Purchased a replacement battery for my Dyson Animal vacuum at the end of Dec 2021 and by March it was having issues charging and and would not always run the vacuum. Now I get yellow flashing lights when on the charger. When I use the Dyson after a few minutes the unit pulses on and off.
Called them, they only warranty for 90 days.
I would never use them again.

Ordered a factory reconditioned TomTom Via 1515m and they substituted a TomTom GO 50. I call to return and they claim the 1515 is discontinued, but it was listed for sale on their site, picture, description and all. They want to deduct the cost of the initial free shipping, a 15% restocking fee from my refund and I have to pay the return shipping costs, lets say about $40. That's half what I paid for it. I think I'll just try to find a way to screw them back rather then letting them screw me twice.

Spent $50 to get an item overnighted, only to have it delivered 5 days later. When I requested a refund of the $50, they were unwilling to cooperate. Horrible customer service, and a product that was overpriced to begin with. I'll never go with this company again.

I ordered wine glasses and paid extra for shipping so I could get them for a party I was having. I received them days after my party. I was credited my $4.00 for 2-3 days shipping however it took a manager almost a week after my first call to get in touch with me. She read from a script and told me if I returned the glasses there would be a 15% restocking fee. Way too many other company's out there to trust. Do not waste you time.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Inaccurate description (maybe intentional misstatement).
Watch band is wrong size for watch which they list. Three phones calls to return and they promise a return authorization email each time (Covid virus excuse). On hold forever, they just will not provide customer service.

I placed an order of portable A/C over a month ago. Called customer service and they promised to ship it within the next business week. They never did, so I was forced to cancel my order.
At the time of the order they took my money right away, but today when I cancelled my order I was told that it will take up to five days to get my money back!?
Be aware- they post lucrative deals, take your money and use them interest free until you cancel your order and then few more days.

After placing an order (same day shipping) I called 3 days later and was told the order just shipped yesterday! I tried to cancel my order (no longer needed it - got it elsewhere shipped same day) Bad enough they said I couldnt, it was already sent - but today I got an email saying that the label has just been made and the order will ship out today. I called again to complain and now I am being told the order went out 4 days ago!
SCAM!

I purchased a dock rack for paddle board - an expensive item- which arrived without the necessary arms to store the paddleboards. Since I live in an apartment building, I had thrown the box which was partially damaged. After 6 weeks of emails and calls, the client service demanded the picture of the box to consider reviewing my case.
While customer service attempts to help and respectful, they are utterly useless. I purchased the 'arms' for the rack at at additional cost (total spent $600). I will not advise any consumer to deal with FactoryOutletStore based on my experience even though the product I purchases is of good quality.

Salesman lie to customers after 6 days customer service calked back i asked if they recorded there calls which she could not answer then she tells me they would reprimand the sales person but she could not do anything for me so if you would like to be lied to and cheated use this company they are a total and complete scam artists they will rot in hell

I placed an order with the Garmin Outlet and call them to make a correction to my address once done I was told to call the 800 number to verify the same with no positive result. I ended up cancelling the order after numerous calls and chats with reps. I'm very disappointed since I have a number of Garmin products but their support service really sucks and will never place an order via the Outlet.

Don't DO IT

This website is the worst. Customer service is ALMOST comparable to Comcast. Nothing but foreigners that you can barely understand. Paid my couple hundred upfront for a trolling motor in MAY people, they said it'll be delivered the first week of May. Never showed. Then it was first week of June. Never showed. Called today, now it's the first week in August.

Don't get me started of the cancellation/refund process. These scumbags tried to say they couldn't, and that I'd have to replace the order, for a more expensive trolling motor, and wait just as long?!? How's that possible you say, idk, you tell me.

Just save yourself the hassle, and for the love of god almighty, DONT DO it

Wrong Part

Their site defaults to the wrong part and it was shipped. Customer service returns will ring and ring, then disconnect or if you do talk to someone they will hang up on you. I was told I would be credited the payment and and not return the part. That did not happen. Their site said they were authorized dealers for Ram Mounts, but will tell you to call the manufacture with ANY questions. I had to stop payment and go elsewhere to get the correct part.

During Labor Day sales I bought a printer from FactoryOutletStore and received an email that I would received printer in 2-5 business days. Five days later I received another email that the printer was on back order and their website at a higher price stated printer still in stock. I call phone rep and discussed issue and was told no idea on eta of when printer will become available. Needing a printer I asked for a comparable printer be shipped instead since no eta on the printer I ordered. I was offered a cheaper printer instead and was told since I didn't pay full price I didn't qualify for another comparable printer. Hum "Bait and Switch". I received a phone call from companies supervisor and could hear laughter while she offered to refund my money and had no idea when the printer I ordered would be shipped. By the way still says in stock on their website but at a higher price. This is unacceptable customer service! Stay away!

If I could give it a -10 stars that would still be too much! I ordered a few things from them and each item was listed in stock. The next day your site still said it was in stock but there note to me stated it was back ordered. I called to see what was the problem and their representative stated he had no idea. He told me to wait 7 to 10 days to see if they could find out what was going on. I tried to cancel my order and was told I could not. This is the worst Internet site I have ever encountered. Run away from this company as fast as you can!

Bought a phone

Bought a phone. Didn't even remove it from the box. Shipped it back immediately and was refunded only partial. Cost me $9 to return it and they did not refund me $20 additional $s. Phone was $79.99. They refunded $59.99. Bottom line is, it cost me $30.00 to do business with this company and I didn't even buy anything. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY!

After my bank reversed their charge, they had the gall to dispute my totally factual documented claim! I spent hours providing the documentation that the bank required to make the charge reversal permanent. The company refused to provide a recording or transcript of the original phone order. Shortly after the dispute process was completed my credit card was hacked; coincidence, probably but worrisome.

Received wrong information from the telephone sales representative. He told me that the $179.00 headsets would plug into the telephone I have. When I received the headsets I found that the plug is not compatible with my phone.

I called them back and asked for a refund which they did offer but they expected me to pay for shipping. I feel that it's not only wrong but incredibly short-sited for this company to expect me pay anything at all for their mistake, after all, it was their sales rep that led me astray.

Talking to the customer service gal was like talking to a cork. I'm not sure she was even plugged in.

I'm rating all one star including the price because any price is too high for worthlessness.

I suggest that the owner of this company do a little shopping at Zappos to see what customer service is all about. Here's a clue Mister... Lifetime customers VS never again in this life.

I ordered four popular game cameras at a good price and they were shown on the site as "in stock." Got an email the next day asking me to call them, whereupon I was told they were back ordered 7 - 10 days. Cancelled the order due to their DECEPTIVE trade practices. Really sorry I didn't check their reviews before buying...

I ordered a mattress from them on 8/15. I was told it takes a week to ship, and at most, within two weeks, it will be in my bedroom. It has now been 35 days, and they still haven't called to schedule a delivery. I've been calling them every week after the first two weeks, and every week the reps just lie to my face. "It will be here on Wednesday", "we will call you on Monday", "the factory let us know they are sending it today". The worst thing is, it wasn't even cheaper than buying the mattress from the manufacturer if I had only waited until Labor Day discounts...
