Do I have to join a club to order clothing?

I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!

I was auto enrolled into their club without my knowledge. They have gotten better with their disclosure, but not much. Their clothes are not worth it and how many exercise outfits does one need?

Hi you don't need to join but if you don't you pay full price for the clothes. If you do join they deduct £44 (in the UK) whether you order anything or not unless you remember to opt out every month. I really wouldn't get involved with this company, read all the terrible reviews and buy from elsewhere!

Why would u order from them given the horrible reviews? I don't think u have to join to order one item but given all the terrible things about this company I would never give them my money. I'm stunned Kate Hudson has put her name on this!

My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague. Any organisation that takes your money every month - whether you order or not - then makes it almost impossible to get a refund and holds money back (your money) as an administrative fee - is treading a fine line between what is legal and what is downright dodgy. There are many other sports clothing companies out there who do not take your money unless you are swapping it for something else. Good luck in your search though x

I didn't know when I purchased the item. Keep in mind, this was back in November of 2014 when the company was still accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They have now had their accreditation revoked because of the recent issues such as wrongful billing and no emails sent as a warning.

I bought the item because there was a deal saying that if you sign for VIP, you get a certain percentage off. This was both for Just Fab and Fabletics.

I don't think you do initially, but the quality of the products is terrible. You can find better fitting, higher quality clothes elsewhere.

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised years ago, but we would like to address it.

During your initial purchase, you are given two options, either to checkout as a VIP member or Guest. If you chose the VIP option, you'd receive your first order at a discount and be enrolled in our VIP membership. If you don't want to be a VIP member, simply check out with us as a Guest.

Yes. It's simpls. The first outfit and half price. Then you're in a club and you get an outfit at. $49.95 a month. All you have to do is remember to cancel by the 5th if you don't want an outfit that month. I've been in the club for over a year and I've gotten about 4 outfits and some sale items. I like them very much. The prices are fair. There's no conspiracy to help you in all you have to do is remember to cancel by the 5th maybe that's when you pay your mortgage they send you an email reminding you. Just make a choice before the 5th use another bill due to remind you along with their emails.

The fine print is quite clear but still can be mis leading for anyone ordering from the Australian site as it does not disclose the length of time that it takes to be delivered to Australia - order at your own risk. Sizing is inaccurate per Australian standards and I have ended up with a variety of items that will never be worn. The monthly automatic charge should be investigated by consumers very carefully - this company has issues with service.

Yes, you have to join a club, which is not worth it!

As explained no you don't have to be a member but their clothing is poor quality and I certainly would not order anything from them ever again!

You don't have to join to order, but you will pay full price without joining. So you will not get an outfit for $25. I have been dealing. With this company for over a year and have never had any issues with them. If. Got something that I didn't like it it didn't fit I can always send it back free of charge. Those with issues about the monthly fee obviously didn't read the fine print when they signed up. Plus you can always skip a month and as many months as you need to, you just have to do it by the 5th of the month.
