tried to order Penn State wearables from both Fanatics and the Basketball Store. Order was processed, my C.C. charged, and then order was reversed, and cancelled they said due to security concerns.**order *'s: ***-****-****, ***-********. **The order was to be shipped to my summer mailing address in Blaine, WA, a mailbox P.O. Store that has been in business over ** years. There is someone there to sign for deliveries.

Why can't an order be sent to this location requiring a signature. UPS, Fed. EX and the USPS all deliver there?
