Never received the order that I placed. This website is a waste of time. The order statues has said "shipped" for over a month now but according to UPS it hasn't actually shipped. Really disappointed. Don't waste your time ordering through Fanedge.com you won't get your order and they'll send you a ton of junk emails.
I made a purchase and needed to return because they sent a medium top and large bottom. I decided I didn't want they claim when they sent new merchandise they also sent a refund... why I dont know. I never received refund and spoke to them abt it even offering to somehow send my bank info on that day proving that I never received a refund. Then I realized that I had new debit card with a new number and that may be the reason why I didn't receive a refund. The hold time has been 20- 30 minutes. Ive spoke to them 4 times and still no refund even spoke to q supervisor! I NEED MY MONEY!

I ordered a pair of UCLA shorts for $55. They didn't fit. When I went to return, the option was a gift card for only $45. When I bought the same item again, not only did I have to pay the difference but paid for shipping again, even though there was a free shipping code. So I paid an additional $27. How is this fair?
This return policy is terrible. FansEdge should exchange the same item without the consumer having to pay more for it. I do not recommend FansEdge based on their return and refund scheme, which I think takes advantage of people.

I ordered a NFL jersey from this site. When it arrived there was bad stitching on the name plate. Threads were untrimmed, some of the stitching was loose and jumbled. I highly doubt Nike would allow this sort of quality to leave their facilities. The good thing I can say is that the return process was easy.
My package that was supposedly delivered on the 26 of JULY never came and when I live chated them about it 8 days later, since they don't have a phone number, the person did not care and said wait another 3 days. Complete trash, only shopping at amazon now.
I ordered a Yankees t-shirt on June 12th. Per their site statement it should ship next day and take 3-7 days to arrive. You would have to have it well before the game on June 24th correct? Nope! It takes 72 hours to ship, then goes from Ohio to Cornwall, CT to Albany NY to Massachusetts and then back to Albany NY. I live in Kingston NY. So something that landed in Albany NY on June 18th is now going to get to me on June 25th. The best kicker is I chat with a rep who answers me at first, then pretends to type for 25 minutes. All I was offered was free shipping!

Do not shop with these people. Took over two months two get two shirts. When they arrived they were so cheap looking. Sent them back and it costs $9.99. So cost us money for NO product. Scam. I bought a Coliseum brand hoodie this spring from FansEdge, but it was such poor quality that I have a hard time believing that it was not a knock-off. When the package arrived, I was very excited, but also dismayed at the package- it was so small and light, I thought I had received the wrong item!
There was a tag with a hologram logo, but there were a half dozen threads hanging out, the seams were poorly constructed with asymmetrical stitching, and the fabric itself looked like a vintage-style weave with cream and blue threads in the photo, but the cream and blue weave was a sort of pattern literally printed onto the fabric. The entire item was extremely lightweight, about the total weight of a tee-shirt, including the zippers.
I hope that people read my review and seriously reconsider giving this website money. I will definitely never buy from FansEdge again.

I was sent the wrong item and no replacement offered. Fansedge is only offering a partial refund and is keeping the handling fees they charged me. This is completely wrong of them and I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered a product because of their promotional code which said 3 to 7 business day shipping. I checked on the order a week later and it would not be shipped until almost a month. I tried to cancel the order however I was told that it was too late. It still had 2 weeks to ship and they are unable to cancel the order? Don't use this company or any Fanatics related company if you need anything on time.

This website is a scam I ordered from fanaticsedge and that website was taken down and rediredted to fansedge. STAY AWAY horrible people and scammers hope you're happy taking people's money. They even said my order didnt exist but why was I charged and the payment immediately taken from my account? They even said it shipped but that is a lie as they only got the tracking number but never shipped anything

First I will state this company is a fraud. I contacted company within the 24hr cancelation policy and was meet with them trying to hack my computer. In order for me to get a refund, I had to download remote software so their associate could go into my computer to get a form so they could do a refund. We are in the year 2022, why should any customer need to go through this to get a refund processed? When I told the associate I was uncomfortable with that, they got upset and hung up on me. With that being said, I am still fighting with afterpay to get this transaction removed from my account. The item I ordered arrived and just like every other complaint, it is horrible! It is cheaply made and all of the supposedly authentic insignia was screen printed on. I really hope we can do something with these companies that take advantage of consumers.

You are at they'd mercy sending an email and told to wait fir a response in 48 hours which it's been over that amount of time at this point! Basically took my $105 and there is no recourse.
