Belmont Springs has to be the most unorganized and unprofessional business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lie to get you to sign up. They do not contact you as they promise to let you know when and if your delivery will arrive. I ended up cancelling before they even delivered my first order. However, they charged a ridiculous fee to my account and delivered water and left it in a public hallway without my knowledge anyway. When I called them to have them pick up the water and take it back as well as return my money to my account, they sent a guy over that afternoon to pick it up but told me it would take 6 weeks to refund me my money even though the charge was still pending. Had to contact my bank and they investigated only to find out they charged me again. Finally got it straightened out thanks to my bank and I'm still receiving notices from this crazy company. The only reason I considered this company is because I'm a member of Costco and would have received a discount. Don't waste your time with these clowns. BUYER BEWARE! Check reviews before considering doing business with Belmont Springs. Something I regret not doing.

I purchased 2 items from this site and only received one. Paid for both items. They refused to send me tracking for the missing item. Claimed I should have received it. Claimed they were having technical difficulties with their site so they couldn't send me the tracking #. After several emails to support I emailed requesting a refund. I ordered it 4 weeks before Xmas. Was promised I would receive it within 2 weeks. It was a Christmas present. Haven't heard from them yet. Don't waste your time with this site. They take your money before they ship and then they don't ship the entire order. Poor business practice but apparently it makes money for them.

DressLily is obviously an Asian based company. Large sizes might fit a 10 year old. Took several weeks to get the item and it is not wearable. Communication is poor. No customer service.
Don't waste your time or money on this site.

Bought a phone. Didn't even remove it from the box. Shipped it back immediately and was refunded only partial. Cost me $9 to return it and they did not refund me $20 additional $s. Phone was $79.99. They refunded $59.99. Bottom line is, it cost me $30.00 to do business with this company and I didn't even buy anything. BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY!
