I ordered and paid for a Garmin Product at the online Factory Outlet Store on 2/28/2015. They indicated product availability and offered a standard 2-5 day estimated delivery.
After the product did not arrive, and without any communication from the "store", I tried to track the shipment online but only received a confusing note that they were processing my request. I called and was advised that the product was back ordered and WOULD SHIP in three days. DId not receive the product. Called again and again advised that product WOULD SHIP to 2-4 days... didn't happen. Called again... same advice so I cancelled the order.
I strongly recommend that you do not buy from FactoryOutletStore because they don't communicate with the manufacturer nor with the customer. They don't provide any accurate information about the actual product availability or shipment.
Customer service confirmed batteries were Hitachi brand, when received they were not with instructions only in a foreign language. After back & forth with their customer service, they have offered a full credit and ask that I simply dispose of the batteries. Good solution, hope my credit shows up.

I used this site to buy 2 Polar products. I was unaware the 2 items would be coming from 2 different places but no matter, if they shipped with the same priority. Even though I spent about $200, one item shipped with 2 day shipping as promised, the other shipped via the dreaded SmartPost and will take more than a week to get here, when both could have been received today.
When I asked about expediting the shipment, the cs rep said there was no way to do that, even though I have had it done with other vendors and this shipper (FedEx).
Slow and poor customer service and a very poor shipping policy leads to a dissatisfied customer who won't be buying from factoryoutlet store again.
I ordered a Xantrex inverter plus and accessory panel which did not suit my needs. I returned it at my own expense (55.00 dollars!) They charge a 15 percent restocking fee and in addition they charge you what it cost them to send it to you originally (even though it was supposedly free shipping to begin with). All told out of a total purchase adding up to 568.90 I got back only 471.00 dollars. Stay away from this company!
I have been using PetSafe products for many years now. I purchased the Petsafe wireless dog fence about 8 years ago and it has never let me down! My dogs are safe and contained! I just purchased the indoor paws safe containment for my cats so they can not go out the dog door! Can't wait to get it and put it to use so my dogs can go in and out on their own without fear of the cats getting out! It will also keep my cats out of my kitchen and off my counters! LOVE this system and have told MANY people about it! I can also take it traveling with me, and it works GREAT!

Wrong! We received a GPS/tablet. It was not working right so a returned it. Cost us $13 to ship it back and then they took 15% off what we paid for a "restocking fee". Do NOT buy from them!
I ordered from this store but since my shipping address was different from my billing address, (coz I'm in another state for temporary work) they send me this form to fill up and asked me to provide credit card photo & ID photo copy as my authorization to identify that I'm the same person making the purchase. Which I did satisfactory. And I waited for a few hours for their respond. When I got a call they said they can't complete the transaction because the shipping and the billing address was different.
So why the hell they send me the authorization form?
I know they protect the customer like me but why waste my time to fill up the form if it is not possible.

