Purchased a watch at the beginning of February for 5 - 15 business days. It is now May and I still do not have it. I've emailed the customer service numerous times with no response. Also during the process of purchasing i tested out two discount codes and they charged me twice. In their rules and regulations section it says if you write them within 24ho0urs they will cancel the order. Obviously this did not happen since no one answers any emails.

Proactive worst thing ever! They state the will refund you but they don't I've been calling for ever and they keep claiming they haven't received my goods now its past 6 months so they can no longer refund me as its past the allowed time very convenient for them. Customer service agent manger Shannon wasn't helpful at all and rude!

I recently booked a flight on this website. I was so excited since it wasn't as expensive as other websites. I received my confirmation number i was booked woot! Then a week later i get a call from my bank telling me that i had a weird charge and that they declined it. The charge was for the same amount of my flight but at a smile company. None the less i had no ticket plus my card was compromised by the website. Double check your card after booking on this site and make sure it's a real flight! I would of been pretty chocked showing up at the airport without a ticket.

So just to update everyone, i'm still waiting for my product they keep telling me that they have refunded my card, which they didn't, this has been going on for about a week and a half and now they have just decided to stop answering me.

I ordered on their website on January 18th 2017 and it is now May 15th 2017 i still don't have the product! I've been going back and fourth with them about the issue. It takes about 3 days for them to get back and they are not refunding me they want to offer me a 10% discount which i do not want as i will never buy from their ever again. Also they charged me for an item that wasn't even in stock! They didn't want to refund that either as they were getting more stock but couldn't provide a date when the goods would arrive to the warehouse.

All in all i will never order from them and don't recomend anyone else to order from them.

Over 150 days on delivery and i still don't have the product.
Charge you for goods when they aren't even in the warehouse.
