I spoke to a rep before ordering my item. They confirmed it was in stock. Then after a few days I followed up and they said its in stock and processing. And then I confirmed a few days later and they said that it'll be shipping by Tuesday December 16. Nothing. So I followed up again and was told it was delayed but I'll have it by the end of the week... Then I randomly got a refund. No email. So I follow up again and they say it was canceled because it was out of stock. Perfect timing right before Christmas. WORST COMPANY EVER!
I ordered a jersey at an advertised price of $36 and got charged $68! A smart tactic to lure customers in while leaving no proof that you saw the advertised price. If you decide to buy from this crappy company, take a screen shot of the advertised price. Better yet, record everything!
Ordered items before the holiday rush. Received the wrong item & got the run around from their online customer support. Now the items I ordered are out of stock & I am out $$ & product. Ridiculous that they do not have a direct customer care telephone number. Are they hiding from their customers? Would rather pay more from a reputable retailer. Do NOT buy from these guys!
My mother sent me a Cubs hoodie sweatshirt for xmas and it was too small. I tried to exchange it but they would not do it because of their stupid no exchange policy. They would refund my mother (the purchaser) only and not even give me the store credit. Never shop here because they suck!
I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered my 6 items Black Friday. Was suppose to arrive at my house today. Upon delivery somehow the address was wrong? A number off. No big deal I figured human air. Called today around 7pm to point out the address was incorrect and to change it ASAP. Not but 2 hours later I receive a new email stating my order has changed and I am getting a small refund. Now I'm highly confused and annoyed because the girl I talked to didn't change my address at all. Instead she changed my order and didn't bother to do the only thing I called to do, it was change the address.
I called again about 20 minutes ago, and at this point they can't help me because there are no mangers working after midnight, 9 pm california time.
At this point I don't even want my gifts, I just want my refund. So disappointed.
Fansedge ruined my son's birthday. I ordered a custom jersey for his birthday with plenty of time for it to arrive. 2 weeks later I receive an email stating that the warehouse hasn't even received the jersey to customize yet. The site says "ships within 3 days". I am one pissed off momma bear and will never order from fans edge again despite them "crediting" my account $10.
I ordered an adult medium and I have the screen shot from the order. They sent me a preschool small. So I call them, Now I have to pay $100 dollars again to order another jersey and its not here for my fiance's birthday. I didn't get a sorry, or a discount or anything. So for the moment I'm out 200 bucks because they won't reimburseme me for their mess up until I ship the wrong jersey back. They should have at least gave me a discount for messing up my order or told me to keep the jersey and refund my money from their mess up. So doubtfully be using fans edge ever again because of this giant hassle. After seeing this review if they really want me to use their business again they would fix this and they can possibly have more business from me in the future. Worst online shopping experience to date. The sweatshirt I ordered nov16 was lost once and the order was cancelled twice. I called the company twice and they assured me that they "re-sent" the package. The third time I called they said that they didnt have any in the size I ordered and that they would refund me in 2-10 days. I guess i should've read some of the reviews below before i "purchased" the sweatshirt. I have never written a review until today, thats how bad my experience was.
If only there could be a. 25 star. This was the MOST awful experience I have ever had with an e-tailer. Honestly, even their online chat support was awful. My order shows cancelled. My checking account was debited and I am still getting emails from fedex that the shipment is in transit.?!?!?!?

I cannot believe I actually got scammed! I ordered NFL jersey and after reading they ship within 2 business days and it was already a week I e-mailed them and they said it was on backorder for another 4-7 days. I waited another week and nothing! No returned e-mails no refunds and I have no idea where you all got customer service phone numbers but I can't find any? STAY AWAY!

If you order something you better make sure it fits because it takes them over a month to process returns. Yes a month! Other websites take days. Don't buy from them. I wont ever again.
In a day and age where e-commerce is increasingly competitive I doesn't make sense to me why a site would tolerate bad customer service and/or bad policies. I've not only made several purchases for myself, I've recommended this site to others and I've gave links to family members for gift ideas. So, when I ordered a sweatshirt (at a sales price) and it was too large I inquired if I returned and re-ordered they would honor the sales price (they do have a no exchange policy posted). I emailed and received a response that they would indeed honor the price if I called custom service. I did and was surprised to hear that they definitely would not honor the price regardless of the fact that they saw the email that stated they would. I just returned the sweatshirt and will not re-order. It baffles me that in a competitive market where the only real difference is good/bad customer service and site loyalty they would risk any future orders in attempt to nickel and dime customers in the hope that they can get away with getting a few more dollars out of a single order.
Don't order here. Please. PLEASE read all the reviews and realize what a horrible mistake you made by choosing this company. I ordered a shirt for my son for a game THIS WEEK (ordered Monday. Game is Saturday). I chose fast shipping so it would be here in time but it automatically switched over to normal 7-10 day shipping. Luckily it hadn't charged me for the faster shipping but it did not warn me beforehand about the switched so my order had already been placed. I then NEVER received an email about my purchase but my card was charged immediately. It was late so I could not get ahold of customer service but I immediately called the next morning. They proceeded to tell me my order number which I already knew. I asked for faster shipping so I could get it here on time and they gave me prices and what that shipping choice was called. I asked if it would be guaranteed here this week... They said no. So I canceled my ordered which was a chore all on it's own. Thankfully it got done and hopefully I get my refund ASAP. I highly do not recommend this company.
Ordered three items. Got one (a decal) a week later, FOLDED IN HALF! WTF? Do they have partially trained monkeys shipping their stuff? Cancelled the rest of the order and will not buy from them again.
I am an international shopper. I have shopped with fansedge 3 times. My first experience took 31 days to arrive (its said to be 18-24 days for international shipping) and that was after I had contacted them to see what was going on. My second order took 3 weeks which was fine. My third order is on day 37 and still hasn't arrived and kind of ruined my birthday present plans. I emailed customer service and was advised my order would be reshipped in 2 business days and I would receive $10 credit. A few days later I received an email saying one item out of my 2 wasn't in stock so I could have a refund or an alternative item. Before I had a chance to reply I received another email saying I am getting a full refund for both items (I was planning on getting an alternative item). I am still dealing with this matter $100 later. For the international shoppers I wouldn't recommend this site as it is very hit and miss.
Heed the reviews! Poor communication, poor customer service, and ridiculously poor communication on shipping policies. Like others, I paid for expedited shipping - and my item was shipped days later. This company either fails to understand or is willfully misleading in what "next day am" means. And a $10 credit is all you can offer? (I spent $50). Like hell. I'm never using this site again and I will tell all I know to avoid as well.

Ordered Saturday morning, paid for 2-day shipping. Item arrived Thursday morning. FedEx informed me the item was picked up Tuesday morning. So if your counting 7 days to get the package. Why did I pay $13 for expedited shipping when they waited 3 days to ship?! I called and complained and was informed that they do not do business on the weekends and so on Monday my order was process and it shipped on Tuesday. I am sorry but that needs to be clearly stated somewhere. I am returning the item it is useless at this late date.
