My original purchase was through pay pal so fortunately I was able to stop the payment through them once I realize that the payment was being taken out. The worse part is. They sent me an email saying that my refund was sent. Of course it never was. Shame on you Kate Hudson.

I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath

You can't remove it. I ended up having a stolen credit card that had been cancelled and used that number for the one that is on there. That site is a scam!

You can't seem to do that on the website. I've sent them an email asking to close my account and delete all information they have on me. I doubt anything will happen, as their customer service has indeed been appalling. I called my bank and asked them to block Fabletics from taking any more money from my account.

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

You can update/remove your card information online. Just log in to your account and go to the 'Billing' page. Our Member Services department can also assist via Live Chat or by phone if preferred: https://www.fabletics.com/help/faq.

I had the same issue as most of you guys. I called the number for the customer service and asked them to delete my information as politely as I could. He told me about 50 different ways that my information wouldn't be used since my account was closed. I told him that wasn't good enough and I wanted the numbers removed. When I asked to talk to a manager he just directed the conversation onto something else. After about 30 or 40 minutes of arguing he finally put me on hold. When he finally came back on he told me my information had been removed from the website. I refreshed the page and everything was gone.

Don't take their $#*!. Just be pushy. They'll hopefully listen.

Best way is to call your bank and get a new card, I was going to purchase from that site had my credit card number and press purchase but it said I my card didn't go through... I then started reading up on it and got nervous since I had my card number on there and would not let me delete, I called them and they said since I havent purchased anything I'm not a member which is good till i went on my credit card account to make sure nothing was purchased. But it did take money out my account. So much for saying my card didn't go through. What a scam! Had to call the bank and stop them transaction and asked for s new card too!

If you look in your account, that money is there as a credit for you to spend. In their favour, they have credited my money and cancelled my account. I knew they would be taking money but was expecting the email on the 1st so I could skip the month but they emailed me on the 6th which is too late because you have to skip the month on the 5th.

I am calling Fabletics today to cancel my membership. From what I have read, it takes a long time and is unpleasant. Fortunately, I don't have to work today... not really how I want to spend my day off, but I am determined to get this done. I will never again do any memberships like this. Best to go shopping when things are on sale; find discount stores and avoid problems like this. Rule of thumb: if it sounds to good to be true, it is to good to be true. And the other thing: do your research and READ THE FINE PRINT. I'll be coming back to comment after I'm done with Fabletics.

Hi there,
I had to cancel my credit card. That's the only way to delete the payment from the scam
Hope this will help.

I have no idea - you should contact them or look in your account profile or something. Good luck - given their complete lack of customer care, if you can't figure it out in your account you might get stuck...
