I ordered what I thought were 3 jerseys, and they were t shirts that had dye running that made the color look like it was faded. Also came a week late, when and before I paid it said I would get it in time for the game that I ordered it for. Called right away and they refused to help. They will be losing customers

Site is a Scam

I ordered a Jersey on February 18th for 119.99. They sent me an order confirmation with a tracking number on the 21st. It is now 3/1 and I cannot track my order. I called to speak to customer service and they do not have my order number listed or any of my information.

This site is horrible. I have sent 5 emails and not once have they contacted me back. It's been a month since I placed my ordered also paid the $13.99 shipping cost and yet my order hasn't arrived, and the tracking information they provided me with doesn't pull up any shipment. I requested a refund I do not want the product but still no one has answered my emails.

Ordered a jersey almost a month ago. Said it would take 10 days to be delivered. Revived an email 8 days later that it was on its way. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received. When I contacted customer service several times they never respond. They won't even respond to allow me to cancel my order and get my money back! BS

Havent shipped my jersey

I purchased a NFL Jersey on Jan 30th and have not received any emails explaining when the product is coming. I have emailed the customer service link on 2 occasions with no response. Fanatics Edge Receipt #1337-5442. It is now Feb 20th and have not heard a word from them.

I bought a UNC jersey (my first time ordering from my FansEdge) which, sadly, did not fit. I returned in original packaging with the return label they provided for me to download. When I looked at my credit card statement to be certain that my account had been credited with the return, I noticed that the charge for returning the shirt was $17.44 I can assure you this will be my first and last order from this company. Essentially, I have paid $17.44 to try on my first garment from FabsEdge and then return a garment that did not fit. No thank you. No stars was not an option, so I had to give 1 star.

Order screw up!

Ordered clothing and hats from Fans Edge for my son's national signing day party. Shipment arrived, but it was not our shipment. Called Fans Edge and was told the shipment had been returned to them as undeliverable. Asked to re-order and that it be guaranteed delivered in 2 business days, but they could not guarantee it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FANS EDGE AGAIN.

Can't track my order!

I placed my order on January 6,2022. I received an email that said it would be delivered on January 13. Well... I am still waiting. I have tried over and over to track it and am told the numv is invalid. I have tried to call, the customer service number and was told my order number is invalid. I want a refund ASAP.

I shopped at FandEdge this past Christmas because of their advertised 365 day return policy. Unfortunately, tucked away as you scroll down on the site is the message that items shipping "directly from the manufacturer's warehouse" are only returnable for 30 days, with no after Christmas return policy. Why isn't this "exception" at the top of the site where the 365 day return policy is in plain sight? Also, forget, absolutely forget, trying to reach a live person for customer service. This site is second only to FEDEX in being the most ridiculously obstructive site for live customer service. And BTW, FandEdge is the same company as Fanatics, where you will also have return issues. I've learned my lesson. I'll take my business to $#*!'s.

Ripped Off

I placed an order and was billed right away. The shipping tracking showed the item sat dormant for 12 days. The order was not even found in my account on the Fans Edge website. Customer Service was of no help. I was swindled $39.99 plus tax and shipping. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

I ordered a custom jersey in small and they sent a medium and I ordered a Ronnie lot jersey for $120 and they sent me a $20 soccer tee. Both were to be deliver in "5-7 business days" but came 20 days later. I needed the items for gifts. Customer service was rude said I need to send items back and then they will get ahold of me and let me know what they can do. It took forever to get the customer service agent to respond "Abdul" was his name. All he would do is send me a return label. I have never had such bad customer service response from retail. Normally there's an I'm sorry we will send you the right item or refund you. Will not be ordering from them anymore.

Fans edge claims fast and free delivery. Package is now 5 days late but tracking still says dec 6 delivery. No way to track or contact fans edge. Do not fall for delivery claims

Terrible return policy

The hat I ordered was too small so I had to return it. They try to force you to receive your return money on a gift card in order to avoid a 9.99 return label fee. So originally with tax and fees I paid over $36 and I was able to get only half of that money back! That is a complete rip off.

I ordered just a t-$#*! and want return and I will only get half of money back because they charge you $10.99 to send it back. It was sitting in town for three days and was not delivered. This is not right, even when I have not opened the package.

My Jersey that I bought $90 never arrived, although Fedex said it did. When I tried to raise a claim with Fedex they told me that only the shipper could raise a claim and I had to contact them.
Unfortunately, there is NO CUSTOMER support at FansEdge, so I can contact anyone.

If you have any issue with your purchase (delivery, size, or anything)... your money is lost. Period.
