So just to update everyone, i'm still waiting for my product they keep telling me that they have refunded my card, which they didn't, this has been going on for about a week and a half and now they have just decided to stop answering me.
I ordered on their website on January 18th 2017 and it is now May 15th 2017 i still don't have the product! I've been going back and fourth with them about the issue. It takes about 3 days for them to get back and they are not refunding me they want to offer me a 10% discount which i do not want as i will never buy from their ever again. Also they charged me for an item that wasn't even in stock! They didn't want to refund that either as they were getting more stock but couldn't provide a date when the goods would arrive to the warehouse.
All in all i will never order from them and don't recomend anyone else to order from them.
Over 150 days on delivery and i still don't have the product.
Charge you for goods when they aren't even in the warehouse.
I put in an order in NOVEMBER 2016 and never received my packaged. It is now JUNE 2017 Ive been thrown around back and fourth. They were supposed to give me a refund. Then changed their minds and said they will not give me a full refund and now they are saying that since the order was put in to late I will not be getting my money back. Mind you I've been emailing them back and fourth since DECEMBER. And this is my end result. I am still dealing with them because this is just crazy!
Customer Service is NOT 24/7 because it takes nearly a week to get a reply. This is not a good company I don't not advise ANYONE to order from them.
This is just a joke!
If I could leave 0 stars for customer service I would.

My order showed up and look nothing like the photo terrible quality and then I asked for a refund or return during a month!
They told me to just keep waiting, and at the end, they wouldnt do anything about it (even after i sent pictures many times as they asked)

I ordered 3 items that looked cute on the web site and didn't review 1st ( my daughter told me after that's what your supposed to do! New to online shopping) 1 item actually said cotton on their web page so thought it must sorta look like the item. When it arrived it looked nothing at all like the item and certainly contained no cotton! They give you the run around! Needless to say nothing turned out to look at all like the photo and it's such a pain to try get a refund! And still waiting on something I ordered in Feb! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Bought four t-shirts in March ( it's now June) received one, no where near size as ordered, very sheer and cheap still waiting on others after months of emails back and forth was told it was sent back to them and they still are trying to tell me to wait for them or check with post office even after they said they got them back!
The clothes are pretty cheap but then again so are the prices. I got my clothes with free shipping in about 12 days... which isn't bad at all considering it came from china. The size was pretty accurate and all of my clothes fit. I did get a swimming suit and the bust doesn't have any support. But overall I am happy with my purchase.
They never sent my order till after i demanded for a refund. I ordered a bikini and it looks as if a 5 year old could wear it. They didn't even ship till almost two months later.
I read the reviews about this company but, I REALLY wanted these shirts. It took 3 weeks to receive them which is understandable since they came from China. Look exactly like the picture. I will be ordering again and I hope it goes as well.
I ordered six months ago never received my products the company told me not to email them again they would look into it. Beware of this company they are nothing but crooks.
It is the worst clothing I have ever bough before. I got 8 shirts from here and I can wear 2 of them. I got mediums and larges and it fits like I got them from baby Gap. Really?! If you would consider yourself a size med. I would suggest ordering a XXL even then it may be a little snug. And whatever you do don't dry them. Looks like my 11 year old will be getting 6 of the 8
I've brought 4 items on the 2nd of may and it the 30th and I have just received the second one I brought $55 worth of clothes so I could get free shipping and they ship them individually I don't understand but anyways the denim skit I got was a medium well it might fit an 8 year old and there wasn't even a button hold to do them up and the shirt I just got was also a medium would also fit an 8 year old it is so thin and crap material can't wait to see the other items would NEVER RECOMMEND!
So I was trying to order from this website... and it kept taking things out of my cart! I had to put them in seven times! Then, it's not a secure website! I wouldn't dare put my card information in! Their privacy doesn't say anything about protecting card information. This is so sketch. So not worth it.
