise you I will never order a jersey from them again. I am so disappointed my son knows his present and I wish I had ordered from somewhere else instead.
