The products offered by Fabletics I have found to be of good quality. However, I don't really care for the company as a whole. First place, I feel the products, as offered, are over priced. If you can catch something you like on sale, the price is acceptable. However, catching it on sale is very hard because when items are offered, it seems like either the colors or sizes aren't available. The other thing is I'm constantly bombarded by emails, sometimes several times a day for products that are either overpriced, not in my size, or just useless.
The quality of the material has been diminishing in recent years. The power hold leggings used to be thicker and better quality. They are now thin and see through, without nearly as much stretch. They feel stiff and not nearly as comfortable as in the past. Also, many items are out of stock. Due to this and the rising membership cost, I plan on cancelling my membership
The quality of the clothes are good and the pricing with VIP membership is worth it (without the deals I'd not buy at regular price) but you must monitor each month to skip or buy. So far it's worth it, not sure if this will be a long term

Items purchased, tummy control, leggings, purchased as a 3X, but fit more so like a one X. I had also received a severe rash due to the waistline which lasted almost 3 weeks called in to make my complaint., told them to remove my account, credit cards, and they still have the audacity to still use my credit card and charge me a member membership. Even after I expressed that, I no longer wanted to use their services due to false advertising. Be aware this agency will still try to collect their money and use your credit card and create unauthorized charges
It is super frustrating when the sizing is not the same. I have ordered my "usual" size for a couple different items just for them to be too big or small and have to send them back for a different size. By the time they get back, the color/size I need is gone. I, also, wonder where the rest of a couple of shirts I got are?! I am petite 5' and do not like the 'cropped' style, but sometimes you don't know until you get, because the product descriptions don't tell you they are cropped. Just frustrating all around, probably won't order anymore.
I'm usually not a fan of any club type of experience but I thought I would give them a try. The clothes are OK. I don't think they run true to size and I canceled immediately after my first order. I don't wanna have to remember every month to skip a shipment or worry about being charged. If you forget to skip your shipment, you get automatically charged.
Previously, I rated Fabletics as one star. I still stand by that rating as inventory remains dismal. I wrongly assumed that my losing weight would allow me to have better selections. While my choices have improved, it was nothing to do with the company, and I still have inventory issues.

Fabletics spams my inbox and phone yet they never have my size in stocks or what they do have in my size I already own. I like the items I've bought, but it's becoming nearly impossible to make more purchases due to the lack of stock. I received a standard run around from a previous customer service representative who told me to check the website early each month. To that end, I found less available than usual.
I did not like the pressure of having to return each month before I was charged for membership to "Skip a Month!" Also, the membership fee is entirely too high, almost forcing you to buy more than you would like. Trying to cancel is a joke - I called, emailed, chatted and messaged!
The website is always glitching and taking forever to load whether I'm on chrome or safari. Also, they are always sold out! I love the on the go leggings but everytime I check them M is sold out of every color, same with most of their leggings. What's the point of membership if they never have new colors or in stock sizes.
Between the personnel and your products, I have a favorite clothes line. Your staff in the store between the Hempstead and San Marcos Outlets, you'll continue to have my business. I'm sharing all of my Fabletics gear with many who ask where I get my clothing from.
Usually i don't return. But i made a mistake and washed before i wore thinking the 90 days was a guarantee after trying out the scrub set. I misread it. Boo for me. Too big for me. Can't return or exchange.
I joined two months ago and the website it always down. I get emails about sales I cannot look at and am unable to skip this months credit. Overall very disappointed and I will probably call and cancel my membership
Let's start off with the fact that Fabletics has a good variety of clothes and sizes! But it has been challenging to cancel my membership I spoke to online rep to try to cancel and the chat was disconnected no confirmation whether or not my member was cancelled. (Which was not) Then someone personally emailed me told them what happened and that I wanted to cancel, my member was not cancelled.
The pants are really nice a very deep blue color very sharp! The fabric is soft and extremely comfortable my only complaint would be is that if you are skinny legged as I am they're baggy through seat and thighs and I bought the Slim Fit Don 5 pocket pants, I buy them to play golf in but you could wear them for any occasion!
I received a Jacket, pants and top to test for Fabletics in their test program. All the items were are well made and comfortable. I would purchase anyone of the items because I know that Fabletics has in the past sold me items from as far as 6 years ago and I still wear these items. I highly recommend purchasing Fabletics wear.
I LOVE THE PRODUCTS but there really isn't a benefit for being a member. You get charged 69.95 every month and most things are ALWAYS on sale for a better price than being a member. I have been a member for a long time. It's just really disheartening because there actually used to be a benefit to being a VIP. Now the only benefit is sometimes getting an early release of some new Kardashian line that I really don't have interest in. I would love to stay a member but I'm definitely thinking it is not worth it any more and unless things change... I might just have to cancel that membership.
It is absolutely insulting to pay 69.95 every month and then have all of the outfits be on sale all the time for like half off. You're then taking your member credit and spending it on an outfit that is now 39.95 and literally throwing away the other $30 that you spent on your credit.
I just feel like they could do A LOT better for their members of the VIP club.
Please add more options for pants to go with the tops in the scrubs not everyone wants to wear the tight bottom scrub pants look. And I really enjoyed the fit of the hibiscus scrubs that you only came out with once.
After returning a purchase from an order, and having my refund be store credit, I was shadow banned from my account. First I couldn't add anything to cart or even look at clothes, then I couldn't sign in. I love fabletics and I love the brand, but they stole my money. 1 star
I love all my Fabletics attire, which I wear everyday. It is comfortable and the quality is great. The reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is that they do not have my size when I go to place an order. I usually have to wait months to purchase an outfit in my size or miss out on having an outfit because my size is not available.
My family and I all wear fabletics and love this clothing line.
I was not informed that money would be withdrawn from my account to be held by this company so that I may purchase items from them. All I did was order a pair of shorts and the next thing I kwon they are withdrawing money from my account. This is a really bad idea and if I wanted to order more I would do it and not be forced to. Never order from them again!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