All I can say is I should have read reviews. I am usually good at reading reviews before I buy, but I went ahead and order. Order my dress May 2nd, still no item has been shipped. Never, never again. Telling everyone I know and even don't know not to order from this company... NO STARS... If I could give 5 negative stars I would. Not stressing waiting for my order any more. Had to give one star just to get my review posted.
This was my first and last purchase. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I ordered 2 items: a Solid Tie Mini Dress in 2XL and an American Flag kimono after reading the description and making sure that the size is right. I am a plus size woman and my normal size is 0X or sometimes 1X. According to their size chart I decided that the shirt dress will fit well. When I received it, I could not believe my eyes: the so called "dress" would not fit me even as a top! I could barely squeeze in it, especially in the hip area. I took photos and sent them to the customer service. The item was NOT as described, it runs terribly small! Not even close to their description. Please view the photos. The last one shows their picture on the website, and the others show the real item, how it really fits. They asked me if I have a friend to give it to and offered me a 10% coupon for my next purchase. Can you believe that? HORRIBLE customer servise! HORRIBLE store! Don't ever buy from them!
(BTW, as for the second item, I still haven't received it!) I placed my order on May 15th, today is May 29th. Well, some people here haven't received their orders in several months!
I ordered a couple of dresses from FairySeason in JANUARY - it is now the end of May and still nothing - when I tried to email a questions about my order - they started asking all these questions about my address and what I order - even though I gave them a confirmation # - DO NOT order from them unless you want to throw your money away -
I had a great experience with this company. First time ordering; I ordered two tank tops, a beach blanket and two pairs of sunglasses. I am extremely happy with everything and I will order again. The tank tops were perfect in size and the quality was great! I ordered the MOM LIFE and WAKE PRAY SLAY... LOVE them! The beach blanket is so nice and the sunglasses are great quality and so original. I am definitely going to place another order. Shipping took three weeks... not bad for free shipping people!
Please stay away! I ordered 2 shirts on March 20 and it is now May 25th and they are refusing to refund me and want me to agree for them to send me more items. Why would I do that and I never got my first two items. Cheap is great but it's terrible when you don't get your items or a refund. I'm now trying to dispute this with my bank! STAY AWAY FROM FAIRYSEASON.com
I ordered a romper and a bra set and when I received them not only was the sizing way off but they both look nothing like the picture! Tried to get a refund through PayPal and in order to ship items back it would cost me $22 which is almost what I paid for the items purchased! What a waste of time and money! BUYERS BEWARE!
When I received the 3 shirts that I ordered, I wasn't overly please with the quality or the fit of any of the shirts. I washed them so that I could wear them and one of the shirts melted to itself in the dryer! I contacted the company to get a refund for the shirt, including a photo of the damaged shirt. Their response was to see if I could find a friend that the shirt would fit and they could give me a 15% discount. I responded that it wasn't about not fitting, they said the most they could refund was 20%. HORRIBLE customer service and products!
I usually don't order stuff online other than Amazon or legit websites that have been around for an established amount of time. I read mixed reviews about this website. Usually when things get bad reviews, I absolutely love it. Whether it be movies, or restaurants. Unless it's a hair salon. Then I won't even risk it lol. I decided to try it for the 1st time and order just 1 thing. I saw a really cute long dress with flowers and it's like the main advertised merchandise for this website. The texture in the photo looked like a rough texture so I decided on it. There is no tracking if it's free shipping but as long as you know your address and it's correct, you should get it within 2-3 weeks. It arrived after 2 and a half weeks for me and although the texture is nylon, not rough as I thought, I still like it. I got a lot of compliments from people and the size I ordered was almost perfect. I usually am a medium but in this case for the dresses I will be ordering small. I assume for the shirts, the sizing is different so I will stick to Medium unless it's a long shirt or ruffly blouse. I am overall really satisfied and I will be ordering again. I would advise ordering just 1 or 2 things at a time just in CASE the other merchandise is not accurate to the website. I am a very patient and optimistic person so as long as it looks cute, I don't care. :) Thanks Fairy Season!
