I liked Fabletics, I appreciated the size range, and variety of style, but as a member it would be frustrating to try and use my credits, because often outfits would be "sold out" because one things, like a hat, that came with it was gone. I wish there was an ability to swap things like that, because it often meant that I didn't order antything for months, and kept getting credits because nothing appealed to me.
Love the product and have used it for years. But now can't get my size and nothing is ever available. And the credits keep adding up for no product to purchase. Just ended up canceling service.

First I had a problem with shipping which it was sent somewhere else. Never received it. Than had to reorder a couple of things I wanted were sold out.
So I bought other things. I ordered xxs sizes and they were to big but didn't return them since your sizes seem to not run very good.

All products arrived as advertised and I love them all. Great quality and very comfortable. Status updates from time of order to delivery, were helpful to keep me informed and very accurate.
I love them they are super, got medium and they fit kinda big but the small are too tight for me ( I don't like skin tight scrubs)
I wore them one and wash them and the bottoms are tearing up from the left side of the pocket. Hardly noticeable but for the "quality" I didn't expect this to happen. Don't want to go thru the hassle of returning and getting a new pair so I'll just deal with it

Fabletics needs to understand that women would like shorts longer than their labia. Also, not every woman wants a crop top. Some of us would like a shirt that covers the waistband of shorts and pants.

Don't know why I keep doing online orders. First order was sent to the next street, and this last one took more than normal to receive. Online ordering is supposed to be timely and efficient so there is still opportunity for improvement in that area.

Such an easy experience, and an ease to return and exchange items if needed. Love the quality of items and the styles provided and the new drops in collections constantly.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
