I had an order with the incorrect address. The order was returned to Fabletics. I called to correct the address and was told that order would be trashed, and unfortunately, half of the items ordered were no longer available. For a company proclaiming to care, why would you simply destroy an order rather than relabel it with the correct address and send it to the customer. Because of this, I no longer can support this company or it's values and waste.

Quality, fashionable gear. I have a lot of it. But the monthly requirement to shop or skip the month is just annoying.
The VIP plan made me feel like I was spending money, so I could later just spend more money. I didn't always have time or the money to make a monthly purchase, and my life is way too crazy to remember to skip a month. My husband does like the items he's gotten from Fabletics, but I can never find something worth spending that much money.

I absolutely love Fabletics. It is my favorite place to shop even if I mostly shop online since I do not live close to a Fabletics store. Their customer service is so helpful and I love that they have an option to just chat. The clothes are fantastic and make you look so good.
I love the shorts and leggings but I wish you'd have more shorts in a bit longer length, like 7 or 8 inches. The 6-inch shorts are a bit short for some of us.
I always have the best time shopping@ Fabletics online. The clothes are great quality. Long lasting materials. Or forever? I've never had a tare. My outfits always make me feel the most confident. I've been an XS with Fabletics and an XXL, both of which fitted me perfectly with the short option! #1 spot for workout clothes and scrubs.
The website does not work smoothly, especially on the phone. There is a huge lag and drag when you are making selections, whether it be for color or size, it gets frustrating. The actual product is great quality, but that is actually challenging because I don't need to replace anything for a while and if i forget to skip a month, that can get very expensive. In the end, Im not saving anything by being a member or VIP.
The Fabletics experience is just fantastic. Great customer service all around and so easy to make returns or exchanges. The products are great - and at a fraction of the cost of other athletic/athleisure wear. Being a VIP member is easy and convenient, and unlocks a whole host of benefits. I love the designs, fit and quality. I always look forward to the new product drops - especially since my favorite items sell out so quickly!
I love the Fabletics Men products - am branching out into the shirts a little more. The One Shorts are amazing all around! Just wish that you'd have more in stock. The limited stock goes so quickly, and then it's gone. But your One shorts are quickly outnumbering the high-end, expensive shorts in my drawer, and I usually get compliments on them! AND - your customer service is amazing. Making returns or exchanges is so easy!
Love my Fabletics but as a member I see items in the stores or advertised on social media that are not available. It's disappointing to not be able to get the items you want as a long term member but they seem to be available to new members. Also on the website, you should be able to search by features. For example, I would like to search form compression shorts with pockets.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
Experience was always positive. My two complaints are it takes too long to get my order and the return process is not user friendly.
I like the clothing, but I think it's overpriced, primarily because of the "deals" you get by being a VIP member. It's way too complicated and too cumbersome. Makes me avoid shopping there again.
The old bait and switch...got me with the 2/$24 pant deal which didn't clearly and boldly call out that the price was for members that paid a $60 monthly subscription fee. So really the pant deal is 2/$84. I would have never bought them if I realized I would need to maintain a subscription/monthly membership fee. Didn't even realize until I saw the $60 charge on my card. So even when checking out, I'm sure the membership I 'signed up for' was hidden and shady in the process. Never coming back.
Products are over priced and monthly opt out is a PIA. As well a big PIA to get off the monthly churn!
The team at the store is always super helpful and friendly, styles get refreshed monthly and there is always a good assortment and selection.
Good product wish they would offer it in more sizes or have more stock. I am generally a big guy so finding good quality, but low price shirts and fitness wear is hard for me. I try to stay up to date on the latest drops but when I try to find my size it is almost usually gone.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
