I have tried to cancel twice and still get charged. I called in and it was an insane hold time I was like 315 in que. Shameful practices fabletics
They sent my clothes to a different address from my confirmation email, and tried charging me for it still and wouldn't refund my shipping for their mess up.
Everything I have received I've been very happy with. The quality of the clothes are fantastic. I would recommend this product to everyone.
Have many styles and color options. Once you decide on a style and color it is not available. Not enough choices.
CONs: Search results were inconsistent, even when simply navigating back a page. Makes for an overwhelming shopping experience like there are a million styles, yet it's the same 50 pieces reshuffled. Site could stand to pare down on its approach to turning profit, or invest in more bandwidth = painfully slow refresh / load rates, even glitchy. Simplify is an easy fix. Same product listed excruciatingly high rate, repeatedly and not even consecutively (style/color combo) but scattered amongst all the other search results... only difference being color, which the shopper has as an option to select on each listing anyway. I was ready to by at least 2x as much as I ultimately did on a handful of occasions, except that I grew too weary... Chaotic product display.
Search results rarely adhered to filters. Better to state 'No results' than to waste time looking for something that doesn't exist. 'Skip this month' option is not consistently listed in the same space. Too many interruptive, distracting pop-up suggestions. PROs: Diverse models. Sharing height-weight + size being modeled is quite helpful. Quality clothing material. Green initiative. Real reviews, incl pictures, from real customers.
