I ordered 3 hats and the coupon code said " 20% off with Free Shipping " then the cart total was correct but once I placed order and looked at receipt it charged 9$ plus 1.99 handling fee! Trying to get ahold of them and it's all automated! And don't try and say that there was an option. There wasn't. There were a few other moms ordering after me who saw the same thing and they decided to not order because they knew that they would get tricked.

I apologize for this issue, Sara. The free shipping code is only for the 3-7 business day delivery method. This order was placed with a Next Business Day Delivery, that's why the additional $9.00 was applied to the order. I have changed the shipping method to a 3-7 business day delivery and released the additional shipping charge. This refund will reflect back to the original form of payment within 2-7 business days.
