Avoid doing business with them at all costs. I've had three orders completely messed up by carrier choice when it comes to fanatics. Stay away from them at all costs. I've had all my requests for refunds turned down, and have had pretty awful customer service. I was a loyal customer for years that they lost because of repeated issues that I was blamed for.
