I just love their selection, be it sleepwear or swimwear. Unworn products are easy to return in store if you live nearby one of their retail locations. On the downside, though, online orders can only be refunded via a store gift card, so you won't actually get your money back. And they only have one shipping option, which isn't particularly fast. Customer service is great though! When I asked them about faster shipping options, since I was about to leave on holiday, they gladly offered me a faster delivery at no extra cost!