Sales team sold me an electric shaver charger/cleaning station for $50. Problem is that even after I told them what model I had they failed (intentionally?) to tell me it was incompatible with my razor. So, it cost ME $15 to ship back AND they charged ME $15 "restocking" fee. So, they got the equipment back in the same condition it was sent and only refunded me $35. Minus what it cost to ship it that means I flushed $30 down the toilet. If I had known all this I would have kept it and thrown it away rather than let them re-sell it to some other sucker!
Sold me an incompatible map for my Lowrance GPS/fish finder. Gave me the runaround, blaming it on Lowrance, then a month later, refused to allow return as promised. Lying, slow, deceitful, hard to understand, and no sense of fairness for their mistake. I'm stupid for not seeing how many people they have lied to and screwed... never again for any of their brands from them! For any price!
I ordered a pair of Supposedly Cole Haan shoes shoes that I normally pay $200 for. When they arrived I noticed rite away that the box looked fake. After opening the shoes and comparing to a real pair there was many very small differences and the right shoe was larger than the left. I knew then that I had been scammed.The only good news is I only paid $35 so I did not loose much but don't ever buy anything from this Site.
Do not order from this company if you need prompt delivery! It appears this company simply scouts other distributors to order on the customer's behalf.
I ordered a suitcase on May 20 for delivery in 3-4 days to use for a trip starting May 27. I called customer service to inquire on May 24 since I had not received a tracking number and was told I'd get an email later that day. I called May 25 to cancel and was told the item had been "dispatched" and I could not cancel, although still no tracking number. The item arrived May 30, after I had departed on my trip. I disputed the charge with AMEX but it was reinstated after company responded on June 12. I returned from my trip after the 30-day return/exchange period.
Look for reputable companies before ever ordering from this one!
Buyer beware! Crooks. Bate and switch, difficult to return. Address is in Brooklyn (always be careful when a return address is in Brooklyn, as laws make it easy for vendor to scam!)
I bought a GPS map for Mexico (new); received Geo map for US National Parks (used). I was extremely careful about return since I realized too late this website very much resembled one where I got ripped off the price of a camera. Even at that I received a part refund and had to go to the expense of return signature shipping, etc. When I tried to call them, I get call back tomorrow when somene can help you! My advise - stay away!
I located and ordered from this site a matching Travel Pro luggage piece to my current set that was no longer being manufactured. At the time it was also available elsewhere. My order never arrived. I called and was told it was on backorder and would arrive in 10 days. I called again and was given a 5 day delivery projection after they tied to sell me another item. Next day I received notice that my order was being refunded - this was now 6 weeks after the initial order was placed. They never had my luggage piece which was still shown as available on the site. Meanwhile this item has disappeared from other sites that had it. I very much regret not reading the bad reviews before trying to purchase from this site. If you have any other options I highly recommend pursuing those instead of trusting a purchase from FactoryOutletStore.
I purchased the Plantronics Backseat 903 Plus from this vendor. It was advertised as "Brand New". I received a used, scratched headset that wouldn't even charge. I had to send it back at my expense via UPS. When I called for a refund they deducted 15% for restocking fee. I paid $45.00 + another $10.00 to return it. Customer service was terrible Now I filed a dispute with AMEX to get my money back. Avoid this seller at all costs.
Worst customer service ever. They sent me a receipt for the correct product but shipped the wrong one. After I returned it, they stated they still hadn't received it 2 weeks later. I have already had 2 attempts at customer service, which they obviously know nothing about. They won't respond to my e-mails. They told me it could be another week before they process my return when the return form states it would be turned around in 2-5 days! Never use this company. I'm sorry I did.
Factory outlet is one of the worst boating companies you can buy from. They advertised wrong photo for item listed, and they were charging $10 more than Amazon with a shipping fee. Only reason I ordered was to get the old black connectors that they had advertised in their picture. However, when I received item, it was the gray one with a different angle so I couldn't even use it. They weren't willing to cancel the shipping fee or the 15% restocking fee! Stay away from this place! Plenty of other companies that are better.
If you're not happy and you want to return the product you've ordered they have a restock fee and you have to pay the postage to send it back. That cost could be 1/2 of what you paid for your item. Buyer beware. Will never order again from this site. Buy from Walmart or Amazon where you don't pay to send back or return.
Ordered a battery that was suppose to fit my GPS (said so on their web site). Guess what it didn't and now they want to charge me restocking on their mistake. Can't get anyone to respond to e-mails I have sent showing what I need. Phone call useless.

I called to find out the dimensions and were giving strange dimensions and when I questioned them was put on hold for the processing team. After listening to music on hold, line went quiet and then a dial tone. Thought I might get better price on phone as per recording buagain. Much trouble. Ordered bag that had dimensions but really liked other bag. Please put dimensions online for all bags. And please put all discounts online also. Thanks. This is my 5th Travelon bag. I usually by them through TV store but they didn't have any I liked. Thanks again.
I purchased a $200 GPS device thinking I had a 30 day money back satisfactory guarantee. Didn't like the product decided to return it, only to find out there was a 15% restocking fee, and I had to pay shipping. It cost me $45 to have this flawed product. The GPS on my phone is better. Don't purchase anything from this site. It cost me $45 for nothing.
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
