Its hard to find the scrub sets in the colors I REALLY want in my size. Ether there is not on my size of the style I like. Maybe Fabletics can make a scrub set for summer wear. Like of light cool fabric yet very functionable.
I bought 4 pieces of clothing and had an issue with all of them. The sizes are inconsistent. I had one item fall apart in the wash after 2 times wearing and a sports bra that literally made me bleed on my breasts due to the stitches being so rough. When contacted by Fabletics, I was not offered a refund, rather a $30 credit. Just not happy overall with the experience. Also when I tried to cancel my membership the rep kept trying to convince me to stay which was rather annoying.
I absolutely love the running shorts I bought! However, they were very pricy since I didn't want to "sign my life away" to the membership. If the cancellation process was very clear and/or a feature to pause the monthly payments then it would be a great way to get some great shorts for running!
Dabletics is one of my favorite and so far one of the best scrubs ever. Been a nurse for 28 years and so far this is the most comfortable scrubs ever!
I like the clothing. But MSRP is absurdly inflated. The sale price I pay should be normal price and I'd buy a ton more. Also…need a lot more colors in the options I like.
I love the Fabletics quality and have purchased quite a bit of clothing from them. My only tiff I have with them is their promos can be misleading. If your site advertises 60 percent off for VIP members until a certain date, I should be able to take advantage of the sale until then. Although I thought this, it was only applied to ONE purchase. I contacted support and they said it's for just one purchase. This is not in the terms anywhere and misleading. I pay to to be able use the Fabletics site and it's upsetting when you plan on making several purchases during a sale event and cannot.
We ordered 3 pairs of "The Only Pant" in the classic fit. Only 1 pair fit. The other two had issues with the pant length. They were supposed to have a 34" inseam. The first pair the legs were two different lengths one 33" and one 34".
The second pair had two different lengths as well, one 32 1/2" and the other 33".
We then tried to order the same pants in a slim fit, again a 34" inseam, but the pants were 33" inseam.
We are very happy with the one pair we got but disappointed we can't get more.

It's not my fault you make your increasingly crappy clothes that you charge too much for overseas.
The quality & comfort of the fabrics at an affordable price is a game changer for me
Fabletics has great quality clothing and pretty quick shipping. I have a huge drawer full of their shorts in every color imaginable and my closet is full of Fabletics shirts. I highly recommend their activewear.
I made a very large order. When items were shipped and delivered it was a completely wrong order. I order 14 items and received a package with one item (of which I didn't even order.) I contacted customer service to try to re-order the items that I actually ordered. Customer service was less than ideal. Half of my items that I ordered were sold out so I didn't even receive them. POOOOOOR customer service.
They make it easy to spend your Money. Quality is good, sizing sometimes is issue
Always great service! Everyone ( employees) Always goes above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for while making sure we're happy. Will always drive the extra miles for great customer service, never left the Old Orchard store unhappy or disappointed ALWAYS a great experience.
The help was pleasant until it wasn't. We purchased 2 pairs of pants to be sent to our son from the Pinecrest Store in Beechwood, Ohio. The package was not delivered and NO communication was ever received. We then went back and reordered the items to be sent to our home and once again not received with NO communication. When I went in to see what could be done, they were busy visiting and handed me a number to call. Of course, I waited for a call back for 90 minutes.
I was told I needed to wait 2 more days before I could get credit back on the lost pants. We proceeded to drive to the Westside of Cleveland to get a credit and purchase more pairs of pants. We then had to take them to a tailor to have them shortened as you do not carry his length in the store. This whole process has now taken 7 -8 weeks.
The only reason you receivced the grade I gave you is because your staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with this matter at your Crocker Park Westside location. I will not purchase anything from your Pinecrest store again. You seriously need to work on communication and your shipping process.

Bought shorts too big was very easy to exchange them. All easy and fast
I thought I would try Fabletics again but unfortunately the style, price and quality wasn't there. I was shocked at the pricing. I went into the store to see the quality before ordering online and was disappointed. I returned everything I ordered. Nothing was flattering and the style was boring. I had a $50 credit so I purchased the least expensive thing, a $75 sports bra which I don't recommend.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
