Avoid doing business with them at all costs. I've had three orders completely messed up by carrier choice when it comes to fanatics. Stay away from them at all costs. I've had all my requests for refunds turned down, and have had pretty awful customer service. I was a loyal customer for years that they lost because of repeated issues that I was blamed for.
So, I ordered a shirt for my husband and (counting shipping) it came to $45. The shirt was fine but a bit too big for him. I go to return it and they charge me an almost $10 return fee! I think it's beyond ridiculous that for a $45 purchase I will only be getting $29 back. This is so sneaky. Im done with Fanatics!

I had a bizarre "return" situation where I needed to return some items to Fanatics but had fat-fingered the wrong email address when I made the order. The online chat staff were fantastic, helped me square it away, and went the extra mile to help me overcome any fees and such. Truly great customer service!

I ordered 3 Vegas Golden Knights T-shirt's in April. Loved the shirts till they were washed. They were only worn a couple times because the weather warmed up, into the 90's so black was not ideal color to wear. I washed them the other day, hung them to dry so they wouldn't shrink. Went to put on the long sleeve the other day, tiny holes in the front of the shirt! I looked at the other two, holes in them to. Called company this morning and they will do nothing cause it's past the 3 months! So if you order from this company, beware! Very cheap material, and no help if it's defective! Very disappointed since it says returns 365, that is if it's never worn, tags still on, in excellent condition and receipt, packaging from company!

I ordered a basketball jersey in XL. It came in XL but with a +4 length added onto it. I am 6'3" and the jersey goes down to my knees as a result. After speaking with multiple customer service agents, they determined I am responsible for return shipping if I want to return it because it came in XL, thus they did not send me the wrong size. They did not take responsibility for their mistake! Her words were "our goal is to provide exceptional service" however, I told 3 or 4 of them a number of times that they sent me an item that is not what I ordered and doesn't fit as a result. As far as I am concerned, the length of the jersey falls under the category of "size". After two weeks deliberation, they decided it is the customer who should pay for their mistake. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a package almost a month ago. The delivery room very long so I followed up with customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with, to no avail. Almost a full month later, it said it was delivered and signed for at the wrong address over an hour away from me. I am waiting on a refund but not overly optimistic. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. A month of waiting and no concession of any kind on their part for the massive inconvenience, just a promise of a refund in 3-7 business days, after weeks of waiting and someone else in a different city getting my order. I will never use this company again, and I hope they fail.

I have received 1 package with 1 item (no itemized receipt). Waiting patiently for another week to have my other items to come in... Finding out the website stated all item was delivered through fedex in 1 tracking order. I called their customer service last Tuesday and was told I was going to received a confirmation once the other items was process, since it was the warehouse fault. Im sitting here for another week with no answer!. I demand my items by this week or give me my money back. Pathetic experience!

Ordered 5 items on a Wed morning, paid $11 extra for 2 bus day shipping. Received email Wed night that the order shipped. 1 item arrived the following Tues, the rest arrived 2 weeks after ordering them. Returned the entire order, and the refund is still $15 short of what I paid.
After getting the run around from their "customer service" about how they delivered my package to fedex and to allow fedex tracking to update, it never updated and so I emailed fedex about the problem to see if their site was down, but come to find out fanatics only printed my label but never sent the package to fedex for delivery. So a package that was supposed to ship out on Wednesday and be delivered early next week still has not left their warehouse.

I've shopped on and off here for a long time. They are not always the cheapest, but prices are fair. They don't always have exactly what you are looking for, but those 2 things are the only reason no 5 star. It's an honest, competent business with quality products.

Over 3 weeks to receive an order placed. This company needs to catch up to the 21st century. They had a slightly higher rating than NFL.com so I gave them a shot. I do not recommend this company unless you don't mind receiving the item after the season ends

I made an order for a number of items for Christmas. They all arrived on time and were very nice. Decided to make another order of several items. Again arrived and all was good except 1 t-shirt. This was an XL, but was ridiculously oversized, more like a 3x. Wanted to exchange it for the right size, but will get less than half of what I paid for it to RETURN it! This was not my fault and I should definitely not have to pay for their defective item! To exchange it would be $10 return charge + new $10 shipping charge, now my $20 t-shirt is $40 with no guarantee the second one is sized right! Don't bother calling them either!

I ordered a hat for $37.99 ($41.12 w/tax) from this company and refused/returned the order w/o using their return label provided. Not only was i charged for using the return, but i was only refunded, $21.64 (never made showed refunded in my bank account). When I called to request the remaining balance owed, I was told that the account was already zeroed out and no more money could be refunded. I was then advised the matter would be escalated to another team and was never contacted. Will NEVER order from this company again.

It amazes me these guys can charge my credit card for an order that hasn't even shipped and it's been almost a week. What gives and when is my order going to ship? So disappointed with this website! The banner at the top stated 20% off plus free shipping on all items. On the final review page it shows the cost of the items and shows shipping at 0.00 then AFTER you press submit and complete your order they charge you $4.99 shipping! Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction. I will be buying from other sites from now on!

You will purchase an overpriced jersey. They will give you a fake delivery date multiple times (doesn't matter when you purchase), Fanatics will not say anything until last second. When the jersey finally arrives, you have to hope that it doesn't have crooked lettering or poor seams/stitching. The most they will offer is a 25% coupon on another future purchase that expires. I suggest you find a 3rd party for cheap. At worst, it will be the same quality it seems.
I ordered a simple knit cap from Fanatics on 11/30/18. Stated it was 3-7 business days shipping. They said it shipped on 11/30--Fedex says they didn't receive till 12/3. It will be arriving not until 8 business days, because they shipped from Ohio to FLORIDA in order to reach Minneapolis. Ridiculous. And then it won't be delivered by Fedex, but they are handing off to post office, so hoping I receive it at all.

I just received assistance with returning multiple items because I ordered the wrong size.
The website did not provide me any help with understanding how to return anything, but after I found a phone number, I called and spoke to a very kind and helpful representative. She provided clear steps to follow and what to do to return all the needed items.
She even informed me how long to wait before reordering with the same items with the correct sizes and receive the same discounts from the first order.
I would recommend her for any position dealing with the public. She listened to my issue and walked me through all of the steps.
I did not get her name, but I want to think her. If more than 5 stars were possible, I would give them to her.
Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
