I love the quality, fit, and style of Fabletics clothes but the tech issues with the website constantly buffering and the website being out of stock of all sizes and styles is crazy. Is Fabletics a front or going bankrupt? What's happening? I haven't been able to place an order for over a month. I contacted customer service and they said try in the beginning of the month because they restock in the beginning. They also said to close all my open web browsers. Neither of these have worked. I have to refresh after every click, and everything is sold out.
I didn't read the fine print of getting enrolled in an autoship, but when I called in everyone was so helpful. I didn't keep my subscription but I do plan to join again in the future because of my experience with everyone and the quality products.
My issues with Fabletics are that it's too many steps to skip the month and then if you don't manage to skip the month and have a credit there is nothing in stock to actually use the credit on. The only thing I like about Fabletics is the sales.
1. It's too hard to skip the month. You have to confirm it several times before it finally goes through. 2. When you do have a credit to spend, nothing is ever in stock! Every single outfit I click on is sold out every month. It's impossible to spend the credit. I'm just waiting for something to actually be available to buy so I can use up my last credit and cancel my membership.
Fabletics makes it nearly impossible to cancel their vip subscription. There is NO button to achieve this, or else it's so hidden so well that one cannot find it at all. This business plan preys on older adults who are not tech savvy enough to figure out how to solve this. Should be illegal.
I like the clothes, but the whole VIP membership thing things like a scam. Everything is overpriced, so that you have to get a membership. I will just give my business to a place that uses regular pricing.
Eagles jerseys were not the quality I thought I should be getting! The numbers appeared to have been stitched in the advertisement, however, they weren't. They were just ironed on numbers and names on the back.
They force you to join a subscription club. Without joining they charge you more but not much then their sale prices. Then they make it VERY difficult to cancel. Every month you get charged $60 and you get a token that if you use on something less than 60 you don't get the remainder to use on something else. You just use the whole token (a
$60 value)on $30 of merch which a non member would get the same price. Then you cant just end the subscription you have to pause it then wait till the next month then call to cancel. HARD SELL when you try to cancel! If you forget then bang $60 bucks and back i to the cycle.!
Poor quality clothing and their customer service was unhelpful. Took my card information and tried making me pay for a monthly membership I did not want and would not give me my money back for some inconsistent and awful quality clothing. Scam scam scam
I bought many products from Fabletics. A short that I loved came defective with a cut in the fabric. Fabletics could not replace the same product, and I had to buy another one that I did not like. They do not have all the products that are offered on the website, sizes are always missing. Customer service at the shop stinks and on top the prizes policies are a nightmare. Customer service to return is decent. On top of everything, every time you buy something on the web, they charge you a membership fee which I never accepted. In both cases they returned to me that unrequested membership. Buy Fabletics at your risk.
The product great quality, customer service pretty good. But I returned to items at the beginning of Jan and still not refund it's been a month. I was told to wait three weeks now I am past that. I am a very patient person but this is a little much.
I have purchased a number of items from Fabletics and for the most part found the service to be excellent and the product quality second to none. I am a big fan of the pants, yet when I tried the shorts for use when golfing, the length was too short.
I could not find the style I wanted in my size in almost anything I looked at.
I did buy 3 different styles of pant all the same size and they all fit very differently. One did not fit at all.
Pretty dissapointed.
I have been a VIP member of Fabletics for less than a year. I've made two purchases, one of 4 bras and one of 4 pairs of leggings. The bras meet my needs very well in terms of fit and comfort. The leggings fit well but have begun to wear out, even though I followed the laundry directions, which said to turn them inside out in the washer.
As a paying member it's ridiculous that door dash is delivering for Fabletics. Last month, my package was left in top of an apartment mailbox structure no where near my apartment and was consequently stolen. And dealing with customer service was another nightmare.
For the second time in a row, I get a $10 consolation prize for a "delayed" order. And both my last two orders were canceled without notice. If the item is not available or out of stock, then list it as such. This is frustrating and definitely turning me off to Fabletics.
Fabletics has been a staple in my closet and brand verbiage for years. I work out daily and at least one piece of my outfit is Fabletics and I have had some for years and the quality is still perfection.
I have several unused VIP credits and it's mostly because they never have my size in popular styles.
However when I am able to find my size I generally enjoy the clothing which is why this is not a one star review. I consider canceling my membership every time I try to use my credits.
I have been a VIP member for many years, my SIL and I joined at the same time In Honolulu, back when Kate Hudson was very involved with the company and brand. Customers Service is typically very good, at times I've encountered some nasty attitudes, but overall very helpful and accommodating. At the beginning the selections were SO cute, fashionable and fit well; they also offered great quality and functional ancillary items such as backpacks, gym bags, etc. over the years the styles have become far less flattering, attractive and the fit is just simply "off" on many of their selections. I rarely find any pieces that I truly like & enjoy, more less LOVE, like I used to. I am honestly not thrilled with any of the products, styles, or quality any more, which makes me sad and I will most likely stop my subscription/ membership as soon as I spend my accumulated credits.
I love the products that have bought and worn over the last 2-3 years the product last along time, durable materials very comfortable.
I Do Not Like the Membership monthly fee. I think it is a Huge Rip Off it charged me for a month once in between the time frame of the fee subscription to be deducted from my card. I was not able to place a skip payment. I called the company to cancel the subscription and membership.
The person still kept trying to upsell me. 3-4 times or more
I continuous repeat I Just Want To Cancel I Don't Want any More Money taken from me.
I'm petite with hourglass figure. It's been extremely difficult getting the size right. Most items don't fit or only accommodate certain areas. The compression items if I buy a larger size to accommodate my hips, it's too big around the waist. I have a larger size and a sports bra to accommodate my breast. It's too big around the under bust. Can some of the leggings are loose around the ankles. I'm 5'1/120
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
