Even though Fairy Season says you can return and they will make you happy, NOT TRUE. I ordered slipper socks, extremely small. -suppose to be over knee, didn't come to knee. Sleep shirt tight through hips on a women w small/average hips. 2 sweatshirts, just strange fit- boxy and short, not flattering. I'll never order again even though pictures are cute clothes. Terrible customer service, they don't listen or act like they understand. Comes directly from China- YOU CAN'T SEND BACK-DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a jacket from this site, it was nothing near what the picture depicted (may I also mention it was like $50- the aztec jacket). I emailed them to get a return for the jacket because it came and was not the same, as well as it smelled like mildew and smoke. I have been fighting back and forth with them to get the return address to the warehouse. They keep telling me it will cost me too much, blah blah, yet never actually give me a price for the shipping or the address to see what it would cost myself. EACH email they send back they try to give me a certain % off. First, it was 10% off another order, then 15% then 10% of my money refunded, and now I'm up to %30. It's a $#*! show, don't order from such a garbage site that doesn't let customers leave reviews either.

The arrival takes a little longer than I expected. However, the items were worth the wait! I love the items!

Run, Run, Run away from this company as FAST as you can. Cheap crap! No customer service, whatsoever!

My husband bought me 2 large shirts for Christmas. I wear size 8-10 and it was very small, definitely not true to size. I asked if I could exchange it for a larger size. Their refund policy is 7 days, not ideal for a Christmas gift. They asked if I could give it away as gift because it would cost me too much to send back and take too long. My consultation was they would offer me an amazing discount on my next order. Don't use this company. Even the BBB has a high volume of complaints against this company.

My order was shipped 11-26. I was told 12-28 shipment delayed 3-5 days past normal 7-15 days for delivery. It had been over a month! 1-14-21 received email shipped with tracking number. 1-20-21 received email carrier never received parcel. Items not available any more. 1-22-21 received email could receive refund minus shipping fee. Why am I having to pay shipping fees on an item I did not receive?! HORRIBLE!

Absolutely awful! Did not get what order! Had hole in side of boots, weird white stains on them. Not even the same as what is in the picture. Delivered in plastic bag, no box and the heels of the boot which is made out of cardboard was crushed. Check them out on better business bureau. Many cases against them. Would rate a zero if I could.

Excellent purchasing from them, really great experience, delivery was fas and safe, they took care of everything.

Ordered a few Christmas shirts from this website and was very disappointed by the quality of 2/3 of the shirts. Their customer service is also horrible. It took a week of back and forth emails to try to resolve my issue (they only write you once a day between midnight and 2AM). There was one shirt that was so uncomfortable (different material than stated) and the company refused to give me my refund. Every email, worked their way through 10-20% off which would have only been $1.39-2.79 back to me. Pretty ridiculous for a shirt I will never wear. When I insisted on returning the item, they tried to tell me original shipping costs would be deducted from my refund (in addition to me paying shipping costs to send the item back) even though I paid for original shipping costs. Still unresolved issue as I am again waiting for their response to allow me to get my refund and ship item back. Bottom line, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
