"Do not purchase from this site. Shipping took over a month. Tracking codes were inaccurate. Then, the items finally arrived and they were the absolute worst. Poor quality. The Sweatshirt was flimsy and the printing was unprofessional. Not something you could even wear. The F1Black t-shirt was literally see through. The actual items are ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all like the pictures of the items on the site. Completely and totally inaccurate. Shipping, poor quality and extremely overpriced for what was received. I will never purchase anything from them again. Avoid the disappointment and headache and do not purchase anything from this site."
Supremely sub-par turnaround time for the "official" NFL store. A single jersey takes over a month to "process", not including shipping time.

I decided to take advantage of some Black Friday Sales. I picked out the items and ordered them. After ordering I found out that Fanatics did NOT honor the sale prices advertised. I reached out to the company and got a couple of different answers. Even though I had photos of the advertised sales prices they would not honor the sales prices citing that some sizes were low in stock. I said I would like to return the order and they are charging me an additional $9.99. I will not be refunded for the shipping costs either. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Please tell everyone you know that this company has no desire to provide good customer service. I work in customer service and we are instructed to make sure all customers are happy if we make errors. This company couldn't care less about their customers satisfaction!
Ordered Super Bowl shirts from Fanatics. Today is the Super Bowl. No shirts. Thought I was the only one who didn't receive my order. Then I began to read the reviews on this site. Fanatics failed! Big time! Like others, my shirts are sitting at a Fedex location not far from my house. Will be returning the shirts as soon as they arrive. Disappointed.
Hello Sharon, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry the package didn't arrive as intended. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review, the order was placed on 1/28/2018. These items were not scheduled to ship until 1/31/2018. Depending on the shipping method, would've determine how fast the packages are delivered. Because standard shipping was chosen, it can take up to 3 to 7 business days for it to be delivered. Even though the packages has reached the FedEx facility, it is then turned over to the USPS for final delivery. These packages will be delivered by 2/6/2018. I have waived the return shipping fee. They have great sales, and great merch. I mainly look for WWE merch and they always have it. Plus whenever I need a sports gift I can always shop the same place. I don't follow sports but I have a lot of men in my family that do and they always appreciate sports related gifts. I know I can always go to Fanatics for my shopping. It was an easy shopping process, fast shipping, good packaging & friendly customer service. I'm quite happy and can't wait to return!
They promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but its not until you read the small print that it is going to cost $5.95 to be 100% satisfied. If the product ran large or like in my case small, to exchange the product its going to cost $5.95. You send the item back, and they keep $5.95 from original purchase price and refund the rest. To get correct size you have to re-order on website. I'm going re-order alright... FROM SOMEONE ELSE! I am far from 100% satisfied. I will never order from them again, and will tell all my sports loving and buying friends too!

I am beginning to feel a little bit worried based on all these negative reviews. I ordered a lanyard and it states it has been shipped Friday and i checked the tracking and it hasn't even moved yet? I also ordered a custom jersey a week ago I am worried that is probably going to take forever to get here. I hope the custom jersey I got is not fake either....i paid over $200 for it....I need some reassurance about all this

I ordered 2 surprise sports boxes and never got them then over a month later i received 2 hoodies then a message saying my packages where delivered to Mt. Laurel so im in mt holly nj so i was told to call my local post office which would be Mt. Holly but my things where sent to Mt. Laurel so called them they said i needed a US tracking number to look cause nothing came in my name asked for refund this company keeps ignoring my request

I ordered glassware and it arrived broken. The website says to "contact us", but when I initiate a chat, I'm sent back to the link for damaged items, which tells me to "contact us". I'm on the chat now, says I'm being connected to a Fan Advocate. After waiting for 20 minutes, no Fan Advocate is chatting with me!

My order was placed on September 17... credit card charged on the 19 and I still do not have one item I ordered! When you say you will send in 6-7 business days, people expect to receive their items! You should not be charging credit cards until the order is ready to be shipped!

I ordered a quarter zip for my son's birthday. It said that it ships the next day. It now says it will arrive Nov 9th. That is 2 weeks from my order. Needless to say I didn't have it on time for his birthday. Very disappointing service. Was not even notified of the delay!

I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas... SU related. It did not fit and my preference was to exchange for a different size. They did not have the size so I returned for refund. I received an email from them that there would be no refund as the item was either customized (which it was purchased from their standard on-line offerings) or damaged (never been worn, tried on once) or did not have original tags (returned in original cellophane with the tags which it was received). They advised they donated it to charity. Knowing that sizes vary based upon quality of products, I would NEVER order something that could not be returned. I may not be a big spender with this company but they have lost this customer. And, I will be sure to share my experience to help others avoid the same.

So a rep contacted me (after seeing previous review) and agreed to waive the return shipping fee. I was able to send back the shirt that was mis-advertised and I was given my refund which I appreciate. I will try another order at some point and if it goes well will earn additional star.

I got tickets to an NFL game and was given a $10 voucher to use, so I figured why not get some team gear. I order and it comes, so far so good. Problem is, the shirt is labeled as "sleepwear". It's not that big a deal, but I'd rather have something that isn't sleepwear. Like others I'm sure, I go to process a return and am told it will be $10? What?! Why? It isn't my fault the product isn't as described. I go back to the site and in the title of the shirt as well as it's detail/description it never mentions it being sleepwear nor does it in the images. So I feel it should be on them. Also it says at the bottom of their page "satisfaction guaranteed". Yeah It's also guaranteed I won't be using this site anymore. Feel free to reach out Fanatics to earn back some points... I purchased a Atlanta Falcons pool table on November 15 that was supposed to arrive December 10 FedEx showed the package arriving that day when I went to go retrieve my package it was not there I called Fanactics to dispute that the package was delivered and they told me to check with FedEx in my neighbors. I did both of those things and Fanactics said that they will send out a new pool table by January 10. Lo and behold on January 10 no pool table again. It's been over two months with no pool table and my money has not been returned as of yet. I was told to wait on a supervisor to call me back within three days to remedy my dispute. I then called my credit card to dispute the transaction at this time my credit card company has refunded my money but it is pending an investigation. Please do not use Fanactics to purchase anything if you value your time and money. I'm Dealing with a brick and mortar store from here on or nfl.com if you wanna take that chance with these guys be my guess.

They had 11 days to deliver before the Superbowl but took 3 days to actually process the order. Cant really blame the deliver service if they cannot get and order out in a reasonable time.
To make it worse the chare 10 dollars to return a jersey if you do not take a store credit.
On top of that I already lost my shipping and handling cost.
These guys are amateurs. Never buying from them again.

I just purchased 3 items from the Fanatics website through Facebook. They did not apply the 30% sitewide discount at checkout and after I realized they did not give me the discount I called the customer service automated number which was worthless and wont allow you to do any returns. I also try chatting on the website, same thing worthless. I even messaged them on Facebook Messenger, no response. The worse part is it wont allow you to stop a purchase until it ships. So I requested to return and they wont give you all your money back! I am so mad. They want to give an E-card or charge you $9.99 to get your whole refund back. That is so shady man. I will never buy from them ever again. I would encourage you not purchase anything from this company with these type of practices or policies.
Ordered a jersey for my sons first birthday. Didn't arrive by the date. I called they would not refund me and said they are gonna send another one out. Still haven't got that and they told me it's prob not coming but I'm gonna have to wait till September 9 before they can refund me. So I missed my sons birthday and game one. Never again

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
