I sometimes don't think the value for the $65 a month is good. I'll buy something and then the next day it goes on sale for 80% off. I wish there were more selections in the outfits and I wish all of the shirts weren't crop tops.
I was hesitant to do a subscription because I am not great at timelines. I love that fabletics sends out reminder emails and very transparent. I will continue to purchase through Fabletics because the quality is great and the company is easy to work with.
I did not like the material of the last order. Feels cheap. Do not like the cost of an item is usually lower than a credit. I keep my membership in the off chance there is a pattern I love and will try. The clothes are for a younger generation and I am in my 40s now. Fabletics feels like the customer is in their 20s.
We have had several orders with Fabletics now. The biggest dissatisfier is that the product takes way too long to arrive at our home. This last time, there was some issue with the shipper and they had to re-validate our address. We didn't receive any notification from Fabletics and if we didn't follow a link from the shipper delay, we wouldn't have known about the address confirmation and the product would have been shipped back to Fabletics. So not only does the product take a long time to arrive but there doesn't seem to be any coordination between the shipper and Fabletics.
I recently bought 3 pairs of underwear and one hoodie but one pair of underwear has been basically falling apart the strings were coming off you can see through it after using it twice the other ones are still together but I wouldn't buy underwear from there my opinion to each is on the hoodie is great looks good feels good.
I found Fabletics online on social media and tried it out. I love it! I am very pleased with the multitude of pieces that I have purchased to teach in and to workout. I love the 5" lined one shorts and joggers. They extremely comfortable and fit well. I like the liner and short inseam since I am only 5'5". I also love teaching in the casual/dress pants. The Don pants are very comfortable and extremely "moveable" while I am teaching in my classroom. Great product!
I love my Fabletics clothes. The joggers are super comfortable. The lined one shorts are my absolute favorite. They move so well when working out and have great colors.
The Don pants and other varieties of chinos are awesome for my teaching career. They look great, move great and are wash to wear ready. Such great products.
When trying to find items to spend credits on the bundle deals often don't have the sizes desired. The using of the credits for items i could get for less than the amount I paid for the credit seems like a waste
Every product I've received from Fabletics is more than I expected. The quality of the materials, the products, the price, it's all been the best with Fabletics. If you're not a VIP, do it. The pricing is more than worth it.
The product is top notch. The quality and fit of the shorts and joggers I ordered exceeded my expectations and proved to be a great value. I am not a fan of the membership model as I don't plan on buying additional items every month so I'd prefer to pay a bit more for each item as opposed to being forced to opt into a membership. The process of membership cancellation was not easy and I was not a fan of how long I had to basically fight with the customer service rep to cancel the membership. I would purchase additional items from Fabletics if not for the membership and difficulty in canceling it.
After subscribing to emails and promotions in order to obtain a discount on desired merchandise, my debit card was charged an additional $65 for subscription. I immediately called and vowed to never use fabletics again because of their business practices.
Did not help resolve or even respond - just got a copy and paste email NUMEROUS times. Poor way to take "care" of a long time customer, not to mention who is pregnant. HORRIBLE! Could have easily been fixed with minimal loss to you guys.
I loved all the clothes, but I didn't know there was a subscription, and I didn't want the commitment of buying every month and paying for the subscription. But the clothes are amazing! I would definitely be a Fabletics ambassador!
Site it great, listing of different models with different sizes is nice too for reference. My only complaint is that the inventory on common sizes is consistently low, or zero. Please scale your inventory to meet the demand. Also, the VIP plans/credits are not always worth it when they heavily discount items. However, the products and quality of the clothing, at least so far, is very good. I am a satisfied customer!
I have enjoyed the clothing I have purchased. I have not enjoyed the membership that either requires a purchase, a member credit, or you must "skip" that month. The first month I skipped, it didn't really "skip". I was charged my member credit. What happened was when you hit the first "skip" button, you are taken to another screen that has a Second "are you sure? Skip", but you have to scroll down to see this. This feels deliberate to cause you to think you have skipped, but really haven't. This is too much of a hassle to make it worthwhile. The date window to skip that month is also short. There are only a few days each month before you are charged where the "skip" button is available.
I really like the products I've received and would continue to purchase them if not for the non transparent and avoidably cumbersome membership model. If you can just let me purchase products in a straightforward and transparent way, I'd still be a customer - the monthly VIP credit nonsense is a huge turn-off and is intentionally confusing for Fabletics' benefit.
Everything I have ordered I have been extremely satisfied. The workout clothes, the scrubs, the everyday clothes made perfectly. I wear something from Fabletics everyday. Thank you for so a wonderful product.
I've been an on and off again fabletics customer for...maybe 5-10years now, and the choices have seem (to me) to have gone downhill. I have older (5+yrs older) pieces that I still wear and love, and wish you still sold! I used to get excited every month for the new drop. Now.mehh... There aren't nearly as many outfits or bundles anymore. Everything seems to be pushing a 1 off purchase. Also, I think fabletics is trying to do too much - yitty, scrubs, everyday clothes...it used to have fantastic work out gear (as good or better than underarmour, athleta, etc.) and now it just all feels cheap and thin and not nearly as well designed or as good of quality as it used to be. I've honestly been debating stopping my subscription and just looking for workout clothes somewhere else cause...why? Why fabletics? Whats the differentiator? Cause I'm not seeing it anymore...
My overall experience I would say is pretty basic. I couldn't justify the cost of the membership in comparison to the quality of the clothes. Other than the quality of the clothes I felt like the VIP credits that I received only really went towards items which were out of season, basic, or just impractical for myself. Hopefully Fabletics will consider working with more athletes opposed to influencers in the future. I was disappointed there weren't more partnerships like this. Focusing on practicality and quality would be a game changer
Everything I have got from Fabletics is awesome quality. Customer service is always pleasant to deal with, I've been into the store several times and they are very accommodating and make me feel welcome
The customer service team failed to address my concerns and displayed frustration whenever I asked questions. They repeatedly disconnected our chats and often responded with, "Well, if you read it here," which was unhelpful.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
