Absolutely a joke of customer service. I ordered an oversized item that was time sensitive to an address I was staying at for a week. I paid for two day shipping and Fanatics shipped out the item (4/8/24) within 24 hours using Ontrac. Ontrac proceeds to then send the package all over country, missing the expected delivery day. I contacted Fantatics on 4/10/24 (expected delivery date) after seeing the tracking and my package was sent to a different part of the country. I was advised to contact the shipper and see if they can reroute the package. I then contacted Ontrac and was told only the shipper can reroute the package. I tried to explain to both companies that I was no longer at this address and my mother is elderly and will not be able to handle or deal with this oversized package. Neither company cared in the slightest.
I immediately contacted Fantatics customer support back for the second time and they say can't change the shipping address once it is shipped and was told if you do not get the three days past the expected delivery date (4/10/24), we can refund or reship to the correct address. That turned out to be a huge lie.
I Just contacted their support this morning (4/13/24) (the expected three days after the original delivery date of 4/10/24) and was told the estimated shipping in now the 14th and have to wait another three days past the new expected delivery date. I tried to explain, I am not in town and in no way this is going to be delivered properly. There was no offer of help, no we are sorry. Then the person I was talking to, abruptly disconnects the chat.
Both companies should be ashamed of themselves.
