I'm from Canada and have ordered from her. A few times with nothing but problems. This time I went to return an item and they make you pay for the return. It was going to cost me $35 to post this back to them insured which is what the item cost! How does this make any sense at all! I'm so disappointed in this company! Don't order from them!
Have been shopping on fanatics online for a few years & the products have been outstanding. And it's nice to see the deals & discounts especially for those that serve the country & communities. I purchased a baseball jersey from this company to lay some vinyl on it for one of my customers. The jersey had loose strings on it everywhere like a blind man stitched it and the buttons all popped off. Had to personally stitch new buttons on and that was very time consuming (finding the buttons and stitching them on the shirt). Won't order from here again. Seems like they are convenient but the fabrics and products are cheaply made.

They say they will accept returns for 30 days. What they don't tell you is they will only return half of what the item cost. There is no way to talk to anyone or email them. Only an electronic chat which was worthless.
I was extremely unhappy with the t-shirt I ordered, expecting because, it was over $30.00, that it would be of high quality. The t-shirt was very thin, almost see-thru and the printing on the front and back was so faded in colour it looked like it had been washed 50 times. I should have just purchased from the mall where screen printing is of much better quality and much more reasonable. Will not use again!

I'm back adding an addendum to my last terrible review of this joke of a company. So they overnight the one lost jersey and I still have yet to hear back or receive the second jersey. Steph curry but it says it's been delivered. And when I keep asking for a credit on my charge I get no response. Where's my jersey! Never have I had such a terrible experience with a company.

I made an order on December 4,2020 for a Christmas present and here it is the day before Christmas and the package has not been delivered yet. Ordering 20 days before Christmas did not help. Sending it regular mail probably would have been better than sending by FedEx. This has been terrible service for me. I gave a 1 star overall rating but if I could give a 0, I would do that.

1/16/17 update... Fanatics sent me a partial refund for my item. I didn't like the way the non-refundable was buried in the product description but FANATICS did the right thing. I will give them another try! I wanted to update my review to be fair.!
I agree with the above review, purchased a Penn State sweatshirt that had football silk screened on it. As if they can't resell it! I e-mailed back and forth more than once, finally in an e-mail I was advised to send it back. I thought by including the e-mail that said to send back the "custom" item I would get a refund especially after I said the quality was poor and we were expecting embroidered not silk screened.
Was I wrong, just got back the "refund" e-mail I sent the sweatshirt back and got $0.00 back. That is $49.99 I'll never get back. I'll tell anyone who listens not to order from this company.

The exact dame thing happened to me as the previous review. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be guaranteed delivery on Fathers Day. In addition i paid next day delivery ($24.95). I called twice, the second rep Laura was rude $#*! hell! She tried to tell me the shirt i selected was not part if the promotion when clearly it gad #1 Dad on the back and it stated it guaranteed to be delivered by fathers day. Now my gift to my dad will not be delivered until Tuesday... I will NEVER order from these people again. I will stick to my trusted go to site for all sports memorabilia and apparel. If i could they would get a negative zero rating
I ordered from this company on a Tuesday afternoon. My order arrived two days later. I was so surprised as we are in Canada and thought it would take much longer. I was sent regular emails letting me know the status of my order.
All of the products that I ordered were exactly the right size and great quality.

We received an email with order number but when we call the very poor customer service no one can find it but they have taken the money out of my account. Very unhelpful and now I need a refund but again no one is able to help me. Im tried of calling and getting work ticket and no one calling us back

I ordered a women's NFL jersey, and what I received looked nothing like what the picture displayed. It looked like a rip off youth jersey with small numbers and name. I asked for an exchange of the women's to a men's, thinking that's the photo that was displayed, and although they were the exact same price they could not do an exchange. After waiting roughly three weeks to receive my order, I am now forced to send the women's jersey back to be refunded which may take up to another two-three weeks. I do not plan on ever ordering from Fanatics again.

I ordered a IU RED sweatshirt and waited weeks to receive a green pair of shorts? Accidents happen so I called and reported it and they said we will send you your IU sweatshirt out. I thought maybe they would RUSH my order but NOPE. Receive it in a couple weeks. That is crazy... you made the mistake and now i have to wait again? Good customer service would of got it to me 2 days later and ate the expedite charges for their mistake.

The USPS post man delivered the jersey to the wrong house and several days later the neighbor down the street brought the package to the house. MLB processed the return before the package was found. Great service.
Purchase some thing from this website, Took forever for them to ship out, they put the wrong address, they Won't make an effort to help fix their address on their part. Contacted FedEx to try to change the address they said the shipper needs to change it, contacted the shipper, Took forever to get somebody on the line, only for them to fill me with bull$#*! about how it's their policy that they can't update an address. And once the item is returned to shipper I get an automatic refund which I'm trying to get my hat not a $#*!ing refund. No help at all. Wont fix their own mistakes. Don't order from this website.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong color football jersey. But I did not know they considered it a custom order so I cannot return it even though I reordered the correct color! An expensive mistake! Look elsewhere for sports products if you can!

Ordered a jersey for a game 2 weeks ahead. Shipping estimate was 6-9 days. It's still not here 14 days later, the company seems not interested and has horrible customer service. Wish I saw all the 1 star reviews before I ordered.

Upon review, the item that you purchase is made once the order is placed. It can take up to 3 business days to make and then ship by whichever shipping method that was chosen. You chose the standard 3-7 business shipping. However, the package was delayed and emails were sent to you regarding being aware of the issue. Because the order was placed on 11/6/208, it should've shipped no later than 11/9/2018. But it was shipped out on 11/14/2018. The expected delivery of the package was suppose to arrive by no later than 11/20/2018, which package was delivered as expected. Try to return the incorrect item they sent and it is a nightmare. To avoid the 9.99 return shipping charge you have to receive an e-card and the amount is not what you paid. Try to talk to someone is impossible. Will never order from them again. They still owe for price of one item returned but know I will never receive that. Plain to see it doesn't add up
I enjoy fanatics. They have good products and sales. I only wish that they had free returns/exchanges. It's not always easy to know what size you might need and having to pay to return or exchange is frustrating.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
