If I could leave 0 stars for customer service I would. I ordered a size SMALL and was sent a size EXTRA LARGE. Fairy season tried to blame their mistake on me, here is the email they sent me:
"Asia size is kind of smaller than EU or USA size.
But as you know that we have posted the size chart in the item page clearly, please check it carefully before making purchase.
So you also need to take partial responsibility for the issue."
THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE and tried to blame me! We have been back and forth through email and they they refuse refund.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT order from fairyseason!

I ordered a pair of pants, and surprisingly they showed up about two weeks after purchase. With this being a foreign website, and my first time ordering, I made sure to review the size chart. I typically wear a size Medium in U.S., but after comparing the measurements I saw that I needed an XL, which is what I ordered. When I tried the pants on, I couldn't even get them pulled up past my thighs. I took out the measuring tape and saw that they were about 25.5 inches in the waist, rather than the 29.13-33.07 inches as advertised in their sizing chart. I've been battling with them for about two weeks now, and it definitely doesn't look like I'll be getting a refund. They keep asking if I can just give them to a friend because "it will cost too much to send it back". I can only be mad at myself though. I should have known better than to order from one of these sites... when the cost of the item seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I had the free shipping and after a month I have to contact them to see where my order was. I was given a generic response... after another 2 weeks the products came. The shirts fit great. However, the sweatpants are suppose to be a medium and they are more like an extra small. I emailed them to tell them I need to either exchange them or get a refund. Their response was for ME to take pictures of the pants including me taking measurements myself and IF the measurements are off they will issue a PARCEL refund.?!?!?!?!?!? Still battling with them about this a week later...

I ordered items several months ago, every week, I ask for an update but they have no idea where anything is. They give you 5 different listings of possible shippers based on the beginning of the tracking number. And no one has updates. They continue to say wait another week. I PAID for my SHIPPING! And I also receive many things from overseas and nothing has taken this long. There is a reason they do not have a call center number! Each week, I receive the same email though I state I am no longer wanting to wait another week (after the 4 weeks I have been asked to wait past the arrival date) and want my refund. They will not refund anything. Now I have a package that supposedly was returned due to a false address but wanting to know where my other items are. If it was returned and the address is perfect, why would you think I would continue to get the others?

You guys all need to calm down, i bet all of you did the free shipping and are expecting it to be here within a week from CHINA! Obviously its gonna take a little longer!
I got 3 items from this site because i was skeptical about it reading everyones comments on here. I paid for the shipping and paid for the shipping insurance. Within like 5 days i received a email saying my order had been shipped and now about a week and a half later i got my order and i have to say i am not disappointed at all! The material is a little bit different than what i expected it to be but it all fits perfect and looks super cute!

So I just had a child 5 weeks ago. I knew it would be awhile for me to get back down to my normal size so one night I'm scrolling through Instagram and saw this FairySeason website advertisement. I clicked immediately and right away noticed the low prices and the "beautiful" pictures of the models in their clothing. I ordered 3 dresses, a sweatshirt and a pair of shorts totaling to $50. I just received my order today, 3 weeks after the email said it shipped. I'm so excited to rip open my packages. What did I find, children's clothing. Children's costume-material clothing. Two of the dresses were so small, they actually looked like just longer tank tops. I was all excited to have comfy summer dresses while trying to get back into shape and get done with recovery after being so unsuccessful looking around in the stores and not finding anything. I'm like that's ok, I know my packages are coming soon! All that to be beyond disappointed. And why tf can you not return the clothes? I told my boyfriend I'd be giving the clothes to the 8 year old next door neighbor girl. Not over exaggerating, they would fit her perfectly. And I'm 27. I ordered a mix of medium and small. All the sizes turned out to be fit for an 8 yr old little girl. WTF :'(
