Generally speaking I like the products I have ordered with Fabletics. However, sizes are often sold out and prices (without sales) are exorbitantly high for what they sell.
Returns have been easy which is helpful with any online shopping experience when it comes to clothes. But the membership aspect of their business also seems unnecessary. If the product was worthy of the price tag, it would generate my return business. But currently I am only still a member because I don't always remember to cancel the monthly charge in time. I can't always use my credits because their inventory is limited. It feels more like a retail trap than a business I would willingly frequent. This will not be a continued relationship once all planets align and I can order what I want with the money I have already been charged.
I ordered two different types of leggings and the style, fit, and material felt nice but unfortunately after only one wash the thread came undone in a few places and inner thigh area was starting to wear.
The sales are all the same month after months so I tired if "clicking" on notifications saying I'm missing out constantly-complete lies. When I did click it was always the same old same old options in the samecolors as all the other stores. Total waste of time clicking around the clunkiest and crappiest fabletics technology. So yeah my experience with "fabaletics" was very unsatisfactory, so I never want to hear or see the word/name of your company. That includes "sitejabber" since this isn't the 1st time I gave feedback - not that this isn't super wasteful 😭
The second time I ordered from Fabletics they didn't have any 34" inseams in the pants I wanted, so I ordered 32", which shouldn't cause any issue. The pants I received were labeled 32" but were closer to 30" and too short for my likes.
Disappointed in this result.
My issue with fabletics is that their warranty is period is comical. Yes you get good value but the lifespan on anything I've purchased from them is quite low. When I've contacted them about an exchange, replacement, or refund I've been told I'm outside the 30 day window. 30 days for athletic apparel!? We've stopped shopping from them and would advise customers to explore other options.
Recently they lost a 200$ order I made for Christmas. I had to call so many times to deal with it - once to Phillipines and once to Mexico.after many emails and calls I spoke with someone in the US and they said it's Courier issue and in the case the courier was DoorDash. Of course DoorDash claims it's not their issue. Both parties were unprofessional.in the end I got my money back BUT no apology for their lack of professionalism and irresponsibility.
The date of arrival for my item was changed multiple times. It took 6 weeks for my item to arrive, and I had to reach out to customer service serval times about no update on tracking for them to just say "it's on its way"
As the title states, for some reason now if you happen to return anything it seems they're not giving you your refund unless you call them about it and even then it's an entire ordeal. I'm not sure why. The gym clothes are still super cute though. Oh, and now your member credits will EXPIRE. So they will charge you upwards of $70 for zero product and zero credit. Pay attention to your account. That hasn't happened to me, but I noticed the change under my account.
Fabletics is such an easy company to shop with. Their customer service is perfect and shipping is fast.
The amount of time it takes to get a package. 3x I ordered and I had issues every single time, loose packages, half sent deleverage, get the package and only half is there because they rest was out of stock and I was never made aware. And just the price of pants, $80 for some slacks is out of control.
This used to be my Favorite place to come for cute inspiring workout clothes. The best squat power hold leggings. You don't do capris anymore? Almost no leggings have pockets. The selection is garbage sorry. I don't see Kate Hudson anywhere in here and it showsssss. It's become garbage around here. Ewwwwwwww
I ordered two pair of the On-The-Go PowerHold leggings. Black Mocha Latte pair fit amazing. Love them! Second pair in Tonal were a huge disappointment. Tonal pair feel look and fit completely differently. Look and fit more like a everyday legging not a workout legging have zero hold.
I joined Fabletics after seeing an ad for Cold Weather Flare Leggings. I ordered 2 pairs and I really wanted to love them. They fit and looked great, but after wearing them I started to notice pilling on the side pockets. The pilling started to increase and spread to other areas no matter how carefully I washed them. Luckily, I took advantage of the introductory VIP deal, 2 for $25. If I had paid full price, I would have been really upset. I skipped each month after the intro because most of the nice colors in my size were always sold out. I will cancel my subscription as I can get better quality and pricing on Amazon.
The call dropped and I wasn't called back. It took forever to reach someone and I didn't have time to go through the process again. I returned two of the three items I bought for $50ish and 2 credits and only got 1 credit plus a $3 credit back. When will I receive my money back?
I was a fabletics member for years. The quality is good and I've always liked what I got from them. However, over the years members had fewer items to spend their monthly credit on. It used to be for a whole outfit and now it's literally one item (for example, a single sports bra). Then when the price increased was announced with no added benefits or a better experience, I was finished.
I always enjoy the quality of the items I've gotten from fabletics! My disappointment is that it seems like each month, fewer and fewer options are available with just my member credit. It used to be a whole 2 or 3 piece outfit, but now it's often a single pair of leggings or just one shirt. It seems like the value is decreasing as a vip member.
I purchased four pairs of women's workout pants, but didn't like two of the colors. I returned the two I didn't like, but was only refunded $2.00 despite being charged over $200.00 for the total purchase. I signed up as a preferred customer for the discounts, but came to realize that they expected me to purchase something more frequently than I wanted. Don't get caught up in this situation. It feels like I was scammed.
Back when I originally joined there was a great variety of things and more fun items that were not so workout related. Now anything that is not workout related tends to be sold out. Also, I do not like the new Yitty line as I am too old for it.
It took forever for any update on my order. By the time a month went by I was FINALLY given the information after reaching out to support multiple times that some of my items were out of stock and therefore my order was cancelled (?). I was not notified of this nor given a refund until I had to beg the representative for it. So you were planning on keeping my money and not sending me the product? I love Fabletics as they are some of the only athletic wear I can wear due to a severe latex allergy but this was very upsetting.
The pricing doesn't make sense. You're charged $60/month for their membership. Sure, it gives you a credit to purchase something. But sometimes what you wanna purchase is $35 or a member credit. Why would you use a member credit worth $60 to purchase something worth $35? The variety of items sucks. I was a member when Fabletics first started and it's gone downhill since that Kardashian b! Tch got involved.
I was beyond happy with the products that I purchased, planning on keeping my membership because I enjoyed my items so much that I wanted them in other colors, and planned to order duplicates. I went to place an order almost immediately after I tried on my items and found how much I enjoyed them, and the items I wanted were sold out. I checked daily, for almost the whole 30 days of my first subscription period and the items that I wanted never came back into stock. I ended up canceling my subscription and I am really disappointed that I was not able to get the items that I wanted.
I tried to exchange the jacket in store twice. Was turned down twice, first time the tag was with it not attached so they wouldn't take it. I came back with it attached and they said they wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have the original bag it came in? I was never able to return it and have a 3x jacket that is way oversized., like I just wanted to exchange it for the right size and went up there twice to be treated unkindly.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
